The estimate provided was thorough, reasonable and came in well below my budget. When compared to two other estimates I had received by comparable roofing companies, Atlantic Coast's estimate went well beyond the basic causes of my roof's leaks to include damaged wood and vent caps. Additionally, Mr. Spivey made excellent recommendations to replace a few roof fittings that he felt would fail sooner than later. The work to my roof was completed promptly, on time and on budget.
