We recently experienced water damage in our home due to an HVAC unit. We contacted Sunshine Restoration based on their proximity and glowing reviews. While the repairs took a little longer than expected due to the custom fixtures being replaced, we are extremely happy with the outcome and communication along the way! Our sprinkler system broke behind one of the rooms in our home. Sunshine restoration came out immediately and made the necessary repairs right away. Very good service!

I do not hand out 5 stars easily but Sunshine Payson was great. Any time the ball was in their court they were right on time and prompt. The mitigation guys were neat and very courteous. Never meant construction people like that. On the reconstruction end Joshua was always there when I called. He knew how the insurance end worked and kept me from losing my temper. I not only lost my kitchen but the flooring thru the whole house and leaked down to the basement ceiling. Sunshine left me with no doubt they could and did do the job.

Sunshine Restoration did a great job cleaning the ducts in my home. They also cleaned the dryer vent. No longer can I smell dust when the heater comes on and I think my dryer is working more efficiently! They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions.I would definitely use them again if needed.

We were referred to Sunshine Cleaning & Restoration to have all of the carpets and flooring cleaned in our new home before we moved in. They responded right away to our request, gave honest feedback about our floors, and provided answers to all our questions about the process and the costs involved. Our tile floors look great and the pile on our carpets were refreshed.

The tech checked the vents where an odor was coming from & found no problem at this time with them. He determined the odor was coming from something else. I saved $ since no additional work needed to be done at this time. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

Josh and his crew were excellent to work with. From the beginning clean up of a flooded house to replacing the floor and getting everything back together, there were no issues. They also did a great job preserving deciding what walls they could dry out without tearing out all of the dry wall. The response time was also appreciated. I would highly recommend.

White Carpet was a disaster Noe took lots of time to get the job done well. Really cared about details and did an excellent job. Noe was so careful not to damage wood floors. White carpet looks like new. Best part used industrial fans to speed up drying time!!

They cleaned my carpets and all the grout in the kitchen and laundry. Grout (about 1” wide) has never been as clean as now. It was worth every penny!
