I needed to remove moss from the roof of my house. I contacted Thiago as he had great reviews on Google. He is very pleasant to work with. He took time and did a thorough job on my roof --- he sprayed treatment product to kill the moss and soft washed my roof. He cleaned the gutter, too. As you can see from these pictures, the roof looks clean after his great job. I highly recommend him.

The man, Thiago, who seems to run this came out to my house to do an estimate. He was texting me, etc. and then just disappeared. I think he thought my gutters were too high or something. Bad way of doing business though. You don’t just simply ghost someone when you that their job may be more difficult. UPDATE- He totally ghosted me. This was 6 days ago and he saw this review and decided he had an estimate for me.

I have been using Roof Real Clean for several years now to clean my house sidings, patios, decks, screened in porch, gutters, and roof. Thiago is the owner of the company and the one-man job. From the first time until now, I've always been completely satisfied with his job as he is very thorough and takes his time to clean or perform the job perfectly. He also takes an extra mile to do beyond the job he was initially asked/set to perform to ensure his customer is happy overall. For example, this year while he was cleaning one of my houses, he noticed the furnace vent pipe that protrudes through the roof missing the vent cap, so he had no problem of installing a new one for me. I now have a total of three houses that I am reliable on his service going forward on a regular basis. I have referred his company to all my friends and relatives for the exterior house cleaning services. I strongly recommend to anyone out there to use this company for your exterior need as well. Lastly, I want to say that his charge is very reasonable, and sometimes I felt like he is under charge and gave him some extra as additional tips for his excellent work.

A company that provides impeccable service. Easy to schedule appointments, prompt, courteous, and friendly. Will prep the area and the surrounding areas by moving and replacing items where the work is to be done. Will cover plants and bushes, etc., and clean-up when finished. The equipment they use appears to be high quality because of the finish product. The power-washing of the house siding, stoop, sidewalk, and driveway looked brand new. I was really amazed that the driveway, stoop, and sidewalk looked like it was newly poured and cured concrete. I am always pleased with their work and in the past they have cleaned my roof. . Needed our roof and front of our wood-exterior home soft-washed urgently to remove a mess. Was relieved this company took calls on a Saturday and came out same day to provide expert advice, a sound plan and a reasonable estimate. They promptly emailed a proposal which we accepted. They scheduled us quickly and completed the work in 1 visit. The house looks great - they did a great job and were careful to not blast off our paint or damage our soffits or gutters. They provided before and after pictures taken throughout their work. They sent a bill 1 week later and a report on their findings and results. The sales rep we dealt with Thiago was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Thiago did an exceptionally good job clearing and cleaning our roof. The roof was covered in many places with dirt and leaves. A portion of the roof is flat. Dirt and leaves and brush from overhanging trees had backed up into the roof valleys. We actually had small bushes growing on our roof! Thiago removed all of it from the roof and cleaned the entire roof. He arrived on time and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Roof Real Clean for roof cleaning work.

Thiago inspected and fixed some leakiness to our roof and cleaned so that it looks like new. Their work probably extended the life of the roof by 5-10 years or so.

I contacted Roof Real Clean after a hard search for a business that can undertake house wash, roof wash, roof repair and gutter repair at the same time. We had an excellent experience with Roof Real Clean; we needed our front roof cleaned as it gets constant weathering from trees in our front yard. We also had some shingles on the back roof that had fallen and they did the repair for that as well. They were consistently prompt and professional and took great care around the plantings around the house.

Our roof was in desperate need of cleaning with a significant amount of algae. Thiago was great and thoroughly cleaned the roof. Our neighbors promptly told us our roof looks ten years younger. With the roof successfully cleaned, we also had our siding cleaned. I just wish we could have done it years ago!
