From the roof inspection, to interacting with our insurance, arranging for the removable and reinstallation of our solar panels, his team was on top of it. On the day of the roof replacement, the team arrived early, and started work right away. The clean-up was impeccable and you couldn’t tell they were there. Kris and his team came out and helped us work through hail damage claim on our roof replacement and gutter replacement. Insurance is always a pain but they made it a cakewalk.

Kris Shannon and his crew replaced my roof and did an outstanding job. He said they would be on-site at 7am and were half an hour early. His team of 5-6 replaced my entire roof in less than 10 hours and that included an excellent cleanup job. Kris and the Public Adjuster he recommended were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and responded to any/all of my email inquiries usually within hours, not days. Outstanding all around and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Two repairmen arrived, quickly assessed the best approach to replace the metal roof edge sections that were damaged by heavy winds, and efficiently completed the repair. Very professional.

Chris responded promptly to my voice message, set an appointment two days out, and arrived on time. We both climbed on the roof. There, Chris pointed out his observations during the inspection.
He noted that our "Architectural shingles" appear to be 10 years old and that they show no hail damage, no excessive wear, no creased, cracked, broken, seal failed, or missing shingles. Our roof was in good shape; No need for repairs and no need for replacement.
THE BOTTOM LINE: Legacy Exteriors is an honest contractor that will tell you what you need; They do not try to "sell" you what you don't need.

Tree fell and tore up my gutter. They were so quick and reliable it astonished me . Repaired the damages and very reasonable. Cannot even tell it was ever damaged ! The crew was fast and very friendly. I will definitely call on them again for any other projects or repairs I need done.

I have used Kris Shannon and Legacy Exteriors for a few projects now. This last one was a complete roof replacement and they were fantastic! I have used them for 2 new roofs, window replacement, gutters and vinyl wrapping around windows and doors.

Kris and his team are very professional! We used Legacy Exteriors twice. First to repair storm damage and new gutters. They were very responsive to make the repair and install larger gutters. Kris and his team at Legacy Exteriors LLC did a amazing job on our home. It only took them 2 days to fully remove and install the entire roof. During the process Kris kept us informed on how the job was going. Kris and his team did a thorough sweep around the house at the end of each day, making sure they got all the nails and debris from the roof to keep our yard nice and clean for our son and dogs. Kris is very personable, and made sure that our roof was done correctly based on the manufacturers warranty. The process from start-to-finish was seamless and all of the transactions were digital, much to our convenience. The front slope of our roof was in terrible shape from a structural standpoint which meant some more unexpected costs. Kris was very communicative about fixing this issue, and he even worked with us to account for all the surprises. His crew was quick and professional (I'm not sure if they took any breaks! haha). Legacy Exteriors LLC is the best home service company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. My house was hit by the tornado that rolled through Leesburg, causing damage to my roof and gutters. Kris came out like Jonny on the spot to assess the situation and put up temporary tarps to prevent further damage to my home. Kirs provided all the details I needed for my insurance company and came back out a few days later to meet with the insurance claim adjuster.
