These guys are amazing! My sales rep Jason was friendly, accommodating, and super informative. I met with him on a Thursday afternoon — he took the time to walk me through all the options and gave me everything I needed to review with my husband, who was out of town. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, which I really appreciated.

By Monday afternoon, we decided to move forward, and they had us scheduled for that Friday. The crew showed up right on time around 8 AM and finished by 4/4:30 — and we have a pretty decent-sized roof! I was honestly so impressed with how efficient and professional the whole process was. Highly recommend!

Lucas and Roofman recently completed a garage roof for us. Great communication, service, and execution. They did everything they said they would do and they did everything when they said they were going to do it! It was not a simple job as you can see by the photos. Highly recommend.

Roofman USA out of Saline replaced our roof in Oct. 2024 with a new one. We always wait a few months before submitting a rating to make sure everything is good. This was not good…it was GREAT! Our previous roofers installed step flashing incorrectly, and we had a leak in our walls. We went in a new direction this time, and we’re glad we did. It was great experience working with consultant from Roofman. I had called them to check my roof and attic for any moisture issue in the attic and if it was causing any mold in the attic. He went in Attic and checked thoroughly and took photos, confirmed that actually there was no problem in Attic. He guided honestly rather than fooling around.

Roofman USA did a complete tear off and replaced my parents' roof, in Ann Arbor. There were some problems that developed after the new roof was installed.

A lot of companies are attentive when they are working to get your business and ignore you after you pay them. Not Roofman USA. The owner, Lucas, responded immediately and sent a crew to correct the problem.

Recently, my parents' insurance company wanted proof of their new roof installation. It's been 4 years, and of course my folks don't have the receipt. I was dreading fighting with the insurance company to prove the roof was replaced recently.

I contacted Lucas and he quickly emailed me the receipt so I could pass it on to the insurance company. It's great to work with a company that treats its customers with care and respect.

I was collecting quotes to get my roof replaced, when I called I got a person on the phone right away. My sales representative, Shawn, came out the next day, he checked out my roof and gave me several options. Shawn was easy to talk to, has a ton of product knowledge, and left me with a very competitive quote. When I let Shawn know I was ready to go, my roof was installed 2 days later and it took less than 4 hours. Great job!

This company was both affordable and efficient. The work appears to be high quality and the job was done in just about 6 hours or so. We had both the house and garage roof done, along with many other smaller things needed to maintain the lifespan of the roof. While the nature of the work itself is loud, the roofers themselves were very respectful and professional. They even paused their work above the doorway so i could leave and enter the house safely.

Roofman was friendly, efficient, affordable and professional! They came over and accessed the roof and were able to get in scheduled and installed the following week. If we had any questions they were quick to address. Highly recommend.

I recently had Sean come out to my elderly mothers house to give an estimate. Of all the estimates we had, he was the only one that didn’t try to pressure her on the spot. It’s great to see there are still people out there that will give a fair, and honest price.

Our roof, skylight and gutter replacement with Roofman was an altogether great experience. Sean was a pleasure to work with, and gave us a prompt estimate and really good follow-up. The job was scheduled for the next week and completed in a day, with excellent clean-up.

10/10 would recommend!! Roofman was great! Squeezed us in only a couple days after telling them we wanted our roof done. They came and had the roof and cleanup knocked out in about 5 hours. Scheduled an appointment and the person came an hour early, not a problem at all. However, the issue is that instead just stopping at my house he slowed down then drive off (yes, my address is clear on my house). Have been calling all day to find out if he was coming back and instead I constantly was told, “well I texted him and so I’m waiting on a response”. I’ve called 3 times after my appointment and instead of just trying to reschedule the appointment I’ve been given excuses and my call 3rd have been sent to voicemail. I just wanted rod fixed. UNPROFESSIONAL

April 2024, worked with Sean who took the time to walk through the project on a Thursday. He was very thorough about what work would be done and what it would cost. The following Monday we gave him the go-ahead to do the job. That Wednesday the shingles were delivered to our roof. The next day Sean's crew of 13+ guys showed up at 9am and was done with the job (a 2,700 square foot colonial) shortly after 3pm. Their one day install guarantee is amazing, my neighbors were shocked!

Sean Lathrop was great to work with,I'd give him a 5 star all day. Not pushy trying to sell you on the job and very respectful and knowledgeable. Far as the work crew I'd give them a 3.5 to 4 star review. Very fast, cleaned up really good only found 1 nail so out of a 2 layer tear off I thought that was pretty good. They missed couple small spots of caulking, one small part of my peak was little uneven but not noticeable from the ground and messed up small peice of my siding but did a decent job making new peice but given the age and color it dosen't match. Over pretty good company and I'd definitely ask for Sean if you need any work done he will definitely do his best to beat all competitive prices

I received a very fair reasonable & detailed quote that was delivered promptly as promised.

The install crew arrived the day they were scheduled. They were 1/2 hour early.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The cleanup was amazing. It was as if they had never been there.

I am a landscape architect and have been doing construction work for over 35 years. I always made a point to leave job sites cleaner and neater than the competition, this company does the same.

I never thought getting a new roof would such a pleasure.

We moved into our home four months ago. With Fall coming we elected to have the house roof checked out and contacted Roofman for the job because of the great reviews 4.9 stars here on Google. The appointment was very easy to set up. Bill Smith from Roofman came out to perform the inspection. Very professional indeed. He walked the entire roof and stated that at this point the roof did NOT need to be replaced, that it still had a few more good years left remaining on it. I highly appreciate the integrity of Mr. Smith. I highly recommend Roofman.

Roofman was outstanding to work with. I had some storm damage at my business and I wanted to get a quote to repair the damage. Sean came out and showed me that there was damage outside of the one area that I could see from the ground. Once I decided to replace the entire roof he came out with the contract and we scheduled an appointment. The appointment was just 3 days after I signed the contract. I was not on site during the install but I stopped by around 3:30pm and the installation was finished. They did a great job working around my trailers and equipment and they cleaned up very well. I have not found a single stray nail anywhere. I highly recommend Roofman.

They were not only on time, they were a 1/2 hour early. The crew got right to work, tore the roof off rather quickly, patched a couple of holes. They had others putting the new shingles on the roof that had already been stripped while others were taking the old ones off. They left nothing behind. Wow, I have never seen such a hard working team. I was amazed at how quickly they set up, completed the roof (This was a large job!), and cleaned up. It was a hot day and yet they completed the shingling in, to me seemed, record time! I do not think I have met too many people that could work this hard for this long and still have a smile on their face at the end of the job. Our roof looks great, thanks to a 5 star team!

I did not feel pressured to take their business or placed through a long presentation before being told a final price. The workers showed up early and went straight to work. I contacted Bill from Roofman USA after I found some shingles missing from a previous ice storm. Bill determined the roof could not be repaired and required a new roof. The insurance company denied the initial claim. Bill worked with the adjuster and had the full roof replacement approved in a timely manner.
