When I started to inquire for roofing quotes, Edwin was the first to return my request, within 20 minutes, and was the most flexible to come out to inspect the roof. Immediately I felt the care he has company, his crew and his customers in comparison to some of the other roofing companies out there. His quote was fair, well explained, and extremely competitive. Out of 5 quotes, from small to large companies, his felt right. I did not feel like I was being upsold the whole time with extras I was not interested in. The materials used were high quality, and offered competitive warranty.

The project started within two weeks of contract signing, and was completed in a day and a half. The crew was organized, fast and CLEAN. My yard was left spotless each day. Which was a huge plus since I have dogs. The roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident it was done to the highest of standards.

The crew was timely, professional, transparent and CLEAN! I had an entire roof replacement done in about one week . Starting from the first estimate appointment to post replacement walk through. There was a couple rainy days so that delayed the project, but first day that weather cooperates they crew was in first thing in the morning and went straight to work. I’m very happy with the job.

Roof pros did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters. Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and accessible. Edwin came out quickly to provide an estimate which I received only 2 days after he came to the house. Josh was the project manager and he was always very friendly and easy to work with. His crew found out that one of my bath fan hoses needed to be replaced. They quickly found a replacement and got it installed for me. In the end the roof and gutters turned out beautiful! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely work with them again.

No one wants to replace roof in winter. We were forced to after historical below freezing, following up in the heavy rain.
Edwin came a few times to identify the problem. He and his crew checked the weather diligently and kept us informed. They came at the first possible day and finished the job in a little more than 2 days.

Roof Pros NW helped us with an urgent request from our Homeowners Insurance Company! We called 3 companies and Edwin from Roof Pros was the only company/person to call us back right away! Maybe only 10 minutes after leaving a message.
He made time available for us after they finished for the day and he stopped by. He drove out; looked at the job request and came back at the appointed time! He blew the roof off first because a big strong wind had blown through and had left tree needles all over. He took pictures and verbally informed us of his opinion of the roof's condition. He filled out the paperwork and emailed it to me so I could forward it to our insurance - saving us a trip to the insurance agency!

These guys were awesome! I had 7 bids for my roof in downtown auburn. Roof pros was not the cheapest however they were the best value by far. They were quick, respectful of my property, & efficient. There were a few mistakes that were made in the process, somethings that were halfway done,but the owner Edwin had them fixed right away within a few days. Most importantly Edwin was trustworthy & honest. These guys were great , i highly recommended them.

RoofPros just completed an old roof tear-off and and new, shingled roof replacement in a surprisingly quick time frame, fitting the work into a tight window between two other major house projects we had going. Our immediate need for the reroof arose unexpectedly, and Edwin Zetino, the owner, was able to come out to assess the scope and provide a reasonable bid number within two days, and to mobilize his crew to start two days later, after my giving him the green light. We happened to be out of town for the first 2 days and majority of the work, but he kept us informed of their progress, sending pictures, during that time. They were fast, diligent and thorough, and exercised care to protect a couple of areas. They did a great job at every level, and provided a thorough cleanup afterward. Edwin is terrific to work with. Being a retired architect who has inspected countless roofs, I can say that one could not find a better contractor than RoofPros for this kind of work. I highly recommend them.

This is roof on a house from the 50s and it turned out great. They were on time on budget cleaned up after and it looks great. Hopefully I won't need another roof in my lifetime but if I did Edwin would get the call.

I have my roof replaced by roof pros NW. They are very professional.They installed new roof system with quality and reasonable price. In addition to that Roof Pro NW provides warranty on their new roof system which give me a peace in mind. Edwin ( the owner)was very responsive and he addressed all my concern about roofing. He also takes an extra miles by cleaning gutters and repairing the downspout for me.

Roof Pros NW replaced our roof so we could get a solar installation in place. They identified some areas where older wood needed to be replaced and finished the job very quickly. The roof looks great. They did a great job of cleanup afterwards - outside of the beautiful new roof, there was no evidence they had been by.

While they were here, I asked if they could install a Solatube for us. They were quite willing to work that into their schedule.

Roof Pros have been very easy to work with, and I never had a surprise or cause for concern with their work.

I’m very happy with the results of our new roof and gutters. Our roofing job was not your typical re-roof. We had exposed rafter tails and integrated gutters which had been incorrectly installed and had been not working correctly for many years. The result of this was a lot of rot and wood damage. Edwin (the company owner) and his crew did a great job replacing all the rotten wood and putting a new roof on. They replaced over 50 sheets of plywood, repaired support rafters, cut approximately 100 rafter tails and added new fascia and external gutters. They did all of this in 90 degree weather to boot. The crew were all very hard workers, very courteous and clean. I definitely recommend Roof Pros to replace a roof or do roofing work.

We were impressed with the professionalism of Roof Pros from the very beginning. We got 7 different quotes and their pricing was very competitive. We appreciated Edwin providing us with all the details to help us make our decisions too - first whether or not to choose Roof Pros, and second to choose materials as there are many more options than we anticipated! We also worked through him to replace our gutters, and at the same time we were working with another company for external paint. Edwin was very helpful in working around our painter's needs too.
