I highly recommend Mina Home inspection. I needed to get a home inspection in order to renew my insurance and Mina home Inspection was very responsive, I knew exactly when Jorge, the inspector, would be arriving at my home. The inspection went well, and Jorge was very professional and knowledgeable with everything he needed to look at.

Jorge was very prompt and explained what he was checking out and immediately sent me the link to the report he provided for insurance. Unlike other inspectors I have contacted in the past he arrived at the arranged time which seems to be unusual for contractors in this area.

Mina inspection company provided outstanding service. A convenient date for the inspection very thorough up in the attic and around everything extremely nice and pleasant guy. Person you talk to to take the appointment was also extremely pleasant. Very good service and got the report an extremely Timely manner. Highly recommend this company for home inspections.

I am giving MINA Florida Home Inspections a One star. I had the worst experience with this home inspection company. They are not honest and are not up to par with the housing code for Orange County Florida. In Addition the 4 points inspection and Wind Mitigation was not signed by me. The Homeowner to complete section was not signed by myself the homeowner. The inspectors drew a line in the section where my signature was required for the homeowner to certify the inspection was performed and identification was provided by the inspector. That was not completed by myself. I sign all documents with my full name and signature legible.

Jorge was very professional and helpful, telling me what I might need to do if my home owners insurance company required certain fixed to be made. When he left, I felt I knew exactly what I might need to do.

Michael was on time and very professional. He knows his stuff. If I have to do another four point inspection I'm calling MINA Florida Home Inspection.

We needed 4-point and wind mitigation inspections to shop for a replacement homeowner insurance policy. We had used MINA before and were happy with their work. Ours wasn't an emergency so the inspections were scheduled for within 3 days of my call. Jorge was delayed, but he communicated pro-actively so, one hour later than originally scheduled was no problem for us. The two inspections took under an hour. The report was delivered to us and our insurance agent shortly after the inspections were complete. We were happy to learn that by getting both inspections done at the same time, we received a discount. All told, we were very happy with Jorge's work.
