I called on Friday afternoon about a small hole in my flat rubber (EDPM) roof. The company owner was out of town but came on Monday to inspect the roof. He repaired the hole as well as another small place on the corner of the room. He inspected the entire roof, and said it was in good shape, and didn't need further repair or replacement. He wouldn't take any money for his time. I really appreciate his honesty.

Diversified Roofing had replaced the south side of our roof at church a few years ago. A few weeks ago we had water coming in between the overhang in front of our church and the wall (not related to roof work). I called diversified roofing to see if they could help. We are so grateful that Stan with Diversified Roofing was referred to us 5 years ago. We had severe hail damage to our roof and he guided us with claiming everything to our insurance. We were able to have a whole new roof done with little cost to us.

Forward a year later and we experienced a leak in our kitchen, and some drainage issues from gutters needing to be rearranged and some guides added. He came and repaired that free of cost.

6 months later, there was again in the kitchen. Stan came out himself and added some sealing to some places in the roof, as well as additional drainage gutters.

Then, huge rain storms came through and the kitchen ceiling leaking again, same place we had already had repaired on the inside as well. Stan responded right away, and decided it would be best to just repair that whole section of roof as there was nothing he could find that could be the issue.

This time, he had his entire crew add additional liners and really secured that roofing to avoid any leaking. Three months later, a small leak showed up again. We were baffled. Stan would NOT give up until he fixed our issue. Our home had been remodeled before we bought it, and he wondered if there might be piping up there that was not capped correctly, or leaking. We did not have a bathroom or anything there would need water so we did not think there was a pipe there.

We decided we needed to cut a hole in the ceiling to see where in the world the water was coming from. The roof was SOLID. Double solid, actually. What we found was an old water exhaust pipe, with no cap, that had been allowing water to drain in when it rained really hard. Problem solved!!!

Stan had replaced part of our roof that had not needed to be replaced. He came out several times doing all he could to secure our home from water damage. Thank God he helped us find it, and helped us with guidance to getting it corrected.

We cannot thank him enough!!!! Stan is a rare find, someone who stands behind his work, and makes sure his customers are completely taken care of.

A few years ago had a new roof installed by them and was more than happy with everything. Skip to now and was having trouble with a vent. Called, same day they came out and fixed it. If they service your area, can't) come recommend more.

Diversified roofing replaced my roof in 2022 and did my attic insulation in 2024. The service was great and both processes were very quick and efficient! I would highly recommend them to do both of these services!

I had some repair work on my house roof and the garage roof completely redone. Stan and his crew are great. Stan takes the time to explain what is needed and what isn't needed. His honesty is appreciated. The crew was very thorough in their clean up after they finished the job. I recently called Diversified again after I discovered a leak in the roof near the chimney (furnace vent) during a torrential downpour - no fault of Diversified. Stan came out and patched it up quickly at no charge. I will definitely be calling Stan in a couple years when it's time for a new roof on the house.

Stan gave us a roof inspection before we installed solar a couple years ago, and reported no significant issues, overall fair condition, and 15 years left. We've been doing some unrelated work on the interior and our contractor discovered numerous leaks. Multiple roofers and an insurance adjuster who've come out to identify the problem and given an estimate noted unsealed bridge caps, missing and loose nails, improper layering of shingles, and many other workmanship problems that would have been there two years ago and were easily noticed by their 15-minute inspections.

We called Diversified again, both for an estimate on repairing/replacing the roof and to discuss the inspection that missed all of the above problems. Stan failed to look for or note any of these problems the second time, but still recommended a new roof (when two years ago he said we had 15 more years left). When I said multiple other roofers found problems that he apparently missed, and showed him his own prior inspection report, his only response was "yes sir." He didn't look in our attic and refused to when requested, and was generally rude and didn't seem to care that he did an absolutely abysmal job on the inspection or had costs us thousands of dollars. I hope all the people leaving positive reviews are still happy with their roof five years down the line, but I wouldn't count on it.

Diversified Roofing reroofed our home in Dec 2022 in a professional manner. We have a couple shingles needing repair 18 months later, possibly a branch fell on the roof and damaged them. They replaced those, recaulked some areas around the roof and chimney, and did it all under warranty. Thanks, Diversified!

I had a small roof leak, I watched some youtube videos and thought I was going to fix it myself. Then my better judgement kicked in and I called Diversified Roofing. Stan came out and fixed the leak for no charge. He inspected the roof and found hail damage. He circled and photographed the damage, then explained how an insurance claim works, and gave me a thorough estimate for roof replacement. This was all done late on a Friday evening. I am impressed, thankful, and very glad that I called!

They put a new roof on our garage/shed last March. Did a good good job - happy with roofs. However, I called them a couple of weeks after the roof was done because we had found some nails around the yard -- I know it is hard to find all of them. My husband and I both had new tires on our vehicles and didn't want one of us to get a flat tire. Also, I had two little dogs that I walk around the yard. I didn't them to step on a nail. I was told that they would have someone come over with a magnet and go over the area for nails. I was also told that they were suppose to leave a bundle of shingles. We never got any shingles and no one showed up with a magnet. I've called them a few more times and no response. Recently, we husband cleaned off the garage roof and clenred leaves out of gutters. There were some nails on the roof and they fell on the ground when my husband cleaned off the roof. When he mulched up the leaves with the mower, we got a flat tire from one of the nails on the roof, and that cost me $100

We had our whole roof stripped and replaced and a skylight replaced. The whole process was super easy, communication was simple and fast, and the roofers were all very nice and knowledgeable. I recently had a carpenter out at my house who noticed a small piece of flashing was missed (it was in a hard to see spot), so I sent an email and Stan was out the next day taking care of it.

During a job they did this week a worker took it upon himself to cover some early blooming daffodils with an empty flowerpot during the roof tear off. The first and last person we talked to is the front desk and she exceeds all expectation’s. With Covid we can have unexpected problems but the communication amongst everyone is very strong. So if there are any hiccups or anything all of the people work together to support each other.

I could not be more pleased with the results of the replacement of the flat roof covering our screen porch. Stan, the owner is prompt and very professional. His cheerful and experienced team came out sooner than expected and finished the job quickly despite weather delays. There was considerable rotted wood underneath the old roof covering and his crew replaced it at no additional cost despite its not being part of his original estimate. He replaced two leaking skylights and designed them so that further leaks are highly unlikely. In addition, his price was reasonable and the job looks fantastic! Can’t say enough for this company!

Stanley, the owner, evaluated the condition of the roof on our house. Stanley seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. He told me that the roof didn't need to be replaced yet. I appreciated that Stanley was honest about the timing of replacement, and he didn't push for immediate re-roofing. Also, free of charge, Stanley repaired some decayed weather-proofing around a vent, which will help extend the life of the roof.

Our roof repair was prompted by our concern about animals entering our attic and the observation that the roof plywood decking was rotting in many places and was heavily infected with mold. Stan Tupacz was recommended by a neighbor. We were also referred to him as one of two local roofers by a mold removal expert.

As part of his assessment, Stan went up on the roof and found some alarming problems. There were gaping open spaces between two of the plumbing vents and the roofing. There were a few missing shingles and open access to the attic through some of these. Stan took pictures of these sites to show us. In addition, he noted that neither of our bathroom fan exhausts were vented to the exterior. Eventually, we learned that both of these conduits were open to the attic and were associated with the heaviest areas of mold growth and rotting from the inside. It was Stan’s assessment that the rotting and mold were a consequence of poor attic ventilation. As a minimum solution, he recommended revising the attic ventilation system. But he also cautioned that the rotting wood decking would continue to warp and that the shingles were becoming increasingly brittle (and cracking) and would need replacement within a few years. If we elected to replace these items, he advised us to get three estimates from other roofing companies, which we did. Before he left, Stan fixed the holes in the roof and the two large plumbing vent openings on the spot. He charged us nothing for these repairs. After getting a total of three estimates, we selected Stan to do a roof replacement and re-ventilation of the attic.

Stan was unable to assess how many planks of decking would have to be replaced before starting the repairs. This was the only unknown in his estimate, and it would be a determination as the roof was being reshingled and the wood could be inspected directly. He indicated that he would not take the job if it involved putting new shingles over rotting decking. Another contractor told us that it would be necessary to replace all of the decking at a higher cost than Stan offered. Stan felt that intact, sturdy, inflexible decking would not need to be replaced unnecessarily, and he understood our concerns about costs.

Once we decided that Stan was our choice for contractor, he scheduled the work promptly and efficiently. The workers on his team were polite, friendly, and helpful. Most of them had numerous years of doing roof repairs. The whole job was essentially completed in a single day, with his team working until after sunset to get the house covered. A few odds and ends were completed the following day, including an extensive clean-up.

Stan was always honest and friendly with us. He clearly wanted the job, but there was no “hard sell”. He explained everything that should be done. We would be extremely comfortable recommending his company to our friends and neighbors or to anyone reading this review.

Excellent experience, Stan the owner is an upstanding guy. No up sell, no BS on you need extra vents. Fast work, tear off and installation done same day. Couldn't be happier! Guys walking around neighborhood quoted me 12.,000. Diversified 50 year shingle, lifetime transferable warranty 6400. $100 referral bonus, so mention me ... LOL
