It's not easy to get an estimate on a new roof. Some people show up, some not, some never get back to you. I got 5 estimates for my new roof. When I called Timo Zuniga he showed up the same day. When I expressed some concern about certain areas of the roof, he hopped right up on a ladder, took close-up pictures and showed me. The estimate was competitive. His crew arrived when he said they would and the job was done beautifully within 2 days. A very hard working bunch of people who cleaned up after themselves. Hire this man, he won't disappoint.

This company did an amazing job with my roof replacement. We had put off the job for quite a while (due to some technicalities with our mortgage company) but the owner remained responsive with us throughout the process and provided us will all the documents we needed.
Not only were they very reasonably priced but they are effective, completing the job in just one day while there was still snow on the ground. The team was polite and the owner was very knowledgeable and honest. Unlike most companies he didn’t try to sell us on additional things we didn’t needed.

I contacted the company when I had a leak in my roof. He responded and came out immediately to investigate the issue. He let me know exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix the issue. Once i was ready, the team showed up and had my roof replaced in a day! They were efficient, worked quickly, and cleaned up when the job was done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! I couldn't have asked for a better experience when choosing someone to replace my roof.

It was old and leaking, he quoted a great price, scheduled it quickly (because of the leaks), he showed pictures of things that needed attention, replaced some damaged wood, and cleaned up on time. The team was on time and replaced all of my decking, shingles, and gutters in 2 days. They also patched up a broken gable. Very polite and did a great job. They were careful to move my walkway lights so they wouldn't get damaged, and put them back exactly where they were. (Picture shows upper floor finished while lower floor was in the process). Two thumbs up!

Tim was very professional and did exactly what we wanted. First saw them do the roof beside our house. I was impressed at how good a job they did. Talked to Tim and had them do my daughters house before mine. They were very competitive priced and even though we couldn’t be there they kept us updated on the progress of our roof with pictures through all stages. Very professional, knowledgeable, fast, and competitively priced. Timoteo helped me to choose a color for the roof, ordered the material, and kept me updated on the status of the order until the day it arrived, which was only a few days after I chose the new color.

His crew is also extremely fast. By the time I was getting out of bed for work this morning, they were already halfway done removing my old roofing. They had new shingles delivered, the old roof removed, the new one put on, all the ridge vents replaced with new ones, and everything cleaned up in one day.

Called on a Friday afternoon and Timo had his crew at my residence the next day in Saturday for a roof repair of shingles which is greatly appreciated because 100% Chance of rain on Sunday would of caused more damage.
