Mr. Robert Bice took care of my old Roof with discontinued wind damaged shingles and had a brand new roof installed in no time. He was very easy to work with like having my nephew do it no pressure and he kept me up-to-date on everything.

Hands down if you are looking to replace your roof Prestige Restorations is the way to go.
I have desperately needed to replace it for some time. Rahime and Andrew came out and did an assessment on my roof (@230pm) sat and called my insurance company that day with me and filed the claim (it took 10 minutes)! Before they even left my home I had an insurance adjuster appointed and he scheduled an appointment the next morning to come out!
The adjuster AND the roofing company were at my home by 9 am to do a claim assessment. By 10:30 am that morning everything was assessed, filed, and approved to replace my entire roof.
I met with them and picked my shingle color, it was ordered and delivered to my home! They installed it in one day! This entire process took a week and a half from start to finish including getting the first check from my insurance company.
I wasn't even home for the installation. There was one hiccup with gutter covers and Kyle (the owner) was at my home within an hour to discuss and resolve the issue.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and the process. It was so painless, quick and my roof looks so amazing ❤️❤️ it was a huge piece to transitioning my home into a more modern look!

Don’t do business with people who open their sales pitch by ignoring your clearly stated instructions and requests.

There’s a sign on my door at eye level that clearly says “No solicitors” and warns that solicitors will get a bad online review. This is because my husband and I work from home, and roofing companies ringing our bell all day is disruptive and bad for OUR business. This company entered our neighborhood that also has “No solicitors” signs at both entrances, then came to my house and rang the bell after seeing my own sign. Am I going to hire a company whose employees either don’t care what I want or can’t read? No.

Rob Bice from Prestige Restorations answered all of my questions up front related to roofing material options, building code, insurance options due to wind damage, roof venting, material delivery, and licensing, bonding and insurance. The roof was installed in one day. The installation crew cleared my property of all debris, including the removal and disposal of an unsightly satellite dish. The installation crew manager was friendly and receptive to my questions throughout the installation.

My experience with jesse goble and his crew at prestige restorations was aweaome . Had hail damage to roof and siding or my house,garage and sheds and they took care of it quickly and did great work . Highly reccomend this company.

I started the arduous and time consuming research about 5 months ago when I discovered a leak in my roof. It was clear it needed to be replaced, it was 32 years old. I started off with a company called “Power Home Remodeling” back in October who literally crushed my plans of getting a new roof with an obnoxious estimate of $67,572.00! The salesman knew he was our 1st estimate and we told him there would be more estimates before we committed. He was beyond pushy and put so much pressure on us to “finance that night with his company” and he would give us a $10K discount but “only available that night”. After 4 hours of wasting our time we literally almost canceled the next estimate. We simply couldn’t afford $68K plus the possibility of more plywood added, potentially driving that price up even higher if they discovered the plywood was ruined, not to mention plus the interest. (We had 24 replaced boards so the price would have exceeded $72K) The next estimate was lower but the company wasn’t in business long and didn’t have good reviews. It did, however, restore our faith that there was a company out there worthy of our needs. We then met Robert Bice and his company, Prestige Restoration, LLC. A local American Company! Thank God we did and I say that with every ounce of appreciation! Within an hour he answered every single question we had, educated us and we even found time for an solid decent discussion about finances without any pressure. He was ROCK SOLID and I verified every single word to the syllable of his honesty. The next afternoon I had a roof picked out with a top company, American made shingles with a lifetime warranty and date to start the work the beginning of the following week. The estimate was literally LESS than half of Power Home Remodeling which afforded us the option of not having to finance a ROOF with an even better warranty! For us, that was a huge blow for freedom! The work crew was phenomenal. Honest, respectful, cautious and had everything completed on a 5000 Sq Ft roof within one business day, including a stellar cleanup. We had some inside work done in our grand foyer where we have a sky light. These workers were so cautious inside my home, respectful, kind and did beautiful work. I will not hesitate to refer them out to family and friends. Rob Bice truly represented his company with pride, accuracy, 100% honesty and was completely committed to making sure our experience was above excellent. Not to mention he is extremely personable and very eager to please his clients. A truly excellent experience for an ending to what started for us as a very disappointing beginning with Power Home Remodeling. I included photos but also added the initial estimate from Power Home Remodeling because it’s hard to believe there are actually companies out there that will expect home owners to pay those inflated and obnoxious prices based on limited education in the industry. I recommend Prestige Restorations unequivocally and without and hesitation for any of your home needs. Unbelievable! How great of a job this company has done. Adrian Young is a great contractor who handled my house with great care and quick timing and today completes the whole process of work done. The roof is done. The inside ceiling stains and light replacements are complete. We had a new roof,gutters and downspouts installed. Only premium quality products were used in the job. The inspection,quote and the contract were handled in a professional manner. We wanted to share our great experience with Prestige Restorations! Jesse Goble spoke with us about our shingles being defective and discontinued, ours was CertainTeed Hallmark shingles known as "tiger stripe" and was very reassuring about the process of filing the claim with our insurance. He really took care of it all and within a week the insurance property adjuster came by looked at the roof, they both (and others) discussed the damage on our house with garage and another separate garage, all had the same shingles. Everyone was so nice and polite and explaining the next step and in 2 days we had the first check to get things going and within like 4 days the crew, headed by Marvin, was here to tear off and replace all our roofs. We were VERY impressed with all the guys that showed up and were working full on by 6:30am! They worked so well together, and everyone knew their part to do and worked VERY professionally and very polite and respectful of our property, cleaning up very well when they were done! I have never used your service and tried to call the business to inform your team but nobody answered. But you have someone in a black ford f-150 driving through Smyrna, DE with your logo on the door tailgating other cars and driving very recklessly, switching lanes abruptly, and riding so close to my work truck I couldn’t see the front end of his truck. Didn't get license plate number but its about 11:25am on the 9th of August. This person tailgated me from a couple miles before the Smyrna rest stop exit on route 1 all the way into the town of Smyrna. I am by no means trying to be a Karen but I dont know if this person was having road rage or a fit but I could've tapped my brakes and his truck would’ve been through the bed of my work truck. Team members/Employees represent their company while out in the company owned vehicle. This person was a blink away from slamming into me or anyone else he was trying to speed around. Just thought you guys should know, it was severe enough for me to reach out to a place of business and inform them, something I have never done.

Jesse and Albert did a amazing job to get my roof done. With my unusual work schedule, they made sure from start to finish that it was done and done when they promised. Any concerns or questions I had, they were very professional and put my mind at ease. I will make sure they are called for any future projects.

My roof was old and damaged by wind. Several contractors came by and said they could get Allstate to pay for a new roof. All of them failed except Prestige Restorations. Their network of folks took some time, but at the end Allstate covered the new roof. Thanks Prestige!

Prestige Restorations is an excellent company, Rob Bice noticed my deteriorating and discontinued shingles on my roof and shed that I had been patching in certain places that had torn off from wind and storms. He finally caught me at home one day and told me about the problems and the lawsuit against Certainteed Horizon and other shingles , I had the Horizon Blue shingles. Rob got up on my roof to inspect it and told me that it were problems with the shingles and that they were definitely the discontinued ones and that they would definitely be covered under my homeowners insurance. Rob told me everything about the process of going through the insurance company and was there when I made the call to them to tell me what to say. Rob answered all of my questions and took care of any concerns I had . The whole process was quick and easy, Rob’s roofing crew under the Supervision of Marvin were excellent , Marvin answered any questions or concerns I had .The whole roof on the house and shed including a couple of pieces of plywood was completed and cleaned up in one day. Kyle and his team are fantastic and really streamlined the whole process. They helped walked me through the process of filing a claim and conveniently met with the adjuster to verify the condition of my roof shingles. After the adjuster gave the green light to conduct work, shingle color was selected and date scheduled to perform work. Kyle's team showed up and showed out. After my initial claim was denied by my insurance company, Jordan and his team went into overdrive.They appealed the decision, met with the adjusters (several times) and finally got the insurance company to agree to pay, and I now have a beautiful, expertly installed roof and I couldn't be happier. Prestige did a great job on our roof. The crew was great and they did a really good job of clean up after the installation. We worked with Teddy as our project manager and he was very responsive and came out to inspect the site before/after the job. I would recommend them to others looking for roof installations.

We highly recommend Prestige Restoration to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. Our chief point of contact was Theodore Leblanc who, as project manager, seamlessly and professionally handled all communication between our home insurance agency, Prestige Restoration, and us from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing construction and materials and guided us through the process of choosing the optimum shingle for our home. More importantly, he was able to work with our insurance agent to obtain the optimum coverage under our policy. The Prestige Restoration crew of ten workers removed our old shingles, repaired plywood where damaged, installed new ice damage protection materials, and cleaned up and removed all debris in less than a day.

One of the most professional contractors I’ve ever dealt with! Rob Price (Mick) communicated with us during the entire process, from walking us thru claim, picking out roof, delivery and installation. The work was completed while we were on vacation and came home to pristine yard and area surrounding house. Just slight debris in garage but a broom takes care of it! They were amazing!!!
