Liberty Siding and Windows

Liberty Siding & Windows replaced our gutters, soffits and fascia on our house, garage and shed. We had the dry rotted, woodpecker damaged cedar siding replaced with Midnight Blue vinyl siding on the house and garage and couldn't leave out the shed from matching too! Our house and garage had new Provia windows installed to complete the exterior makeovers. The owner, Lee was amazing from the beginning. He answered any and all questions and gave his thoughts, opinions and advise to help us with the decision making process. His customer service was top tier. Andrew is a hardworking young gentleman that never slowed down. He always came eager to work. His siding crew was wonderful to work with. Any questions and concerns that arose were addressed immediately and with such kindness.

Had to have a front gutter replaced on our town home that was attached to our neighbor, they came out the next business day and gave a quote. I compared the quote to another company, and Liberty charged me almost 75% less than the other company, and that is not an exaggeration.

They were doing a job in LOFS, so they came over after that and had it done in over 30 minutes. Not only did they put up a new gutter but they replaced my gutter clips with new ones that were much stronger.

They were professional, quick, great pricing, and easy to work with. If you have any gutter problems, I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Liberty replaced our siding, gutters and facia. They also added 1/2" foil back insulation(great product).

I cannot express in words just how impressed and happy I was and still am with Liberty's Siding work! They caulked in places I never would have thought of, covered gaps between the siding and stairs in such a way that I have not seen before to make my house look fantastic! They cleaned up each day and after the job. One small thing was missed on the job.......I called Lee and he sent his guys right back within a day and it was taken care of. After seeking a second opinion and quote for windows through Lee, choosing Liberty was a no-brainer. Lee has extensive experience and knowledge about not only his products, but also the installation process itself.

My husband and I were so glad to have met him; he’s straight up/no BS and gave us an amazing quote for entire house window replacement plus matching soffits, fascia, and gutters. Windows and all that was officially completed today. Our front door will be arriving within a few weeks so I’ll post photos once everything is totally done, but we are certainly very happy customers!

I don't recommend this business. They are ignorant. I called this business and spoke with Lee about replacing our window. I explained to him the problem that we have. He said he could come out to see what the problem is and give us an estimate. We agreed to meet at 7:30am on Tuesday 9/24/24. Allison from the office called the day before and rescheduled for Wednesday morning instead, due to weather conditions. I said we can do that. On Tuesday, she called me again and left a voice message to reschedule for Friday morning at 7:30am as they're behind on their work. I called her back to confirm the appointment for Friday. She said definitely Lee would be at our house on Friday morning. Today Friday, my husband and I waited for an hour and Lee didn't show up or bother calling to cancel. I called Lee and he didn't answer his phone. Almost an hour later I called the office to express my disappointment with their customer service. Nobody answered and I left a voice message. We have work too. They would call and say we couldn't take this job. They preferred to ignore us completely. They don't deserve even one star.
Not just unprofessional, but dishonest too. I did not ask to repair. I asked for an estimate to replace the window. Your office contacted me after I spoke with you the first time to reschedule twice. Allison did not say anything else. I'm happy I didn't get my new window from this company.

I had my house done with Liberty Siding and Windows. The house was old and now it looks great. They worked the entire time, not playing around. They cleaned the area up you couldn't even tell anyone worked there. I would recommend them to my friends. The foremen Phill was great he was social and friendly but still worked hard.

I choose Liberty siding and Windows for my project, and I'm so glad that I did! They removed my old masonite siding, wrapped the house in insulation, and installed the new siding. I originally received an estimate from Liberty back in 2020. Then life happened, so we couldn’t move forward. Called them back in June of 2024. They remembered us, and ironically their prices didn’t increase by much. I was totally surprised. Their customer service was top tier. They replaced 11 windows for us. They were scheduled to start at 8am, they rang my bell at 7:59am.
For like $650 a window, these guys are leading the way!!!! Thanks Liberty, can’t wait until we can replace our siding.

Liberty Siding and Windows did a fantastic job on my home built in the 1950s. They safely removed all old windows and rotted trim and replaced with new windows and trim inside and out!! Highly reccomend.

I do recommend Lee and his crew. After shopping and meeting with several contractor, I went with them. They are definitely not just another contractor. Lee is a diamond in the rough. He definitely knows his stuff and I’d trust him to do any project I have. Little back story, I’d been trying to replace a leaky exterior custom door for almost 5 years. Every contractor I tried to hire told me they couldn’t remove my door without taking the transome out with it. Lee came in with the utmost confidence and told me he could definitely do it for me with no problem. Not only did he replace the door but he was a true professional and cleaned up after himself and took the old door away. The best part is that he saved me a ton of money compared to the other contractors quotes

I had originally left a negative review due to not receiving a call back with some minor issues I had with a recent gutter install from Liberty.

The owner reached out immediately and we definitely had some confusion and disconnect that is sorted now. He also sent a crew out first thing next day to correct the issues.

I had windows replaced with Liberty Siding and Windows last week. The windows were very reasonable and the time it took them to replace was amazing.

We recently moved into a new construction house and wanted to install an additional window in a wall that had no windows, as well as replace our sliding glass patio doors with similar doors with internal blinds. The day after our materials were delivered, he and his team arrived promptly to install the window and replace the patio doors. Liberty Siding and Windows LLC replaced the siding on my home in Crown Point a week ago. I results are remarkable. I can't believe it is the same house! It looks brand new!
