DJ and the Rescue Crew did a phenomenal job at my home. Communication and all deliverables were exemplary. They were professional focused and determined and would not stop until I got what needed after the devastation of hurricane Helene. I am thankful that Rescue Roofing was my roofer of choice. I could not have asked for a better experience.

DJ and his crew came out and installed the GOVEE light system on our home, and also installed new gutters around our house and pool house, they were very professional and did an outstanding job! my wife and I couldn't be more happy, thank you DJ and to your entire crew!!

DJ came out, inspected our roof and gave us three options. We selected the least expensive option and he jumped right on it. The roof has new life. As soon as money and weather permit, we will do the top of the line program. This is an incredibly inexpensive way to prolong the life of a roof and the people running this branch are top notch.

I missed the original email from my insurance company regarding the problem with my roof. That was in September. When I got a letter in the mail about three weeks before my insurance was due to be renewed, it put me in panic mode because they are threatening to cancel my homeowner’s insurance if my roof is not repaired. I called the insurance company to find out what I needed to do because the roof is not visibly damaged. The insurance company told me to have the roof inspected, pressure washed and submit proof of payment.
I shared my scenario with my coworker who has home building knowledge. He suggested Roof Maxx from an advertisement he had seen on television. We looked at it together on the computer. I contacted Roof Maxx by submitting an estimate request online. From November 25th to completing my request on November 29th, Roof Maxx came to my rescue to protect my roof and give me more time to plan for a new roof. Roof Maxx also prepared slides of the roof before and after cleaning, minor repairs, and sealing my roof. This slide presentation was more acceptable by my insurance company than the paid invoice alone. Roof Maxx completed my roof in time so that my homeowner’s insurance was not interrupted. I am ecstatic about what Roof Maxx did for me and I am going to tell anyone I can about their services and how quickly they got it done.
