Team did a great job for the most part. Had some problem with reconnecting the gutters back (on x 2) mostly on the edges, but a simple phone call and they were promptly back out to take care of the problem. Guys cleaned up afterwards very well. Should be well considered if you need your roof repaired!

Roof Depot has been my go to roofing company for years and I recently had a full roof replacement with them after several years of patching due to the age of my roof. Walker and Blake worked seamlessly together to ensure I made the best decision given my needs and budget, and communicated transparently throughout the process.

They responded quickly to my call, and for contractors, this is very rare these days. The job I needed done was accomplished quickly and at a very reasonable price. The manager from Roof Depot was very polite and professional as were the technicians who did the work. The job site was left clean and without clutter.

I will definitely be keeping them on my list of preferred contractors for my needs in the future.

The workers were there on time and they placed tarps down so they wouldn’t mess up your yard and they did a great job and cleaned up everything when they finished and they did a great job

The work was done on time and efficiently. However, it would of been nice if someone showed me the work that was done before they left. I don't have the expertise to determine the quality of the work.

Blake Ivie arranged for Roof Depot repairman to fix exposed flashing around chimney. He arrived promptly & did outstanding job, working diligently to seal and install new Hardie Plank siding and painted to match house trim. Very happy with Roof Depot!

4 years following a considerable renovation that replaced a portion of my roof, I developed a small leak during big storms. Roof Depot inspected my leak area and identified the flashing was not correct.
Chad quoted a repair, and a replacing the balance of my original roof, including the repair. I chose to replace. We scheduled, and completed the work within about 1 week. The crew was timely, thorough, and cleaned up all of the random nails with a magnet. I had a question about installation, and Roof Depot inspected and repaired something that wasn't even their work. Great customer experience, highly recommend them.

Had Roof Depot replace our roof a little over 10 years ago. Recently had a shingle blow off from the ridge vent. Contacted Roof Depot to have someone come out to inspect roof and recommend any repairs (I realize we're no longer under warranty). Had repair done today - fair price and quick work.

7 - go the extra mile to do a good job: ex. there was a board that needed to be replaced, Juan took the time to find the exact color match to paint it even if I said it was ok not to paint it. It was a weird red color and they went to home depot to match it perfectly.

Walker was the sales person who I interacted for more of a month. Absolutely one of the best if not the best I have encountered as a residential customer. He went the extra mile to make sure all our troubles were taken care of to the very end of the project.

Future potential customers of Roof Depot: As a VERY satisfied customer I wanted to provide a review to that provides the basics of what most buyers are looking for. 1) Roof Depot provided an acurrate and fair cost estimate of the work they were going to do. Their sales team was straight forward and I never felt pressured, 2) They did exactly as they said they would do. Their operations team provided a schedule of when the dumpster would arrive, when the roof crew would do their work and when the gutter team would complete their tasks. All the work was accomplished exactly per the schedule they provided. From the delivery of the dumpster to the completion of the gutters, done in 3 1/2 days. 3) They cleaned up ALL debris when the job was done. 4) The crew was respectful of the interior of my home by putting tarps inside my home to collect the debris that fell inside the house, as they put in new skylights. They worked from 7:30 AM to 8:15 PM non-stop, to complete the replacement of my roof. 5) Their Field Supervisors were curtious and made sure all work was performed to a very high standard. In fact the FIeld Supervisor noticed something that he wanted corrected, informed me about it (something that no one would ever see) and had two of his team come out two days later to fix the issue. 6) The gutter team was also efficient and cleaned up ALL of thier debris. I would highly recommend Roof Depot to do any roof related work.

The Roof Depot management people presented shingle options (3 tab or architectural) to the Bethany UMC Trustees and quoted appropriately. The weren’t the lowest price, but the warranty and flexibility to fix a couple of minor concerns won the bid. The architectural shingles look great and will hold up better under the windy conditions the church roof sees each year. Clean up was great!

Roof was installed in 2019 and has been great. A loose shingle discovered this year was fixed super fast. I highly recommend them to others.

Payment was due on completion and not half due beforehand as require by a lot of other companies. I was extremely happy with the job performed by Roof Depot. My house was a victim of the September 12 hail storm that came through the Cobb county area. Allstate was adamant our roof could be repaired. Roof Depot did an excellent job explaining how a repair couldn’t be necessary and Allstate had a change of heart and they replaced our roof. We had a very good meeting/consultation with Justin Gispert after meeting with other window replacement companies. Justin was very thorough when he explained the difference between the ProVia windows and the competitors. The price he quoted was in line with a couple other companies, but he explained why the ProVia were superior. Interestingly, the installer, Jerry, explained to me why the ProVia was superior to what I thought were better name windows and why.
The whole process was quick and efficient and when we get ready to replace our front window will call Justin!

They are locally based, in Alpharetta and have been in business for 25 years, which is rare these days, plus they offer a 25-year Labor Warranty. Also, they offer a free roof analysis. I noticed that, if needed/applicable, they offer a drone footage of your home's roof for your insurance claim.
