Roofing Solutions - Cave City

This company has show me very distasteful customer service. My roof has leaked 3 times in the same spot for months. I have reached out to this company with over 100 phone calls and still no response or action taken. I now will have to come out of pocket to fix the work done. Insurance will not cover the neglect of application by the company. The first two times I was in contact with this company the service was fantastic but has since fallen short. The leak has not moved nor lessened the two times they came prior. I have had to have a separate company come and patch the roof at the moment until I am ready to pay for the correct repair that should have been made twice by now. All I ask is that this company reconsiders their approach when handling future customers.

This company is NOW operating under two names, CK and Southern Roots Roofing. A few days ago, I walked into a supplies store and held the door for a lady and man, both wearing Southern Roots Roofing shirts, neither said Thank You or anything, when I left I noticed a super nice(60-80K) Southern Roofing truck parked next to me, but the man and woman were standing next to my vehicle where I couldn't open my door, I stood there for a second and said excuse me please and they both just glared at me and stood for a second then moved. What a rude way to advertise business. I actually was pricing roofing materials inside and then looking for someone to replace my 2900sqft roof, but I know now who NOT to call, if they are that way in everyday life, imagine if you conduct business with them. The lady's name is plastered all over her truck so it's easy to know who she is. People used to care more about others, but now they just don't and when a business gets too many complaints aka CK Solutions, they open under another name aka Southern Roots Roofing, same people, same service, different name.
