Sure, they replaced 2 cracked tiles (Boral Slate) in 1 hour or so for $475!! The tiles come out to maybe $30 a piece? Reached out to my community and other professionals - I was relocating and needed these replaced for inspection. Taken advantage of...

"yeah. That guy took advantage of the situation for sure. Each tile is no more than $20 at the bone yard. Probably took the guy all of 30 minutes."

He was here for an hour or so and spent a lot of his time sitting in his truck. I have the videos in the alley where he parked and while he was on-site.

Fair workmanship, didn't initially complete the job as agreed---seemed like a case of workers not knowing what sales had agreed to. Billed for whole job of course; when I called to point out not completed, no apology. Might be because it was a small job, not much attention to it, or just another Front Range trade business with too many customers to care much.

They re-roofed my garage 5 years. Did a great job so had them come back and do the house. It looks fantastic and loved how detail oriented they were.

This was the first insurance claim we made on our home since building it 20 years ago for hail damage. Shawn from Roof Check guided me through the process as well as reached out to our insurance carrier and found that we had special coverages on our policy that allowed us to upgrade our roof to a better product.
We had a vacation scheduled 2 days before our roof replacement. Drake the project manager was more than accommodating to get the work completed before our vacation. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day. After the work was complete his crew stayed into the evening cleaning and putting back outdoor furniture, plants and then with lights and magnets went over the entire property looking for nails and other debris.
Everything about this project went exceptionally well and I'm happy to recommend Roof Check.

Just had Sean of 'Roof Check' over to give his (free) appraisal as whether to make a roof claim with Allstate, as once you DO make a claim, it counts towards (against) your policy. Honestly, I was expecting a bit of a sales pitch for needing a new roof, but instead what I got was an honest appraisal... he wouldn't recommend making a claim at this point as the damage wasn't severe enough to warrant a claim, and just to call them in a few years, unless we get another storm. Well, after today I KNOW who I'll be calling! Another small local business that's well worth supporting!

Roof Check was clear in their estimate. They were timely both when providing the estimate and when doing the working. It would be hard to speak the quality of a roofing company's work especially when they are repairing a few broken tiles on a concrete tile roof, but Roof Check provide before and after photos of their work that made me smile. This is the 3rd roof that I have asked Roof Check to install, and in each case they have done a fabulous job. In this case, the shingles on the roof were damaged and needed to be replaced via warranty. So, Galen at Roof Check, came out, helped us get the warranty fulfilled, repaired our roof in 75mph winds, and showed incredible dedication to us. Then Shawn took over and walked us thru the entire process. He worked with the warranty vendor, the solar panel company, and generally, put up with our nearly endless number of stupid questions. Then the solar panels guys came out and took down the panels... quick and easy. Then, Patrick and crew came out and torn down the old roof and installed the new one. It took 2 days... right on schedule. They protected my landscaping, and the roof looks great! After the installation, everything was cleaned up, and the whole experience was perfect... we have no complaints. Shortly, the solar panel guys will return and put them back up. Easily the most professional team we have worked with on any of our home projects. Shawn, Patrick and their whole crew were fantastic. I am really big on how people drive, especially commercial entities. Driving g to work today, I had to follow a Roof Check Inc. truck, on 470. I wanted to give them a big shout out, for driving well! I know may seem small, but it's rare to find people that follow basic rules, like keep right except to pass. Who ever was driving represented themselves and Roof Check Inc. very well.

We had Roof Check come over and inspect our roof after a severe hail storm. It was a pleasure to work with Darrell. He explained all the steps in the process since we haven't needed to file a claim on our house before. Roof Check was able to complete the roof work and gutter work in about 5 weeks. Their team was very careful with covering all areas around the house with large tarps. They did an excellent job. Even when we noticed one of the metal drip edges didn't look right, they immediately stopped and replaced it and made it right on the spot. Everyone at Roof Check was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I only called one company, Roof Check to replace my roof. Their reputation speaks for itself. The material was delivered on Monday, the job started Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday afternoon. The crew led by Patrick Rollins covered all sides of my house with tarps to eliminate debris being left behind and to protect the landscape. They picked up both days throughly, used magnet brooms to sweep the area to eliminate any nails left behind. Overall they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or repair.

We had an amazing experience with Roof Check! Tom was wonderful with assessing our needs and meeting with our adjuster. He explained everything thoroughly regarding our new roof. Patrick, our project manager, went above and beyond!! He is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Patrick kept in constant contact with us, helped beyond the scope of his job (such as moving items away from the house and putting them back, among other things), and on the job site with the crew much of the day. The exterior of our home was left cleaner than when they started. Every item attended too, and followed through to the smallest detail. We have never found a stray nail. Our roof looks great! Cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

The work crew was fast, efficient, and done a great job. They laid big blue tarps to help catch falling material. After the job was done they walked around and did a thorough clean up. We were very pleased with Roof Check.Inc.

Roof Check was great! They coordinated with the other contractors on the job to give us the best roof possible. There pricing was very competitive, and their staff was very knowledgeable. Absolutely would recommend and use them again.

Roof Check removed our two leaking skylights and then roofed over them. Dan and his team did a great job. They were careful and professional, they started and completed the job on time, and the final cost was the same price as the estimate. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs or construction.

UPDATE: I've decided to remove two stars, based on the poor job they did cleaning up. Upon removing my skylights, they accidentally broke another one, which they replaced in a timely manner and without any fuss. However, they either purposely swept the broken glass onto my lawn or they just did an incredibly poor job of picking up, because I've been finding hundreds of shards of glass all over, where my dog and family walks.

Dan came out to look at a missing piece of flashing. Not only did he look at it, he also made the repair in about 30 minutes. I had been quoted minimums of 450 to 500 dollars for this repair from other companies with unknown time frames for completion. Roof check got us taken care of for under $200 in quick time!

Several roofs were replaced in my cul-de-sac this week due to a hailstorm in August. Recommending ROOF CHECK. Mine was the ONLY one that the clean up was superb. Reasonable and professional. Great Company.

The work they did was good. Gutters look great, and the labor was finished within about 3 hours after the crew arrived at my house. There was one small section of gutter that was bowed out after install, but they corrected it quickly upon discovering. The problem I had was communication. I had to call them to progress the process every step of the way. There was about a 1 week gap between them coming out for the initial inspection and me calling them to see if they would be sending me a proposal. There was another ~1 week gap between sending them the signed contract and me reaching out for an update regarding scheduling. They also never gave me an arrival time on the installation date. I had to call at 4pm the day before to get a specific time from them. The total process from initial contact to contract completed was a little more than 5 weeks.
