I had a leak from my roof when it rained, and Justin was prompt in giving me an estimate and fixing the seal on my skylight. I wish I had called him the first time it leaked because he provided a one-year warranty, checked other areas I was concerned about, and even went above and beyond by clearing out parts of my gutter. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Not a great experience. The representative performed a site visit and committed to reaching back out to me with a quote. This process started on January 28th with the initial call, a follow-up call on January 29th, a check-in call on February 6th, and then another call on February 20th. 3 of the 4 calls were me reaching out. Still no communication back or quote. The call on February 6th had me hopeful as the Representative stated that a quote was soon to be delivered. This sort of "ghosting" always amazes me and is a waste of my time./money. I'm working too hard trying to give someone my money.

Roofing America was quick to respond over the weekend to my online inquiry. They quickly provided a quote for repair, discussed the possibility of replacement only if necessary.
Communication was fluid when a change in schedule was unavoidable. He provided pictures of before and after and the work was superior. Essentially an affordable and well done repair - no more leaks.
Highly recommend. When I'm ready to replace my roofing or have another repair come up, I'm working with Roofing America.

I contacted Roofing America with a roof leak issue at 10AM. They were the only company that called me back. They were at my home by 1PM and resolved the issue free of charge!! I highly recommend them for any roofing issues.

I had a single shingle slide off the roof after a freak windstorm. To complicate matters, my roof is a bit steep. After calling multiple companies, I learned that a lot of roofing companies won’t even “bother” with small roofing jobs. Well, the job is not small to the home owner; we just want to prevent leaks and/or further damage. I did find that Angi’s List had companies who would fix it, but the quoted price was ridiculous. Somehow, I happened on Roofing America and spoke to Justin. He said they DID do large and small jobs. He said he’d work with me on the price, and he did. He came out fairly quickly and assessed the job, making sure that there was not other issues or shingles that came off the other side of the house. He was prepared to fix it right then, but it started to rain. Between my schedule, their other jobs, and the weather, he was finally able to get the job done about a week later. Knowing I was stressed about the possibility of getting a leak, he assured me that I should be fine based on his initial evaluation (via drone). And he was right. We had a couple of hard rains since the shingle came off and I didn’t have any leaks or other damage. Oddly enough while he was fixing it, it started to rain, but he was able to finish the job. Anyway, I’m very pleased and I truly appreciate their diligence in working me into their schedule despite the weather and some of my own scheduling issues. They are professional, pleasant, and hardworking individuals. I will definitely use them again.

I called several roofing companies wanting to get an estimate on replacing my roof. Justin called me back almost immediately and came out to get measurements the same day. He had me an estimate before anyone else even called me back. From the first phone call to the time that the roof was complete was around 2 weeks. His estimate was right in the same ballpark as the others that finally got back to later. His estimate was about $400 cheaper than the next closest. The crew showed up early Saturday morning. They removed the existing roof, replaced several OSB sheets, installed new roof vents and had the new roof (shingles) installed, and cleaned up in the same day. They did an incredible job. The total cost was exactly what I was given as an estimate. No extra costs. Justin is a good guy. Very knowledgeable, responsive, straight forward, and I would highly recommend them.

I had Justin came out to give us an estimate on the roof of the house we're purchasing. He was very professional to work with. Justin first did an overview using drone but decided to come by in person for a more in-depth inspection.

I contacted Justin and he came out quickly to help me out with a repair. Fast,Friendly, & Knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I was in a time crunch selling my home and every roofing company I called said my repair job was too small. I called the owner Justin and he came over that day and performed the services himself after hours. I would recommend Roofing America WV to friends, family, and anyone needing repairs or an entire new roof.

Buyer Beware! Roofing America in Malden, WV. They ordered extra materials we didn’t need that cost us over $200 and they would not refund the cost. One was an attic fan but we don’t even have an attic. They damaged our home and tile on our front porch and left about a hundred nails on the ground! Super disappointed!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roofing America after they installed my metal roof. Justin and Donavan were great to work with and gave me a quality roof at a very reasonable price. I consider myself lucky to have found honest folks to deal with.

We had both a metal and flat roof replaced. We were so happy with the metal roof. The flat roof was installed in August. Issues have been repeatedly brought to the attention of the company but so far no one has shown up to assess and address them. Flat roofs require certain temperatures to complete and winter is fast approaching. Now we're concerned about the integrity of the warranty, if this is how quickly they respond so soon after an installation.

We had two roofs replaced on our property. The crew did an excellent job; worked sun up to sun down and did a conscientious job cleaning up the debris. Justin was very responsive and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Just had my roof replaced in Beckley WV by Justin at Roofing America. They did a beautiful job. The roof looks terrific! This is a large roof with skylights. The estimate was very reasonable. They were able to schedule and complete the work in my timeframe. The cleanup was thorough. They offer the best warranty on workmanship of any of the roofing companies that I interviewed. Mark me a satisfied customer who would recommend this company.
