Jason arrived on time, dressed professionally and with ID. He removed his shoes upon entering our home. He listened to our concern and checked the attic and crawl space before roof inspection. While on the roof, Jason repaired the leaks. When finished, he thoroughly explained why and where our roof needed to be replaced. (He took pictures while on the roof to illustrate the problems) At all times, Jason was both professional and respectful, including making friends with our dog! Jason is an asset to the company.

Pete came to look at a mystery roof leak we keep having every few months and although he wasn’t fully sure of what the problem is yet, was able to address a small possible concern that might be causing it free of charge. He was kind and friendly, and he showed he was not out to take our money to potentially be wrong about what the problem is. Would recommend this company!

We used Roof Right 7 years ago when we were selling our home and needed a roof replacement. We had 3 contractors visit our home. Jason performed the most thorough inspection, taking time to look in the attic as well as on the roof.

Roof Right was not the lowest price, but we felt confident they would do the best job for us - the lowest price contractor didn't even inspect below the roof in the attic. Jason had already point out that two sheets of plywood required replacement. The two other contractors missed this and I expect they would surely have increased their price once they saw the plywood below the shingles.

We purchased our new home 7 yrars ago and the builder installed roof has needed 2 repairs due to high wind. Roof Right is, and will always be my first and only call.

I give Roof Right and Jason my highest recommendation as we have worked with them three times now. I appreciate the quality of their work, the quality of their installers and the assistance of their office staff.

I am happy to recommend Roof Right. I hired the company to replace the rotten wood porch post bases. Before I hired Roof Right, I had contacted over 20 plus contract / construction companies in Maryland, large or small, either through Angie or based on Google / Yelp reviews. None of those companies provided satisfactory solutions. Some companies asked ridiculous high price (more than $30000), some suggested replacement of all four columns, some proposals were not reasonable, the rest simply didn't know how to do it. Eventually I contacted Roof Right. Steve and David did an excellent job to handle this seemingly easy but very difficult job. Their craftsmanship is top-notch. The end results are very satisfying. I am glad I found them. Hope to work with Roof Right again.

I contacted Roof Right Inc representing a property in the Glen Arm Area. Jason Myers was my contract person and proved to be nothing but professional; both in providing the estimate but also in the form of professional communication. Unfortunately, the decision was made to grant the project to another company. However, my interaction with Jason was such that if another such project arises, I will definitely reach out to him and Roof Right.

Roof Right did a great job with a problem that multiple other roofing companies tried to correct. They figured out what the real problem was and fixed it. Very professional, clear communicators, and were great to work with. Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with the work Roof Right did on our roof replacement. All the personnnel (estimater, crew, project manager, quality inspector) were very professional and helpful. After the work was completed, we were very impressed with the quality inspector who spent a lot of time making sure everything was done correctly. They even fixed issues from the original roof that we inquired about after the estimate, with no extra cost. Our roof is very complicated with several peaks and valleys. Yes, they are more expensive than other companies, but well worth it to have peace of mind that the job was done correctly. We highly recommend Roof Right.

Roof Right is our “go to” roofer. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the time gap between the various parts of the job: roof day to siding day to gutter day took over a week. But the work is good, the price reasonable, and the people pleasant and professional.

I have had roof replacements done by Roof Right, Inc. on two different homes in the past 18 months. In both cases, they were exceptionally well organized, communicative, and completed the jobs with excellent workmanship and efficiency. They are perhaps not the cheapest guys in town, but you get the quality of work you pay for! They are definitely worth the cost!

We called Roof Right to correct a leak in our roof. From Brad the estimator and Derrick the repairman to Debbie in the office they were just an incredibly nice group of people who were professional. We scheduled an appointment, and they sent multiple reminders the day before the appointment. But the next day, no one showed up for the appointment. I called them, and no one knows what's going on. They called back a hour later saying the person is out. This speaks volumes about how unprofessional and mismanaged this place is. Would not trust the work with them.

The installation of new gutters and downspouts was very quick and looks good. Installers were courteous and efficient. Happy with the project.

Due to a fallen tree, we needed to have a portion of our roof repaired. Roof Right managed the project very professionally with my insurance company and completed the work ahead of schedule.

Roof Right did a fine job, and completed according to schedule. Communication with the employees involved from beginning to end was good. The office staff was always available for questions.

I recently had Roof Right out for a leak above my front door. Upon further inspection they determined that my dormers were leaking.
We felt this was the time to change the look of the dormers, so we had Roof Right replace the siding on our dormers with a sake style siding. While they did it, they ensured all possible spots for water to enter were sealed such as our windows that had significant gaps.

They go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Thorough work and friendly dispositions make the experience even better. Excellent workmanship!

UPDATE (Aug 2024) – Roof Right to the rescue again! Randy and his team at Roof Right helped me with a recent roof issue where a wildlife company caused a lot of damage to my roof with unsealed holes all along the ridge vent. Instead of pushing a new roof on me, Roof Right worked with me to come up with a solution that would work to hold up until it was time for my roof replacement. This is the 2nd time that Roof Right has worked with me and not pushed unnecessarily work that wasn’t needed, which I appreciate very much. They were super easy and great to work with – all of them. Thank you!!
Very pleased with Roof Right! I went with them, over a big company for a couple different reasons ... 1) supporting small business and 2) (this was the real reason) .. I had some issues with my existing front door that we were adding a storm door to it, and they not only handled the storm door, but make some suggestions of what they could do to help resolve the front door issues and included that in their proposal. This is the kind of attention you get from a smaller, local business, vs. going with a larger business. I have had to have one adjustment since installation, which Roof Right was extremely responsive about. I am 100% happy with my experience with Roof Right and I love my new storm door. They are a great company!

My husband and I had 7 of our home’s windows replaced last week! From the moment that we started the process, we felt very comfortable with Roof Right and all of the employees we made contact with.
Starting with Craig Mott, one of the owners who set us up with his estimator, Mike D, who gave us a no nonsense quote. No playing
“ the game” with us ( constantly changing the price). The price he quoted was the price we paid. No hidden fees or anything like that. The price was over $1,000 less than another quote we had and over $2,000 less than another. The decision was easy, Roof Right all the way! We ordered Provia Endure windows. They were ordered and installed in about 5 weeks. The installer, Brian and his co worker were absolutely wonderful to work with. They got straight to work and took care to cover our floors and protected our flowerbeds. There was absolutely no mess to clean up on our part, and we are quite happy to have full functional windows again! We would not hesitate to recommend Roof Right to all of our family and friends! Roof Right repaired shingle damage on my roof. They were the only contractor that actually went on my roof before quoting me a price. They repaired it within a week and I can’t tell which are the original shingles and which are the replacements. Their team was very responsive to all my questions and left my home the way they found it when they finished. I highly recommend them.

Roof Right is my go-to for anything in or around the house and here's why:
