Roof Troops and Exterior Experts

Five Stars is not enough of a good rating for the service we received from Roof Troops and Exterior Experts. In our long lifetime, my wife and I have found Roof Troops and Exterior Experts to have given us the best service we have ever received for work done on the exterior area of our house. They went above and beyond with their help, advice and service. They graded both our front and backyard and did an excellent job leveling our lawn with some amazing equipment, and they removed extra debris in our yard, taking it away. They put down grass seed and then covered it with straw. Unfortunately over the following three days an unexpected wind storm (no rain) blew away much of grass seed and straw. Don Hanes of Roof Troops and Exterior Experts came back a few days later and reseeded the lawn and put down another layer of straw. That is exceptional service. Roof Troops and Exterior Experts currently is now working to complete a new fence in our backyard. We have found the workers to be polite and professional. We don't believe you could get a better more concerned manager for an exterior house project than Don Hanes: he greatly cares about making sure his customer is treated well and pleased with the project outcome. Don Hanes communicated well with us concerning the timelines and project completion. In the future, if we need any exterior work done for our house, our contractor choice will be Roof Troops and Exterior Experts.
