I recently had a new shingle roof installed by PD Home Exteriors from Saline and I couldn't be happier with the results. The sales and installation teams were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took great care during setup, making sure everything around the house was well protected. The roofing work was done quickly and to a high standard, and the cleanup afterward was thorough. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work done right!

Listen, this is an awesome team of professionals. The project manager and his team were on time, as well as the products they used to replace my roof. They were very polite and cleaned up all of the debris from my yard, as well as my neighbor's. I had a lot of questions and concerns, because I've encountered some really unprofessional contractors. The team manager, who's name I forgot, was so very kind and professional. He addressed every question and I was confident with every explanation. My roof looks beautiful and home looks like a brand new structure. The weather hasn't been cooperating so I am unable to provide photos. This is an awesome team!

We were pleased with PD Home Exteriors from start to finish. Chris Boulter, owner, was responsive and professional as we worked through the estimate, roofing choices, and coordination with Blue Raven Solar systems. The onsite team, led by Hugo and Carlos, were amazing! Their crew of 10-14 workers arrived on time at 8 am, had the shingles off the entire house in an hour and the new shingles on and our yard cleaned up by 4:30 pm! When they left, the yard looked like it did when they arrived and I had a beautiful new roof! Thanks PDHE team! I’d highly recommend them.

The installation of the roofs on our home, pole barn, and shed were meticulous and attention to detail was evident. They left our property as clean as they found it. PD did a fantastic job on our siding and window project. We picked out a siding color that unexpectedly had shortage issues during the summer but before we could pick out a replacement, Mike went above and beyond and personally picked up orders from out of state. The timeline was delayed by this and other minor issues with window delivery, but the final product is great!

This company did a beautiful new roof for us recently. They were efficient, and cleaned up after the job was complete. After having a very large tree fall on our home leaving huge holes in the roof and breaking several trusses PD home exteriors came as soon as tree was removed covered holes and tarped our roof. We recently had the opportunity to see quality workmanship and overall professionalism, as we worked with Joel Benton of PD Home Exteriors to add new siding and gutters to our home.

A friend had added James Hardie siding to his home, and highly recommended it. After researching it, as well as meeting with Joel Benton, we felt this type of siding with new gutters would be an excellent home investment.

Joel explained the advantages of the Hardie siding, and worked with us on the color scheme, meticulously covering which shade would be used as the main color, the trim, as well as on the soffits and fascia and gutters.

After we reached our decision, Joel created a computer image of our home to show what the color scheme would look like, for our approval.

The siding and gutter crews were very efficient, working to get the job done, friendly without being intrusive. They worked equally hard to install the siding and gutters as they did to clean up the construction debris at the end of each day.

The job had the siding crew here for four 12-hour days, and the gutter crew here for an 8-hour day. They worked with us to make sure that we got the final product we wanted, and made the process as painless as possible.

Simply put, we feel like we have a brand new house. After a week of the new siding, we can already tell how tightly sealed the house is now. With a 30-year-guarantee, we feel the house is protected, should any construction issue arise.

To get through a major home renovation without incident is a gift. We would definitely give Joel and his crews a 5+ rating.

We have had work done by several companies over the last few years and PD Home Exteriors has been, by far, the best to deal with. They responded to our calls and showed up when they said they would and were very professional. The crews were great and did excellent work.

PD took a couple days to get us a quote for vinyl siding on our garage. Then, they started installing a week earlier than originally estimated and were done in 3 days. The work was great. Our experience with PD Home Exteriors was truly outstanding. Contacting them always brought a swift response. The work on our roof was begun mere days after contracting to have it done. Workers arrived in the early morning and worked steadily and quickly with only a short lunch break until late evening. They engaged cheerfully and efficiently with one another throughout the day. Care was taken to protect windows while shingles and wood were systematically removed and new materials applied. The clean-up of old roof materials was meticulous. Our grandchildren will be able to run barefoot outside this summer with no worry of stepping on stray nails. The new roof looks great and we will certainly enjoy not worrying about leaks around our skylights when it rains or gets icy now. For the last month, I've been working with Mike J. on several roof projects including a commercial torch down. He was the only one of three that understood how to properly service the roof seams and did an exceptional job repairing and coating it. His communication with me and the tenants was excellent, coupled with his roofing/building experience and friendly persona made the job process smooth and a pleasure.

Swiss watch with a hammer! Shows up on time, work is top-notch, and takes care of everything like it's his own. Joel has disrupted the contractor game, and you'd be wise to take advantage. Highly recommend!

I found working with Joel Benton from PD Home Exteriors to be very professional. He was responsive to my questions, quick to provide estimates and able to get the necessary repairs completed before inclement weather might cause delays and potential further damage. The repair work was top grade and is indistinguishable from the rest of the house.

SidingPD did a 10/10 quality job installing James Hardie siding on our house and detached garage. We had some special design requests that they were happy to accommodate. The one area for improvement we would pass along would be communication of project timing - We ordered in June, were estimated an October kickoff, but the work did not begin until December. Thankfully in our case we were able to accommodate the delay, and the end-result was well worth the wait.

We just had siding and gutters installed. They did a great job working with us on siding selection. The installers were very professional and personable. They took the time to go over the siding job with us and confirm details. At the end of each day they cleaned up very well. There was a break due to Thanksgiving but they worked to get the front of the house finished so our guests would not see it under construction. The company is very attentive to detail and takes pride in their work.

Siding PD installed James Hardie shingle siding, GAF Ultra HD roof, soffits, gutters, porch decking, two new doors and a new window in my house and garage. Joel and the entire crew were great to work with. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

We bought a concrete block house in May 2018. It has required extensive work. After working with many contractors, we are very happy with Siding PD for the following reasons: 1. Joel manages his business different from our experience with other contractors. He is always monitoring and moving the project along and doing the things (bringing supplies, hauling construction debris, communicating with us) that would take a lead person away from working, and supervising the work that is being done. He has an experienced and hard-working crew. We had a difficult siding/framing job and it was expertly addressed.
2. They showed up everyday despite the weather and worked full days. We never had to wonder when or if they would show up which as been our experience in the past.
3. After each day the crew would clean the job-site and we never cleaned up anything. Construction debris, bottles, paper, nothing....
4. The job didn't drag out and was completed in a reasonable time frame (2 weeks). The couple things we thought were misses or we were less than thrilled about, were addressed and handled immediately.
5. Joel is responsive. How wonderful not to be ignored or wait days for a response to your questions. He is on top of what is being done that day and is at the job-site regularly.

In our experience of decades and multiple home (s) projects, gratefully, this has been our best experience. Professional, quality work and great communication with quick response and follow-up. Joel is good to work with and we highly recommend him. Thanks Joel.

We had PD Siding re-side our house and they did a spectacular job. They worked with us to select the color and type of siding. Started the job when they said they would and finished very quickly. The crew was very impressive with their diligence in getting the job done and Joel was easy to work, friendly, and professional. We would recommend them to anyone.
