Rob from Roof Fanatics recently inspected my townhouse roof, flashing and gutters. He explained his findings clearly without any pressure to make a sale. I don't need a new roof yet, but when the time comes, l will be calling Roof Fanatics.

A little over a month ago, Roof Fanatics put a new roof on our daughter's house. Thank you Robert and crew for everything that you did for my daughter and son-in-law. With them being newlyweds and new homeowners, this was not something they were planning on having to do and were very stressed about such an investment. Roof Fanactics replaced my MIL roof and she was so impressed with them after being jerked around by several other roofing companies. I couldn’t be more impressed with the services provided by Roof Fanatics for my parents' roof replacement. From the initial roof inspection to the full roof installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. My parents' roof was quite an interesting project. At first, they thought they only wanted a roof repair to fix a leak in their kitchen, but it was clear a full replacement was needed in the end. During the inspection, Robert noticed that the previous owners had tried to do things themselves, and there was actually a mix of shingles used. My experience with Roof Fanatics has been my best with any contractor ever. They were so thorough in their communication and paperwork there were no surprises. My roof had a leak and they moved up my install date to avoid further interior damage. On the install day they came promptly on time and got to work. Afterwards they did a thorough job with cleaning up. The last contractor that did my parents home left so many nails and shingle scraps at their house I thought that was typical but Roof Fanatics cleaned up the area until it was spotless. Working with Robert (owner of Roof Fanatics) and his crew was a great experience from start to finish! Rob provided us lots of information and a good deal of his time to walk us through everything, but we never felt pressured or rushed into any decisions. At his suggestion we chose black gutters-and he was right-it really elevates the look of our house!
Rob also had great financing options (and we shopped around!) that made the roof and gutter replacements possible. On the day of the roof and gutter installation, Rob’s crew arrived on time, Rob was there shortly after and stayed the whole time to oversee the work. I had told Rob that I was concerned about dropped nails in our yard because of our dog and he stayed long after his crew and finished and cleaned up, running the nail magnet over our yard many times to make absolute certain that no nails or other debris had been missed.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the new roof and gutters that Roof Fanatics installed on my house. The workmanship, the attention to detail, the value for your money can’t be beat. The crew arrived on time, finished on time, and left my yard completely free of debris. Rob, the owner, came himself to make a final sweep of my gardens (12’-15’ deep along the front and one side of my house) – I haven’t found a single nail. My house looks new and fresh, all due to Roof Fanatics!

Easiest 5-star. My husband & I are first time homeowners. After a substantial rainstorm our guest bedroom ceiling started to bubble. I panicked. We reached out to friends for recommendations and Rob at Roof Fanatics immediately came up. I called the next morning & unbelievably he found a spot for us, a slightly after hours spot. That's the difference between a small company and a large one. He took the time to educate my husband & I on the roof itself, and never pushed us to make a decision on anything other than our own timeline. He offered to tarp our roof the next day without contract or payment upfront. When I asked him what color tarps he had & he answered blue, I said no thanks, lol. He came back the next day with a brown one to match our roof & installed a masterpiece. Our insurance adjuster who's been at this for decades claims it's the best tarping he's seen. We've had rainstorms back to back to back & there has been zero leakage & that's just a tarp, imagine what he can do on a repair or reroofing! His prices came out competitive or better than every other bid. He strikes me as a detail-oriented perfectionist & really isn't that who anyone would want on their roof? Yes, absolutely, yes it is. In fact, my neighbor has already hired him too.

Robert was very clear about his process and our options from the beginning. He uses quality materials that will hopefully last many years to come. I've had quite a few bad experiences with NOVA Contractors, but that is the furthest from the case when it comes to Roof Fanatics. Owner Rob Arnston was extremely honest, straightforward, and helpful with regards to all aspects of the project. They professionally installed a high-quality product, at an extremely fair price. I was expecting some overrun costs but wasn't charged for anything past the base price. They completed the project in one day, and even cleaned up my leaf mess around my house. They left the site cleaner than how they found it. I want to give a review on my roof install by Roof Fanatics. I had three other estimates but when I talked to Roof Fanatics I knew that was the company for the job. Robert was professional, personable and above all very honest about his work ethics. He wants to do the best job and isn't in it just for the money. The job was done in ONE day & the clean up was exceptional. The workers were happy and friendly and did a great job. They seemed to like working for this company.
