Ameritech did some windows for me a few years ago. The triple pane they do made such an amazing difference on energy and sound reduction! Their cleanup was flawless. I then had them do my front door. Same exact experience. I HIGHLY recommend them. Yay Ameritech!

We've had Ameritech replace our windows with their signature triple pane windows and front door, our utilities dropped. A few years later we had them replace our roof with their roofing system, our utilities dropped again. We are working with them to get the siding as well as replacing sliding glass doors with their signature 3 pane system. We are extremely happy with their work and sales team. I had my installation in my attic completed in 2019 and was very happy with the results. My electricity cost went down and it is not hot upstairs like it was in the past. There is an even temperature throughout the house. I am now having my front door done!

My project manager was very fluent, he answered all my questions, appreciate that full steel doors are your standard and are in line with my expectations for durability. So excited to my new doors to my deck!

First of all, I was very thrilled to see a woman leading this presentation, and I have to say, best presentation I’ve ever seen.
I like the glass tinted, ease of maintenance because of the materials used, sharpness and modern design. Previously to the meeting I did research and Ameritech quality is top tier, I plan to go back to Ameritech for my next windows.

Ameritech installed triple-pane windows for us in 2011. We are still very satisfied with both the windows and the installation. So satisfied, in fact, that we are now having Ameritech insulate our attic.

Ameritech came today to inspect our attic, they have a very innovative reflective technology that we loved; and the demonstration proved how effective it is. The project manager was very informative and she explained the products very well. We are very excited to work with Ameritech!

This is a terrific company to hire. The installation was **flawless** and the product holds up over time.We are getting a second large project now because we were so pleased with everything about the windows and door purchased. The glass used truly does save energy and money, they look beautiful, and the frames resist decay and mold. This last fact is important in a humid, wooded area like where we live. One of the few products that 100% delivers!

Reps are wonderful. She gave us full information and no giimmicky pressure. She was just very knowledgable! Also, the financing they offer with is quite good. I recommend taking advantage of the rates and long-lasting products the company offers. It is a wise investment.

The windows that were installed 4 years ago are excellent! I like it how it keeps my house cooler in the summer warmer in the winter. Was so impressed with the windows I invited Ameritech back to my home and am now getting my sliding glass doors installed.

Update. 5th time previous customer! I would never trust anyone else to do my home improvement. Ameritech's work is always phenomenal!!! The staff is very friendly and professional. Very pleased so I invited them back out for my patio doors.

Used Ameritech Construction back in 2018 to replace my bedroom windows. I noticed a significant difference in comfort in that room. I couldn't open my previous windows, painted shut, had the new windows installed and love the ease of opening, convience.. Had them come back out in 2019 to install my front entry door system. Had the same exact experience with the doors as I did the windows. Would highly recommend Ameritech! Now have them out to complete my windows located in the basement.

Keith Luke did an excellent job of explaining the product details and financing for two sliding glass doors I have ordered for installation. I had all of my windows installed by Ameritech, as well, two years ago.

Ameritech installed out windows 3 years ago and we are very pleased with the quality, glass thickness, they were able to do the installation in one day and we have decided to continue replacing the remaining windows and one door, knowing we will get the same quality. The project manager is very professional and she was on time, which is very important to me!

We had such a great experience with this company! We have had our windows for a little over a year and we have noticed the difference. Our electric bill is so much lower and we hear very little noise from outside - friends and family have even commented! Highly recommend this company!

Ameritech has done 3 jobs for us already. Windows, doors and gutters with gutters with gutter guards. All 3 jobs went perfect! I'm now having tbem.do insulated siding. Very confident this job will go the same!

Mr. Luke came to our home to review our doors after we had them do our windows almost a decade ago. The windows are extremely well constructed and were installed with great precision. I'd definitely recommend them for your projects.

Mr. Timmy came out gave excellent information with regards to the patio door and insulated siding. Sold me on the triple pane sliding patio door that’s will pare well with their insulated siding. A new relationship has been forged!!

UPDATE. Ameritech installed our doors 6 years ago and now we are getting new windows! We love the excellent quality and craftsmanship of the products.

Had our siding replaced and LOVE! The added insulation has made a noticeable difference in heat/cold entering our home. Nice looking profile, easy cleaning, really happy with end product.

She gave a great presentation that I didn’t even want to listen to. However, as she explained more in-depth on the windows I could see why these were superior to any others. Ameritech installed our patio doors 2 years ago and we love the comfort improvement, security, I like the professionalism of the installers, they took everything out and clean after themselves. The project manager has been wonderful, she made sure she was available to answer our questions and concerns before, during and after installation. We are considering replacing our front door and of course Ameritech is our go to contractor!

Today I am contracting for Ameritech to install new exterior doors and palladium windows. The representative was so charming and knowledgeable in her presentation. Ameritech is fortunate to have her!! I’m so excited to see the finished product.

The customer service and professionalism was above bar. I am a repeat customer first windows and now gutters. After the installation of my triple pane windows I saw an decrease in my utility bill.

As a previous customer I'm happy with the service we received, over a year ago we purchased windows and the service was spectacular from the display to the installation. After the windows we were installed we were in the market for new doors and she came out again and did a wonderful presentation . She worked with us through any doubts we had and answered all our questions.

I loved the quality of the windows, her presentation was very outstanding, easy to understand how their products are the best. I'm very excited to replace all my original and old windows with triple pane and solid composite frame that will last forever.

Ameritech Trent is one the best at Presentation and pricing. I will recommend that anyone who is willing to purchase anything important on their house as far as roofing door. This company is one of the best if not only the best company to work with.

Timmy from Ameritech came out to my house this morning. My friend recommended this company. They are doing her siding soon. Presentation was lovely and a good variety of siding choices. Decided to go with them!

Ameritech put are big sliding glass door in. They were fast and cleaned up everything, very professional. The door looks fantastic, with the Triple pane we can really tell the difference between the heat and cold weather. Very happy with the job.
3-31-25 Looking so forward to finishing up the rest of our triple pane windows. Such a big difference with the cold and the sounds from outside. Can see out them wonderfully. The prices are fair and Mr. Gayle is very pleasant and helpful to work with.

It has been ok working with Ameritech. They drive a hard bargain but will compromise to get your business - which may or may not speak to the quality (still expensive). The windows I had installed earlier this year were average as I didn't notice a chane in my electric bill. In fact, the winter has been so cold, its hard to notice that the new windows were doing their due diligence in sheilding (blocking out the cold). I had to put up heavier curtains to block out much of the cold. The installers the second time around we're not as great as the others. They're mine now so I will live with them. Perhaps they will get better.

Update March 28, 2025 (from 2 stars to 4)

TLDR: Mistakes were made, the company owned up, and now I'm happy with beautiful siding.

I had experienced some issues, but they were all taken care of perfectly and professionally. Unfortunately, everything had to be stripped and re-done, at no expense to me. Gene reached out to me personally, came over to my place to apologize multiple times to not only me and my wife, but neighbors too. Under his guidance, the new crew did amazing work, going above and beyond to do what was right. My house looks amazing and is one of the best looking houses in my neighborhood. I only have two recommendations for potential customers:

1. Be honest and express your concerns no matter how small.
2. If there are issues, don't be that screaming guy.

I had some major issues and yet I remained civil. It's more beneficial for everyone and they were very appreciative and thankful for my demeanor. Considering the great rating they have, I must've just been unlucky.

Would I use Ameritech again? Yeah, probably.
Do I recommend Ameritech? Yes.

Although Gene has been wonderful and the majority of my trust has been restored, I can't give 5 stars right now. I still feel as though I would need to keep an eye on everything. I believe that additional training for some crews and personnel could further enhance their service.

Now regarding their products, I love it. I believe it is quality that'll last a lifetime. That's why I have their windows and doors as well.
