Our experience with First Choice Homes was excellent! As a former homebuilder, I am leery of roofing contractors in general and typically did not allow anyone to inspect my roof. I made an exception in the case of First Choice because one of the principals, Ron Mellin, struck me as sincere and professional.(It helped that he is a former military officer as am I.) I'm glad I did. Ron completed his inspection and helped guide us through the claim process to a successful result. Once the claim was approved, the roof replacement was scheduled within 2 weeks. The other principal, Chris Collins, acts as the field supervisor and he was equally professional. The job was completed on schedule in one day. The roofing crew members were courteous, professional, and did a great job. They constantly were cleaning up while the installation was completed. In my experience, such performance is way above the norm. In summary, we have a new and improved roof that was installed on time, on budget by professional people who went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied. It is a pleasure to recommend this company.

We contacted First Choice Homes after a severe storm in our area. We suspected wind and hail damage to our roof. FCH was out immediately for an inspection. They then worked directly with our insurance company on damage confirmation. When their crew arrived, the complete roof replacement was accomplished in short order. They included attic ventilation in the replacement, and even cleaned out and mesh-capped our gutters. Clean-up was accomplished so well you would not know they had been there after departure. I cannot say enough good things about First Choice Homes. I highly recommend them and would gladly use them again.
