Shane and his crew put on a beautiful new colonial slate owens corning roof on my house and 2 new velux sky lights for my patio. They cleaned up and hauled all the old roofing material. Removed an old satellite dish, tightened up my gutters, fixed a old hole in my siding. I am extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone for a new roof.

I had a tree fall on my house and I called several contractors, Shane came out to look at my house and within a couple of day he came back with an estimate for the insurance company. I hired Shane to do the work because he got back to me faster than the other contractors plus he was cheaper than the rest. It only took them a few weeks to do the work and there was a lot of damage plus Shane was there a lot over seeing the work! I will definitely keep roof masters and exteriors in mind for anymore work that I may need done, highly recommend!

From the start we had great communication from Shane and he was very prompt/quick - able to come look at our house to give us a quote soon after I called and get us on the schedule ASAP since we had a more urgent need and would be traveling. Shane at Roof Masters is the man! We have had a leak plaguing us that two other roofers could not locate and repair. Roof Masters came to inspect the area the day after we called, took the time to investigate where the leak was originating, found the problem, and fixed the area next day! The third time was the charm when it came to choosing a company who got the job done. When you have a problem, take it from me, call Roof Masters the first time.

We also had them install gutter guards on our very long ranch house and garage. The guards are steel, and the drenching rain we had just yesterday handled the water flow with no more water running over the gutters, as in the past! We are so grateful for Shane and how he solved our nagging roof leak, and now there are no more cleaning the gutter days ahead!

Throughout my siding project, Shane was very nice, realistic, and communicative. I chose Roof Masters to do this work because of their great pricing, but I also liked that Shane stated he would be on-site frequently and take care to use high quality materials. Although the timeline for completion was longer than originally stated, I know the team was battling high winds and a missed delivery from the supplier which was out of their control. For my 4-bed single family house and detached garage, all the siding and soffit work took 4.5 days. During the course of the work, Shane and team looked out for imperfections that needed to be corrected which I chose to do for a small price. Their invoice system is through Intuit Quickbooks and is very user-friendly. I’m really happy with the new color on my house, thanks!

I sincerely don't know where to start with this review. Shane came through for me at a very difficult time. I was dealing with a family emergency and the neighbor's tree fell on my house causing quite a bit of damage. After going through a couple less than credible contractors, I found Shane's company. Shane made one aspect of my life a whole lot easier by assuring that he'd take care of me and following through on his word. His crew did an amazing job on the repairs and got it done quickly. Shane is incredibly professional while giving you that "like family" feel. Can't thank him enough.

I needed to have my siding replaced and Shane and his company are where it's at! If you are needing work done on the exterior of your home do NOT go to those other places like bone dry, you need to use Shane and this company!
The materials are quality with so many colors to choose from, the work was exceptional and the customer service is beyond compare.

RoofMasters was one of three contractors recommended to me by Reese Wholesale. RM was not the cheapest but offered features not available from others such as a 20 yr labor warranty (others were 5) and hand nailed roofing nails (this is a good thing). This was a tear-off of two old roofs with replacement of 200 LF of plank deck, so not an easy or cheap job. We went back with a premium lifetime dimensional shingle. The roof looks great with straight shingle rows and neat flashings. The crew did a good job protecting landscaping and cleaning up. Shane delivered everything promised at the price agreed upon. I recommend that you include RoofMasters in your bidding process and discuss your unique concerns with Shane.

We had a leaking skylight in our living room and reached out to Roof Masters via the website. Shane, the owner, called within the hour and came out the next day for an estimate. After diagnosing the fix, a crew came out the next day to complete the repair which included matching new shingles with our 10+ year old roof. Shane even did some high touch-up indoor painting himself. We greatly appreciated their promptness and professionalism and would hire them again for skylight or roofing needs.

Working with Roof Masters has been an excellent experience. We were able to get an initial assessment within 3 days and his crew was out the next morning and completed the work very quickly (and for a fraction of the price of the other companies). Shane and his crew were able to identify the issues and repair the roof with appropriate materials and expert craftsmanship. They took the time to do it right by stripping the roof down to the decking, replacing damaged decking and trim board, and replacing so it will not leak again. Shane also took the time to explain the details so we could fully understand the issues and repair details which I greatly appreciated. They even completed minor repairs like sealing that were noticed day of in other spots not associated with the main repair. Very appreciative and will seek working with them again in the future.

We needed a chimney cap repaired from a combination of shoddy workmanship (not Roof Masters work) and recent high winds. So happy with our experience with Shayne and his crew. Shane and his crew did fantastic work on our home and in a VERY timely manner. They removed and replaced our siding that was affect by high winds and replaced our four downspouts.

From Start to Finish " Max" the sales rep/foreman/etc, was there.
Our initial appointment for an estimate was at 11am, he was on my porch at 11am, He not only walked us through the roofing options, but showed us samples.
Including the underwrapping . Showed us the financing options.
When the day came to put on the roof, the crew came, tore off layers of old roofing( 5 layers), The crew and everyone involved was very professional.
When the roofing work was done, the cleanup began, The crew stayed very late in the evening to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect.

Fake invoice with work charged that never occurred to Hunters Green South tenant. HOA passed on to owner as if legitimate, even though AT&T provided documentation where DirectTV had installed correctly.

This business showed up 6 weeks later without notice and put together a fraudulent invoice for Hunters Green owner and HOA. Not sure who is the worst crook, cause if it was paid by HOA, then the conman who is an owner in the community is also a thief. All was documwanted by AT&T.

HOA never checked on validity and neither did owners. Beware of renting from people who accept fake invoices, but the true crook is Roofmasters..
