Brandon Trainor was the name we kept hearing so of course we contacted him. From the get-go, Brandon is easy to talk to and communicated quickly and earnestly.

As a new home buyer, I quickly learned not all contractors are the same and the ones who put their customer’s first are the ones you need to keep close. Unfortunately, we ran into permitting issues that prevented our fence from being built.

Brandon and Roofing on Top have been beyond patient and generous with us during this process. When we can get past our permit issues, we know who we’ll come to. For everyone else, save yourself the trouble and go with these guys.

I was highly appreciative and thankful for Roofing on Top. Our insurance company recommended we do an inspection incase we needed a roof replacement, so we could do before our deductible goes up. They were very attentive and came out within a few days. Luckily we did not need to roof replacement. However I appreciate the honesty which is hard to find now days. I look forward to continuing to do business on other services they provide.

David and company were all great to work with. We had a small roof repair that was causing debris to hang and hit our young kids window which led to lots of sleepless night because of make believe monsters banging on their window! David came by himself to get the debris down and the repair was fixed the following day. Great communication, efficient, CLEAN, quick response, and fair pricing. Highly recommend! Living in an 80 year old home withing the Historic/Preservation area of your town always has it's challenges. And a few weeks ago we had the need for a new roof. Not only the roof, but reviewed the interior damage that was caused by the leaks. It is not your standard flat roof. It comes with many twists, turns, peaks and valleys. We wanted to stay local when selecting our roofer so we started off meeting with two of the best rated in our area. We also wanted to get another estimate/opinion from another company not in our area.

We began our search and came upon Roofing OnTop & Energy in McKinney, Texas. The company was very impressive due to their commitment to their Community and how they abide by The Golden Rule of "Doing Unto Others". Reviews were positive from all aspects of their work ethics, customer service, customer satisfaction, experience, and overall job well done for their customers.

The first two local companies came by looked at roof, gave a quote and didn't bother to come inside to review our damage. One company mentioned we do not need a roof.

We received our visit from TJ and Justin from Roofing OnTop. Wow! what can I say. They were so down to earth, so knowledgable and provided us with information on the problems that they identified and how they would handle this large project. They understood the overall process of working with the insurance company along with their company and us, the homeowners. They created a team approach to ensure that we knew what was going on very step of the way They analyzed the overall roof taking pictures and identifying additional repairs that would need to be addressed as they progressed each day.

Part of the team was Jerry, the lead roofer who was extremely knowledgeable about his trade and his very professional crew who were assigned the challenge of our "old home". They all shared their lunch together on the lawn. The crew worked along with Tj and Justin daily to ensure every task was addressed and completed professionally. The roofing crew were meticulous in keeping our outdoor surrounding safe and free of debris. They made sure our landscape and additional surrounding items were protected. They cleaned up each day prior to their departure.

TJ and Justin kept in contact at the beginning of each day and the ending of each day to ensure things were going great. They are real people with families and care about others, They spoke highly of their company and how proud they were to work for Roofing OnTop. This was a great experience!! They are much more than a roofing company, they are truly sincere gentlemen. We are very pleased with the outcome and HIGHLY recommend their company for any of your roofing needs.

Brandon and his team were fantastic to work with. We were purchasing a new home that we’d been told was getting a partial roof replacement. We weren’t confident so asked Brandon to give his opinion - knowing he wasn’t guaranteed work, and he came out to ensure we had a second opinion before our option period was up. Ultimately he was able to work with the insurance company to get the whole roof replaced with his findings! There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe TJ. He was SO easy to communicate with, which is hard to find. I have 3 kiddos under 5 so it was nice that he could reply to my questions via text instead of having to talk on the phone with screaming kids in the background.

Getting a new roof sounds like an exhausting process but all in all, it was absolutely seamless and probably even the easiest thing that we’ve had done in regards to our home… all because TJ was there every step of the way. He does it ALL and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Just an outstanding man who felt like family the second we met. Great experience all around. After having a leaky ceiling from a lot of wind and rain, I reached out and someone came over the same day. Joe came over and identified the cause of the issue and immediately went to work to temporarily tarp the problem area while we waited for the insurance adjuster to come by. I never felt like Joe was trying to just take my money or make me pay for things I didn’t need. He was transparent with what we should expect and was patient with explaining everything. David and Brandon were a god send. We were in a stressful situation with a looming house closing, an insurance check never received and sent again and moving chaos.

They helped us get a roof on IN THE RAINY SEASON before closing even with our complications. They took the stress right away and made it right.

Joe is a good neighbor. He noticed some slipped shingles when he was walking with his family and asked me if he could take a look. Two days later he gave me a very detailed report of what he found when he looked around. He documented the damage and gave me options to consider. He was fair, friendly, and professional. Had a great experience with Roofing On Top. We live in an area with several large trees and we're constantly having to clean our gutters. David came out, after getting other quotes, gave us the best detail on the available gutters with leaf guards and a very reasonable quote. After the crew finished the work, David stopped by with a ladder and inspected the work. There were a couple of items that were not up to his standards and had the crew stop by and resolve. That's complete and thorough service! The crew was very polite as well. I appreciate the honest and complete service.

Terronce is great to work with. He responded the same day. He came to the house to assess a drafty skylight. The repair was made two days later on Saturday, and the draft was repaired as promised. The craftsman was meticulous with the workmanship and cleanup. Price was more than fair. Highly Recommended!

These guys really do a fabulous job. The crew was so good and personable and their work was perfect. They protected my plants and shrubs, they were very kind about cleaning up after themselves and very carefully checked the yard and driveway for nails. Before we even got their estimate they walked with the insurance adjuster and made sure we got all the items covered that we didn't even know we should. These were things that didn't affect them at all but covered interior leak things and items that were damaged. This was above and beyond their job and they did it with a smile. Great people and done in a day!
