I bought material here over 15 years felt like a second office. They got a new manager and doesn’t hold her employees responsible. I have lost so much money. Hernan never return My calls would never put my orders in never calls back. I brought it to the managers attention, she didn’t care called her a second time after buying material elsewhere for three months And she told me that hernan was her best employee pretty much making excuses for her employees bad boss bad employees I will never buy material here again. It’s horrible how somebody could just come in and ruin a business. And I’m not the only contractor noticing this what a Disappointment I went over to a different roofing supply company in Albuquerque and it was amazing. They take care of me put my orders in the truck Is there when they say it’s gonna be there I’m not used to great service like this. What a night and day difference If you guys want good prices, great service, and want your delivery on time rwc building Products is the company to go to.
