We had a roof leak from a recent storm and Vasyl at Roof Quality Care responded immediately and even did a temporary patch at no charge so I could be sure another rain didn't cause more damage. His quote for the work was fair, and included extra maintenance, mostly to fix a poor job of maintenance by a prior roofer with the initials EMR. After getting many estimates, some wildly high, I went with Roof Quality Care and I am really glad that I did. They went the extra mile to not only fix the leak, but also make sure the entire roof was tight as a drum. Hopefully what they did will last for years. Along the way, all the details were great--great communication, answered all my questions, I knew exactly when Vasyl and his assistant Gabriel were arriving, they showed up on time, etc. Roof Quality Care is my go-to roofer now. After a bad experience last year, I've found a company I can trust. Thank you, Vasyl!

I had a roof issue that needed urgent attention and I was very impressed by Vasyl’s professionalism in handling the matter. He was very competent, polite, and communicative throughout all of our interactions, from start to finish.
