I just had my roof replaced by this T-H-I Home Pros. They were amazingly efficient with all aspects of the sale and installation. I am very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of work they did. I would highly recommend this company.

Called this company and they came out the same day to repair a leak in my roof. They did a great job. The team was exceptionally cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they took before and after pictures of the work they performed. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again for everything!

Used this company twice when no one else was available. On the last visit we had a leak around a vent pipe. Several months later it started leaking again. Owner, said he was busy and would get back to me to schedule by following week. Followed up with additional phone calls. No response. So, I left this review and contacted MDLLR and confirmed his license had expired in September 2018. Since the work was done prior to the expiration MDLLR said they would mediate if needed.

After, I already had another company come out give a quote to fix and confirm the work they did was the source of the issue, THI finally got back out to fix the leak stating that they had personal issues that prevented them getting out sooner.

Prior to actually coming out to assess the issue, phone conversations with the owner were loaded with reasons it’s probably not their work that was the source for the leak. A painful thing for a customer to listen to while their ceiling is being ruined with every rain.

After the work was done I received a follow up phone call demanding this review be deleted. I agreed to modify since they did come out to repair the issue but would not recommend this company. Not good customer service.

Confirm license has been renewed before working with this company otherwise MDLLR will not be able to assist. Company operates under THI Home Pros and Roofing Repair Experts.
