From the original referral and connection from Tom, to the estimate from Kenny, to the final detail organization and account management from Jeremy, to the installation with a visit and oversight by the owner, Doug, our experience was top notch. The final job is beautiful with new shingles, new gutters, gutter guards, and solor removal and re-installation from our solar company. Everything is perfect. I am so pleased with Roof Tech. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had multiple roofing companies out to my home and I wasn't comfortable with any of them. From the moment I contacted Kenny I knew I had finally found a company that I wanted to work with. He was responsive and he answered all of my questions professionally. He came out to my home and explained the entire process in detail. He went on my roof and took 25+ pictures. He circled the hail and wind damage with chalk and his pictures were clear and professional. He made it so easy for me. All I had to do was submit my insurance claim with all of his pictures attached. My insurance company set up a day/time for their own adjuster to come out. Kenny was here ready to be my advocate and voice. He took care of everything from here. I really didn't have to do much of anything. Kenny made it so easy. Installation was just as smooth. Jeremy came out to my home and explained all of my options in detail. He answered all of my questions and he was also professional and kind. Kenny was there at the table too, just because I asked him to be there. He had a full day of work lined up and he still chose to be here, which I really appreciated. A crew showed up the day of install and they were all just as professional and kind. They made sure my home was protected by covering everything up around my home to prevent any damage. When they were finished, they walked around my property for an extended amount of time with a metal detector to make sure every nail was removed off of my property. They picked up every piece of trash and used a leaf blower to get all remaining debris off of our driveway, porch, and deck area. It was an A+ experience and I would fully recommend Roof Tech to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Give them a call and ask for Kenny.

Roof-Tech just finished replacing my roof, siding and gutter system. From the very beginning of the process, my contractor, Ken Howard, worked with my insurance company, was available to answer my questions throughout and was on site for all three phases of this project. The three crews could not have been more professional and their craftsmanship is second to none. The favorable comments from neighbors says it all. I now have a brand new 32 year-old home.

Very happy with the fast response (same day emergency temp repair to prevent further damage) and consistent contact our consultant (Kenny!) has kept going between us and our insurance company. Having Roof Tech guide us through the storm damage and roofing headache has been a blessing. Roof Tech came highly recommended through two friends that used their services. Wow wow wow!!!! it’s very seldom these days a company and its employees not only meet your expectations but exceed them. Thats exactly want happened with Roof tech and they’re manager Kenny. So after the last storm I called to have them check out my roof thinking for sure it needed repair. To my surprise Kenny was honest with me and let me know it wasn’t worth the insurance claim and helped me save some money. Theres no question who I’ll call in the future and refer my family and friends.

Had a leak upstairs in my townhome and wasn’t sure who to contact. Fortunately, a close friend gave me the contact to Kenny H, the sales consultant manager, at Roof Tech. Was a bit hesitant since I didn’t to now much about their work or reputation but trusted my friend’s judgement. Called Kenny the day of (Friday)when we first noticed the leak upstairs and he came by the next morning(Saturday) to lay a tarp over the roof where potential leak was. I could not believe the level of service he provided on a weekend at last minute notice. Kenny was extremely professional and he guided us on the process and what we might expect once the insurance adjuster came to take a look. Was doubtful with the process involving insurance adjuster, but Kenny and his team really took care of everything.

Once the claim was approved by insurance, Roof Tech sent their design team member Jeremy to finalize the actual installation. Super easy, super helpful. No pressure whatsoever and didn’t feel like they were trying to push me to upgrade anything. Very thorough and clear with processes.

We have been so happy with our experience with RoofTech! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They explained everything to us in detail (products, insurance submission, process, & installation), helped us tremendously with submitting for insurance coverage by giving us step by step assistance as we negotiated with our insurance carrier, were helpful and patient as we went through the HOA approval process, and did a fantastic installation. The crew who did the work was great. They worked a very long day and worked very hard to provide a quality installation and a completely clean job site when finished. Shingle installation and gutter/downspout installation were both executed with the highest quality workmanship. Tom and Jeremy were both a dream to work with, always quick to respond to any questions and offering any help they could provide. This was our first time dealing with roofing issues and we couldn’t be more satisfied and pleased. I can’t recommend RoofTech highly enough!!

I couldn't recommend Roof Tech more highly. We had extensive hail damage last September and they took care of all of the details, including getting it through our insurance company, advocated to add 3 ventilation fans to the attic, to bring it up to code, which the builder never installed, and did it all efficiently and quickly!

I can not say enough good things about this company. They started this journey of getting a new roof with me over six months ago when they were LPS exterior. My insurance only wanted to repair, and the guys Douglas, Shane and Mike have stuck with me every step of the way to fight it, because it needed to be replaced. I am beyond happy to report they just installed my new roof yesterday! Not once did they give up, or get frustrated with how long this took (I was frustrated with my insurance, but they reassured me they'd get it done). My neighbor used them as well and they have solar panels on their roof, which was it's own nightmare to get approved. And they did the same for them. Just an overall OUTSTANDING group, and high quality work!

I have had 3 roofs installed by RT (asphalt and metal combinations), and they look great. The wood repairs underneath were handled, and the gutters/downspouts were.

I am a firm believer in giving credit when credit is due. While having a conversation with the owner about the hail we had last summer, he was able to identify several areas that needed attention. Doug set us with Mike, an awesome person in his own right, who helped us get the roof inspected in a timely fashion. Thank goodness they did. Our 20 year old roof had several rotting spots, along with additional damage from the elements, that Roof Tech was able to repair for us. Best of all, our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. While having a side conversation with Mike we had mentioned that the upstairs in our house was significantly warmer than the main level. Mike surprised us with an attic fan and it has made a huge difference. These guys CARE.
