RoofNM did a great job taking off the old shingle roof and installing a new metal roof in a beige color to match my windows. They came to my new house to estimate & explain the work to be done. The crew finished installing the new roof quickly. I recommend using RoofNM for their quick installation & friendly service.

I was scheduled to have a roof put on my house 9/11/2023 this company did not show up for their scheduled appointment with me there was no communication because of the weather that this would be rescheduled. The salesperson Scott I worked with failed to communicate anything with me I was left calling him for answers more often than not. There was a complication with funding from my insurance company which I did convey to Scott he said it was not a problem and still scheduled to work knowing that the day the work was going to be starting he was going to get their deposit which I did have the money on 9/11 when the work was scheduled to start. I feel like this company did not take my business seriously and did not communicate the importance of getting the deposit. I would not recommend this company to anybody that likes communication between somebody they're going to be paying thousands of dollars to. As for their workmanship I cannot speak to it because I have cancelled my contract with this company and I'm moving on with finding a better roofer.

A little over a year ago, Premier replaced our shingled roof with a metal roof. The team was on time, courteous, removed all construction debris and did a fantastic job for us. We couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

An evaluation to provide a quote was scheduled within a week of my first call. The estimator, Andrew, was on time and thorough. A detailed quote for a 60 mil Versico TPO re-roof was provided in less than a week. I appreciated that their quote included a complete tear off (modified bitumen rolled roofing with gravel ballast) so the deck could be inspected and ensured to be sound (it turned out there was some unknown water damage that was quickly repaired with no schedule impact). The crew was on time every day, ensured the roof was water-tight at the end of each day (they work to a detailed end-of-day checklist), and was very friendly. The house perimeter and the neighbors' yards were also cleaned up daily. The re-roof was completed on schedule and Scott coordinated the Building Permit and inspection schedule with the City of Albuquerque. The City Building Inspector drone inspection was done the next day (ask the inspector to email the drone pictures to you). All aspects of the work went as smoothly as possible. Many thanks to Butch, Jose, Pow, Jesse, and the rest of the crew. I didn't know Andres was the company President, but he showed up and worked with the crew when one of them was injured (non-work-related). It gives you a sense of their customer commitment when everyone pitches in to complete the project. The frosting on the cake was a project cost that was ~15% less than a competitor for TPO re-roof and another for silicone coating.

Granted, they accepted a low bid from Fannie Mae's contractor on a forclosed house roof replacement, and the quality of work done was definitely sub-par. Before installing a TPO roof, they did not level the roof structure for proper drainage. Termination bars were not installed on top of the TPO for tight sealing. TPO nails to tack down the TPO to reduce flapping in the wind were missing in some places. They did not overlap seams in some places causing splitting. Andres tried many times to stop leaks in many different areas of the house. We've had 3 other roofers identify the above concerns and now, after just one year, we are faced with estimates of $13,000+ to $18,000+ dollars to have installation omissions corrected and a silicone sealer applied.

NM Premier Roofing was the most knowledgeable company with the best estimate out of the six other roofers we spoke with. The old tar and gravel was pooling water and started to leak. The crew was fast and informative. In just 48 hours the new TPO roof looks great and doesn't pool rainwater! I highly recommend Premier for any roofing needs.
