Great experience working with Nicholas on getting our roof inspected for a new insurance policy. They came out a second time to check the actual singles being used, and contacted State Farm to confirm the rules on a potential discount. One call to Nathan and William and not only were we freed from the massive jungle of trees in our yard, but they went to work immediately on mitigating the damage. They worked diligently with the insurance company and the mortgage company to make sure everything was made not only right, but better. Thank you for answering all the late night and early morning phone calls. The house is finally rebuilt and refurbished. During the middle of all this we lost my mother who lived with us. The goal was to have it finished before she passed away but sometimes things don’t work out the way we want. Her room is finished and she would have been thrilled with the results. Striker Exteriors all are a class act all around.

After going through several posts on Facebook and seeing mutual friends recommending Striker Roofers, I contacted them for consultation. David Griggs was the project manager, and he was prompt & knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process, explained what insurance adjusters look for and once Liberty Mutual approved, he took it from there. Any additional work that required approval, his admin staff communicated need with the insurance company. This has been the easiest roof replacement, gutter replacement and chimney cap update I could have ever hoped for. David’s admin staff kept in constant contact with me via email, and alerted me days prior to arrival of any contractors that would be on site. Not once did I have to call them due to issues or delays. I would recommend them in a heart beat!! David, THANK YOU!

Froy was so kind to notice as he was on my neighbors roof that we had 2 large holes in our vents. With a coming storm this evening it could have been a huge mess in our attic leading to thousands of dollars in repairs. He got on our roof and fixed it for free just to be a blessing! We need more Froy’s in the world!!!
