Chad’s was one of five companies my wife and I contacted for an estimate on a standing seam roof. Chad arrived on time, we talked for a few minutes, then he walked the roof and was on his way. Perfect, no car salesman buy today high pressure garbage which two companies tried. We chose Roofiant for several reasons, his was not the lowest bid by the way, and thank goodness we did. Chad worked with us and made us feel very comfortable. He was with his Amish artisans on the roof deck as well. This certainly gains my respect. What a fantastic job Roofiant has done on our roof. The gutters we installed are wonderful as well. We would recommend Roofiant to our best friends and family!!! Get multiple bids, do yourself a favor and make Chad one of those.

I called this company on Monday after the previous one i called didnt show. I needed my attic vent replace which i believed got blown in during the storm. They gave me a quote incase it didnt at a reasonable price and time frame compared to other companies i called. They also went out their way before i made it to my appointment and check inside my attic from the outside and was able to reach in and grab the part that was blown out. They then installed and had it complete before the appointment i made even started. I also did not have to leave work early for the install to happen. 10/10 would recommend they were friendly and quick with the process when i was looking at a 2 week wait due to it being the busy season. I truly appreciated them.

Powerful storms did a number on my already decaying gutters and downspouts. Insurance wouldn't touch it (pre-existing condition) but Roofiant came through and got the job done in less than a day! Financed the work along with replacing the storm drain line to the street. Thanks to Chad and the crews, rain from the next storm went out to the street and my sump pump never had to run.

We discovered a leak in our roof and Chad came as soon as he could to look and it and then fix the leak. Chad was very professional and personable. He explained everything in layman terms and was just a nice guy all around! Would definitely recommend him and his company

He did my gutters and did a patch job on my porch roof. I will later have him come back to replace my roof with a metal one.

I had the pleasure of working with Chad to replace my 25 year old roof while adding new chimney caps and a bathroom vent that was giving me problems. He was there every step of the way and made the process seamless.

This company is phenomenal! I know NOTHING about gutters or home repair(s). So, I contacted Roofiant. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Chad Yochens, about possibly getting my gutter fixed that was hanging off from my home. He came in a very timely manner, with absolutely 0 complaints. He shook my hand and made me feel like and treated me like an actual human being. Him and his company, were beyond friendly. Not only that, he actually took the time to show me, and teach me about gutters. How they are installed, etc. And, he also educated me on gutter guards. Which, when I make the appointment with them in the future I'm going to get my entire home redone. I'm really looking forward to it. Chad made me feel like I was actually being listened to. He didn't judge me, he didn't make fun of me, this man actually listened and took the time to actually show me what had happened to my gutter(s) and how they needed to be fixed. All I can say is hire Chad for your job!!!! After another roofing company shafted us and provided crap work, charged for materials not used, and left us with a mess….I was not trusting moving forward to get our leak fixed. Yes, my new roof was leaking! From the second Chad stepped out of his car, the professionalism was top notch. He truly cares about his customers, doing a very DETAILED job, and legit cares about service after the sale. He not only fixed my leak, but contacted my husband on a Sunday when it was raining to make sure no water was present. I will 1000% hire him for my next job which are my windows!!! Chad went beyond my expectations put insulation up around the inside of my garage. Put up brand new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards and did an excellent job. He came back and helped clean up the old gutters that I thought I was going to keep. I appreciate all the help you gave me. They’re honest and I definitely would recommend them.

On Friday 10/18/2024 I contacted this company. Within 5 minutes they responded to me. On Saturday 10/19/2024 they flew a drone over my property and took pictures. On Sunday 10/20/2024 they emailed me an estimate. On Monday 10/21/2024 we exchanged information pertaining to insurance and W9's. On Tuesday 10/22/2024 they completed the work and sent me a photo album consisting of 26 before and after photos. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?.

Roofiant is the best roofing company I have ever worked with! Attention to detail and a desire to get the job done right, no matter the issue are the top things that come to mind. I purchased a home at Buckeye Lake with a Metal Roof. The previous owner took some shortcuts on the install, but the owner of Roofiant helped make things right for me. I have been a landlord for nearly 30 years and a Realtor for quite a few also. I have dealt with may exterior service companies - roofing (asphalt and metal), siding, fencing, gutters, etc., and Roofiant is one of the best!

Roofiant did an excellent job on my rental roof and I would highly recommend them. Chad gave a complete and detailed estimate and supplied me with many drone pictures of what the two story roof looked like. There was no pressure.

When I decided to go with Roofiant they were able to complete the job in a timely manner. The roof was an 80-100 year old slate roof and was in need of replacement. Chad was great to work with and put me at ease. He was also very kind to my challenged son and gave him a Roofiant tee-shirt! Chad went over all the details up front and there were no surprises. The roof needed covered with OSB and then shingled. I had 4 other companies give me an estimate and could have done a metal roof with no OSB and it would have been less expensive. But that did not seem like it would help much with the integrity of roof on an 80-100 year old house.

I am very pleased I made the decision to go a different route on the roof and also that Chad and his team were able to do it. They also replaced a couple gutters and some facia at no charge. Chad also helped me with a couple small projects I needed done while he was there. The clean up process was also great and there is hardly a trace that anyone was there.

I loved the drone pictures of the before and after! The new roof is beautiful!! I am not a very trusting person but I do trust Chad and the team. I have another house that will need a new roof in a couple of months and I will have Roofiant do it. I have already recommended Roofiant to a friend who needs a new roof.

I hired this company to replace my 17-year old roof with wind and hail damage. I had five companies quote and they offered the best quality Owens-Corning Duration system at the best value. They also went above and beyond in every phase of the project. Example; They discovered when removing the existing shingles and underlayment, that my previous roofing company left seven large holes where they replaced the box-vents with new ridge-vents. (nothing was securing the singles in those area's! No wonder I had wind damage.) I am a firm believer in doing it right, and they are too! They replaced with new roof sheathing and widened the ridge vent to provide better attic ventilation! They protected my property during the replacement and did a fantastic clean-up job after finishing. The owner followed-up with me to make sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend you contact them if you are looking at a roofing project for your home!

Chad did an awesome job of fixing a wind blown shingle and replacing two of our rubber vent pipe flashings that was causing water to leak from the roof down to our ceiling. He quickly assessed the problems and promptly made the repairs. I would 100% recommend Chad and his company, Roofiant Exteriors LLC, Zanesville.

We hired Roofiant to complete some roof repairs for us after getting several estimates and them being the best by far. We chose Roofiant even though they haven't been in business for as long as some of the others,as they seemed honest,knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were very easy to work with,easy to talk to and understand,while also being professional.plus their price was quite a bit lower than the other company bids we received. The work turned out great and we'd be happy to hire them again in the future when we need a new roof or other roof related repairs.
