I am highly recommending Roofmark Roofing for residential roofing projects. They were attentive, professional, efficient and provided a quality product. My experience started with the inspection which was done via drone with photos and recommendations. They were aware of and cited a storm which most likely caused the damage and provided evidence to my insurance company for review. That is where the problem started as my homeowner insurance provider refused to acknowledge the need for a full roof replacement. Roofmark was outstanding working with a second insurance provided inspector who also denied my claim,.
That is when Roofmarks called my attention to a clause that is a part of Texas homeowner insurance policies which is a provision for arbitration using 2 independent inspectors. Be warned you have to pay for your inspector but the Insurance company has to pay for their inspector. I elected to go with Roofmark's recommendation to try arbitration. The insurance company abided by the inspectors recommendation for replacement and we were on the way. From there it only got better. They scheduled the replacement and claimed it would only take one day. On the scheduled day they arrived on-time at 7am and a few of the workers started tearing off the old shingles while a couple more got tarps and covered my pool. They were throwing old shingles on our front sidewalk which was our only exit to our cars and when I mentioned a potential problem they immediately cleaned it off and changed their disposal process. There was a leak in the roof near our chimney that we had been trying to correct for almost 10 years that started when we had the roof replaced in 2009 . They found and fixed the problem (note: I have waited for 12 months to write this review to provide time to verify the fix). They also found a few other places where the roof decking had deteriorated and fixed that also. The work crew was organized, professional and attentive to any concerns I had. I would also like to note the efficiency and organization. My roof is average size for the neighborhood and I walk our neighborhood every day and note the roof replacements. Every roof replacement I see takes at least 2 days. This entire roofing job including cleanup was completed by 6pm that same day. I probably should add there was one skylight replaced and it was done about 2 weeks later because it was custom built and installed by a different team. I would highly recommend Roofmark for their expertise in dealing with insurance companies, their professionalism in the entire business process and their highly skilled and organized installation crew. They provided a quality product and I am pleased to share my positive opinion about their services.
