Mr. Grooms and his crew showed up when he said they would. Did more than he said that they would do. They are fast and efficient. I'm very pleased.
Kenny and crew do amazing work. My roof is 21 years old and before I came across Roof Maxx I was contemplating a roof replacement. Before calling Kenny I did a good amount of research into the effectiveness of the Roof Maxx process and concluded that the life of some older roofs can be extended 5, 10, or even 15 years. I then got in touch with him and scheduled an evaluation. Kenny did a through inspection, noted a few minor issues that needed correcting, but indicated that my roof was a good candidate for the treatment at a fraction of the cost of a replacement.
As for the process, Kenny and crew did an outstanding job with no fuss or mess for me to deal with. On leaving he indicated he would be making annual inspections over the five-year
life of the treatment. Sure enough I was contacted last week, and we scheduled an appointment. On his arrival he noted that my roof had a fair amount of mildew discoloration and would benefit from a soft wash. I thought, well how much is this going to cost, but to my surprise he said "no charge" because he was now providing the service free for most Roof Maxx initial treatments. The wash and some other minor repairs were done that morning and the roof looks much, much better!
In conclusion, I recommend that you contact Roof Maxx prior to replacing your roof. If the roof isn't treatable, you will have lost nothing. Overall a first rate company and a capable, friendly owner and crew. Five + stars!
