Adrian was the technician that came out. He was very sweet and was able to get the job done much thanks to him.

Manuel Lopez was the technician assigned to repair my mother's roof. He arrived before the estimated time and got right to work. Once he completed the job, he took the time to briefly explain what he did to repair the damaged area. Thank you for your professionalism.

The service was fast and early. I requested pictures from the technician to see the finished product. They only show me the paper down, and tiles replaced nothing in between. If I want more, I would have asked for copies from San Gabriel roofing. The same day, I called to obtain pictures. To my dismay, the pictures showed they did not replace the wood tracks back down to hole the tile in place. Which is mandatory house sits on the slanted angle going down, and we have high winds in the mountains.
And when I went to move trash bin, I noticed it was extremely heavy. I then looked into trash and found they had thrown the items inside and covered it up in a black trash bag. I have spent the last several days trying to reach out to the manager for San Gabriel. I have received several excuses.. from they are on a call; I have to wait my turn in queue; if they don't call me back, call them back again. These are excuses thus far. The last time I called they State, they weren't even in the office at 9:05 a.m. today. My appointment for the service to be rendered was originally the 10th of March. But due to their technician supposedly hurt themselves, it was postponed to the 28th. And now, there is no response to poor workmanship. Just they only took off only 8 inch of wood tracks material per them to San Gabriel roofing. Clearly not true

I had a leak from my roof into my bedroom Jassen, walked me through the process and made everything so easy. He explained the best option that would give benefit me the longest with my roof, saving me thousands!! He showed me the leak and explained how leaks work. Very honest and helpful. He didn’t try to over sale me on getting a new roof either. As a woman I felt confident that he didn’t take advantage of me like most male dominated companies will do. Thank you!!
