I had the pleasure of working with Joe and his team. I had reached out to several roofing companies and found that many are complacent in the needs of the consumer. When speaking with Joe, he not only identified the source of the problem but went the extra mile to point out the incorrect assessment of the Allstate Adjuster. Joe earned my trust that day. While his estimate to repair my roof was not the least expensive, the value added by being able to trust him far superseded anything further. Trust is what earned that job and I appreciate that more these days, in a time where the lack of trustworthiness and making a quick buck is so rampant.
