Roof Hero replaced our roof. Their work is professional and meticulous. They have more than 10 crew members working on our house and finished replacing our roof in the same day. Ryan and Mickey are professional and know their business. Even at the last minutes Ryan & Mickey willing to install an extra vent when we asked. ProNail installed a new roof for my mom in November 2921 and just installed a new board on board fence today! They did a fabulous job on the roof in 2021 and a fabulous job on the fence today! As everyone in our local community was hit pretty hard during the unexpected storm of May 2024 storm in Richardson and as we also being one of the many who were awakened abruptly that morning when our tree fell on the corner of our home, Ryan, ProNail Roofing representative, came by and performed "over the top" with offering assistance. I had a great experience with ProNail from start to finish. Working with Scott on our roof replacement has been wonderful! He has been patient and knowledgeable! Scott works hard to make sure that before it’s installed we are taken care of and is onsite helping how crew where he can! They worked with us to start work on a different side of the house to accommodate the loudness for our baby & dogs! Let’s just say she slept through all their work! Haha! The crew is so nice, work so hard and do a wonderful job when taking care of our home! They did a great job on our replacement from start to finish! I will continue working with them in the future! They are a great company, project manager and crew! They also made sure that any debris went into our neighbors yard that they went over to them to ask if they can pick it up! I have never seen a work ethic like that in a longtime! That goes along way in my book! 10/10 would get a roof done again!

Scott Gozzola gets a definite 5 star review and there are plenty of reasons for that.

He was the 17'th roofer that I spoke to but he was the 1'st to understand that it was my roof and I choose the products, even if those products are special order upgrades. Most of the other roofing companies said that they don't use those products or increased the price by a stupid crazy unfair amount that was WAY more than double the incremental increase.

Scott let me specify all of the roof components from the upgraded shingles to the high end underlayment to an upgraded starter row to the pivot ball sewer vents to 15 additional soffit vents including baffles to 5000 CFM of solar fans to lots of OSB replacement to bird spikes up on the chimney to bigger gutters and screens to rotten trim replacement.

There were plenty of phone calls and texts before the job started and he was right there onsite when the install began. That is huge and is a big difference compared to the previous roof replacement back in 2014.

Without a doubt, the next time hail destroys my roof, I won't have to get 17 different quotes. I'll only need one.

You're in Fantastic hands. I've had 3 roof's built by these folks. 2 residential and 1 commercial. The reason why is simple, they deliver a Quality product, are Honest, and they care. Monica Lucas has been my point of contact over the last decade. Every appointment and every promise has been kept. I literally schedule the construction to coincide when we are out of town. When we return, everything is new and perfect.

Monica was on point during my whole roof replacement. She is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. Every time there is a storm in my area, she personally drives by looking for roof for damage. If she suspects something, she will send a crew out to assess further. You do not find customer service like that anymore!
