Roof Guard Company is hands down one of the best in the business. They truly care about the quality of their work, and it shows in every job they do. Whether it’s roofing, siding, windows, or gutters, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. If you’ve had storm damage from hail or wind, these are the experts you want on your side—they know exactly what to look for and don’t cut corners.

Review based on My experience NOT quality or workmanship, frankly it seems like I can't even get that far.

Website states they offer quotes! They do not... nor offer a scope of work until you sign a blind faith agreement.

Sept 1st
Initially they were responsive, then tapered off. I reached out and signed this blind faith agreement.

It's been 27 days without response from the rep!

it has now been 2 months since I singed with them with NO WORK STARTED!!!!!

It's now December 14
I've only been contacted twice by Mason in 25 days after I emailed him asking what is going on.
Due to limited responses or 5-7 day turn aroubd responding to my insurance company they just reached an agreement roughly 3 months after agreement was signed!

Still uncertain when they will arrive or if they will even tell me when they are coming!
Just a little bit of communication would be fantastic.

Jan 14th.... Yup still nothing.... And being there is now this beautiful pile of snow on the on the roof it will buy them another month eh?

Feb 25th still have not heard a peep from Mason or this company about when or if they even plan on starting on this roof

April- Mason Said they bet there in 15 days never showed up this company is a home and have no communication skills or care about customers.

I have removed them and find a company that actually follows through with commitments to customers.

A new roof was installed on our 90,000 square foot building by Roof Guard Company. They did an excellent job! I was very impressed by their professionalism and professionalism of the workers. Roof Guard was fast, professional and the roof looks amazing!! Great prices! I was VERY satisfied with their service and will be using them again next time! Our project manager checked the site himself after the job was done to make sure the roof looked good and to check if my yard and house looked clean as if they were never there and also to make sure that I was completely happy.
