Roof Brigade, LLC

We had a great experience with Roof Brigade and would recommend they highly to anyone. Joy Smith was our representative and we can't say enough good things about her and the job she did for us. We were hit by that bad hail storm in '17 and we had our roof totally redone, our gutters and downspouts were all replaced, we had some siding replace around our back sliding door and our heat pump was replaced due to this storm. Joy did all the correspondence with our insurance company and closely monitored all the work being done. Joy went to bat for us when there were questions and did an awesome job of working things out in our favor. I should also mention Joy represented 8 other homes on our street. Just awful... First of all they charge extra because they are not a roofing company, but a contracting company so they contract out their roofing jobs. Secondly, they tried to replace my roof with cheaper shingles, luckily I noticed what was going on and called him out on it. He proceeded to argue and defend himself. I ended up calling 3 different specialists and they all agreed it wasn't the same high grade type of shingles I had on previously. I ended up going with another company and paying more to have it replaced. They also don't clean up after themselves. I would NOT recommend this awful company. They're a SCAM!

I found Roof Brigade to be so client centric!
I actually spoke with the owner, J.R. Rocha on many occasions during the replacement of my roof.....his crew was very friendly and always there 1st thing in the morning. Job was completed before the estimated completion date...and his sales rep, Antonio made sure the company left not only an incredible impression but also had a such great customer experience. They replaced my roof twice from 2 different hail storms!

Roof Brigade was superior from start to finish in installing my new roof. J.R. Rocha was knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. He set up the job quickly. The roofing crew was courteous and efficient. Antonio checked with me before leaving to see if I had any questions or concerns. The crew cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas when finished. I would happily recommend their services to anyone.

We have been using Roof Brigade to remove snow from our driveway for a year and a half now. They've been great - even with heavy snowfalls they make sure I have a clean driveway and a route to the main street from my circle before I have to get to work in the morning.

Working with Roof Brigade was a pleasure. From the initial estimation and negotiations with our insurance company through the final clean up at the end of the project, Roof Brigade was very professional and provided us with a high quality roof replacement. Several of our neighbors commented on how great our roof looked!

From beginning to end, the whole thing was a piece of cake. Salesmen was charming and informative. A representative came out to meet the insurance adjuster. They showed me a website where I could upload a photo of my home, and choose all sorts of colors and materials to make my decision. Started the job at 7 am and I had a new roof with no mess in my yard by 6 pm.

All of my friends made it seem like having your roof done after a storm can be a hassle. First, you have to deal with the insurance company and hope they don't undervalue your claim. Next, you have to find the right contractor. By "right", I mean one in state, and one that won't take your money and leave! Then, when the job is all said and done, you have to worry about landscape damage from the tear off, and nails! All those nails!!

Thank goodness I called J.R. at the Roof Brigade. He was on time and professional for our free estimate appointment. I'm happy I signed him before the insurance adjuster came, because J.R. drove back out to my house handled the whole meeting. I didn't even have to go outside. Just opened the door to greet J.R. and the adjuster, then went back to watching football as they walked the house. J.R. made sure the adjuster didn't miss a thing. One of my favorite things about the process was that the Roof Brigade didn't ask for any money up front! J.R. told me has an account with a supply company and wouldn't ask for a dime until after the job was finished. It just made me feel like he has his company together, and I could trust him. Once the job itself began, they were done in a day. ONE DAY! In and out, and not a single nail. They walked the yard with a magnet 3 times on the day of, and even had someone came by the following to go over my yard once more.

Roof Brigade comes highly recommended. They just make your life easier.
