We had an excellent experience with Bob Murphy and his team at Roofs Arizona. From start to finish, Bob was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. He provided a detailed roof inspection, showed me photos of all the issues, emailed a clear, line-by-line estimate, and took the time to answer all my questions especially about the different underlayment options.

Our new home had a 30-year-old roof that was falling apart, and I’m so relieved we got it replaced. Bob made the entire process easy and stress-free. His crew was friendly, on time, hardworking (especially in the AZ heat!), and what really stood out was how clean they kept everything. At the end of each day, the worksite was spotless, something we haven’t always experienced with other contractors.

We were able to watch part of the work from a bedroom window, and it was impressive to see the level of care and precision the crew used - measuring, marking chalk lines, and working diligently. Our new roof looks so much better too!

Our home needed a new roof including changing all of the tiles. We got 3 bids and Roofs Arizona was the best bid with the scope of the work described in detail. Bob Murphy (the owner) was very professional, responsive and updated us as the project moved along. Bob even had tiles delivered to us so we could see samples. The work was delayed by a day due to rain but still finished in the time scope promised. The crew showed up each day early and worked a solid full day with a short break for lunch. At the end of each day, they picked up any trash and blew off our patios and driveway leaving the area clean and neat. Would HIGHLY recommend Roofs Arizona and their crews!!! We are so pleased!!

You know a service is good when you don’t have a single thing to complain about!! From initial meeting of Bob, we knew he was the real deal. I’ll start by saying that in a world where trusting contractors is so tough, Bob makes it easy. He reminded us that there are still great people out there who do quality and honest work. We had a leak initially, but knew we had to replace the entire roof because it was 32 years old. So, we had multiple people come out and look at it. Bob won the deal because he created an HONEST and DETAILED quote. No BS. Nothing hidden. He laid it all out there for us. Above that though - he put a tarp up for us to get us through random rain while we had a tarp. He answered every question we had. Was always available. Clearly very knowledgeable in the roofing space. Then, his crew started on time. Bob came every single day to check in on progress. His team was great. They worked hard, and they fully cleaned up after themselves every day, too! We were so impressed with the quality work. Our roof looks incredible. We are so grateful we met Bob. Quick response and excellent job! We noticed a small leak and Bob came out to give us an estimate. He actually patched the leak immediately so we didn't have to worry about an upcoming rain forecast. Roof was done within two weeks. Price was fair, roofing crew did a good job and it was a relatively pain free process. It's always nice to have a local company do the work.

We have a fairly large 2 story home. Our roof had stome damage requiring a ful replacement. Thay started 2 weeks after we approved quote. Complete tear off and replacement. I was expecting a big mess as our neighbors roof was also damaged in storm and replaced by a different company. Pices of black tar nails all over agter job was complete.
The crew that replaced our roof cleaned up every day. Blowing and sweeping. We had mothing track into our home.
New roof is on and looks great..

We were very pleased with our Roofs Arizona from start to finish. A friend had highly recommended Roofs Arizona, and so we called.
Bob met with us the same day we inquired about a bid. He explained thoroughly about the warranty and the construction process involved with replacing underpayment, old wood and and the updated roofing code changes.
The crew showed up at sunrise and worked 10-12 hours each day. They cleaned up the area daily before they left. They were efficient and worked well as a team. Bob stopped by daily to confer with them, and give us a status of where we needed to replace wood and where we’d see improvements with the new roof. Bob was very accessible via text throughout the process.
The new roof looks great! The yard and patio area are spotless and we are pleased and grateful for their workmanship.

Excellent roof replacement of materials and reset of tiles. They completed a very professional job. They returned and checked their work and addressed any questions that I had. I can honestly say that some of their methods are just great! You would have to compair the old roof to new.

Owner was responsive and professional. Quickly got back to me when I reached out about an estimate. Price was reasonable (and better than the competition). Job started and finished on time. Work was done efficiently and well. Good clean-up at the end.

My quote from Bob was right in line with the other bids and easy to work with. I decided to give Bob the roof job since his bid outlined the services he would be providing. I was concerned about my Koi Pond that is next to the house and they made a cloth cover attached to the roof edges to catch any falling debris. He was very considerate of any request you made and was able to communicate to his workers in Spanish. The roof looks great and the area was cleared and clean. I definitely would recommend him.

We had our roof redone. Our experience was very good. Bob Murphy was professional & worked with us, since we have solar panels that had to be first removed before his crew could start work. We were very happy to use Roofs Arizona to replace our 22 year old roof in our new home. Bob was able to schedule us within a month of our initial quote. The price was reasonable and came with a 20 year warranty. The crew was very professional, arrived on time each morning, worked all day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Bob kept us informed of possible rain in the forecast, and answered all of our questions. The crew even finished a day early.
Overall, we were very pleased with the work done - and best of all, it rained that evening and there were no signs of any leaks the next morning!

I asked Bob Murphy to look at an area of my roof that had a leak and let me know what the repairs would be. He recommended that we pull back all the tiles up to the peak on the roof surrounding the leak area. In fact, he said he would only take the repair with the scope of work he recommended. Two competitors suggested much less work yet their pricing wasn't that much less. I went with the more comprehensive repair because a) it made sense and b) it was a better value. Just had a 1" rainfall last night and all seems dry so mission accomplished. He also worked us into the schedule much quicker than the others anticipated.

He frequently has roofing materials that are no longer available on his truck and can do small repairs during his inspection visit. Over and beyond my high expectations and standards! I needed my roof replaced on my house. Bob from Roofs Arizona came out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. He inspected the roof and informed me of the changes they could make to my turbine vents and gave me an excellent bid.
He kept me informed as to all aspects of the installation to include the times his crew would be at my house and they were very punctual. They were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up every day after they were finished. Bob came back after the job was completed and went over the installation and we went up and looked at the roof. The roof looks excellent.
