Evan did a wonderful job representing Roof Authority! His detailed answers and understanding of my needs was. exceptional! He always followed up with any questions that I had. I was so impressed that the owner, Russ, showed up on the day of my installation and was actually working on the roof with his team. They did a great job cleaning up the old roof debris to ensure no nails were in the yard or all my driveway at the end.

The roof on my house had issues that I needed to have a roofer come out and correct.

Being in the building business myself, I climbed on the roof to inspect. Come to find out, some upper branches of a tree had torn holes in my shingles, and it was getting worse every time the wind blew. As soon as I saw the damage, I knew that it was way more than I could handle. (My background is in the framing industry not roofing. As a site supervisor, I know code requirements, but not the details of roofing.)

Likewise, being in the building industry, I also knew that there are a lot of contractors that promise one thing and deliver far less, so I didn’t want to call just anyone. I thought about the numerous houses we build annually and the quality job and workmanship we have always gotten from Roof Authority, the roofer we use. However, because this was just a roof repair and not a new roof on a multi-million-dollar home, I assumed it was too small for them to even consider. I decided to call anyway. Not only was I surprised to know that they wouldn’t mind doing the repairs, but Russ Douglas sent out someone the next day to take care of it!

That was a blessing because rain was in the forecast for later in the week.

I went up on the roof to inspect everything and found it was done right from the starter shingles to nailing patterns, and everything lined up with the existing roof.

Roof Authority is an awesome company and I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof. Russ was very patient walking me through the process and options. He also has great communication and went above and beyond to help me through the roof replacement and claims process. He also helped me identify additional work that needed my attention which most companies wouldn’t bother doing. He really cares about his customers and his team have to be some of the most pleasant and happy contractors that I have ever experienced.

I hired them for my new construction project to do the metal roofs and now after 4 months and so many follow ups they just don’t care to come and finish their job. They said I gotta pay first since they had to bring materials and pay their guys but it’s almost 2 months that I fully paid for the project but they don’t even answer my calls. Not professional.

It was a pleasure working with this company. They took excellent care of me and communicated often through the process. I got around 6 estimates to replace a standing seam roof. A lot of these other companies are all show with used car salesman vibes. Isaiah is a total professtional. He took his time answering all my questions and details what they will do to install the new roof. I have to say this was one of the best interactions, installations and follow up after the install I have ever had.

Isaiah followed through with a minor fix after the main installation. If the owner reads this, you got a awesome employee here.

Russ and team are phenomenal! We added the metal roof last year and they went above and beyond to make sure they left us in a great place. This year, with all of the storms, we starting having a few issues around the chimney. I called Russ and they were out here with the hour to fix the damage. Cant say enough great things!

As a custom home builder, water management is top priority. When working with Roof Authority, I can rest easy knowing our roof was in installed properly and with care.

A great vendor. We had a whole house roof replacement with new cedar shakes and could not be more pleased with the result. Russ was professional, timely, and honored his price quotes, very difficult in this market with the constantly changing material prices. A hard working crew that showed up every day ready to work, and basically worked from dawn to dusk. It was a huge job and I do not think it could have been done any better. I would highly recommend them, and cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with their service.

We had a metal standing seam roof installed over an addition. They were very helpful choosing the material in colors. And answering all of my questions about installing the metal roof on a low slope. After we decided to go with them, Ross was very good about following up and letting me know where we were and coordinating the schedule for the installation. After the roof was installed and cleaned up, he came back a few days later to check everything out and make sure we were happy with the installation.

Have not been able to get our roof inspected / repaired in months. A tech came once but then no follow up. We used Roof Authority for a roof repair / inspection a year or so ago and they did a great job but then we needed them to come back for a follow up call due to some leaks still occurring and since that, they've been dropping the ball... Not sure whether they're too busy but this is not good.

This was an incredibly seamless process from start to finish. Isaiah was our point of contact and you couldn't ask for better service all the way around. Isaiah took time to work up a very detailed estimate that was VERY reasonable to replace/repair the existing roof and replace the existing skylight. The entire project was completed in 1-day with Isaiah going above and beyond not just for us as the customer but we also witnessed him on several occasions go above and beyond for his crew as well. Russ the owner of the company came by and was busting materials to guys and running a magnet all over picking loose debris. The entire team was incredibly friendly, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had our roof replaced this winter. After much research and interactions/quotes from multiple companies, it was a very easy decision to choose Roof Authority. We are so glad that we did!
Russ is very easy to work with and really puts the clients first. He responded promptly, answered all the questions to help us decide on the best roof replacement products and option for us (we had a lot of questions and he was really patient and informative), worked with our travel plans to schedule work at our convenience, gave us a quote for a fair price and several options for a warranty.

You will NOT find a better roofing company than Roof Authority in Roswell. Russ did my free inspection and appraisal and gave me an estimate that included everything and ensured I had no surprise charges after the work was done. The team who replaced my roof did beautiful work and even hand nailed the entire roof. They use only the BEST materials and are experts in the field. They have ONLY five star reviews for a reason!!! They cleaned up every tiny bit of debris and have the best warranty you can get ANYWHERE. And, they donate a free roof replacement to a veteran regularly! Wow!

Vet owned(USMC Vet Russ Douglas) Roof Authority started off by providing a very competitive estimate. A neighbor had some roof repair work done by Roof Authority and told me of his experience and highly recommended them. His crew showed up exactly when scheduled and impressed us with how well orchestrated they performed the tear down, repairs, and new skylight(s) & roof(shingle) installation. Pretty amazing that they completed our multi level roof in one day. Russ himself was present for most of the day keeping us updated along with helping to coordinate some soffit and facia bd repair, painting the trim, then having the gutter company he uses(K & K Gutters) come in after the trim repair work was completed. This all took a few more days to complete and Russ stopped by several times to make sure everything was going as planned and on schedule, which it did. His crew, the painting crew, and the gutter crew were all polite, very hard working and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. All crews did a great job of cleaning up, too. The customer service provided by Russ was nothing less than top notch. Without hesitation I highly recommend them.

I had several roofers come out and give me an estimate for some repairs that I needed. Russ was the first to give me an honest assessment and I felt I could believe what he was telling me. He wasn't the cheapest, but was tremendously comparable.
Russ and his crew did such a good job on the repairs that I recently had him come out and do a complete replacement. Allstate wouldn't cover any of it and Russ gave me a great price. He walked me through the entire process and his crew was fantastic. I personally believe there is none better in the Greater Atlanta area.

Russ was the third company I had come to my home for an estimate. One reason I called him was I knew he was a fellow veteran and I like giving business to veteran owned companies.

I was immediately impressed by how thorough he was while he walked me around my home showing me deficiencies in my present roof and the ways those deficiencies contributed to the early deterioration of my roof. He then went on to describe in detail the ways in which he would perform the work and exactly what would be installed to ensure the best possible roofing protection. When I received my estimates I was provided with options for shingle type, tri-tab and architectural, as well as warranty levels. Based on this experience I selected Russ and his team to perform my roof service. The proposed work went as planned with one delay that was caused by the abundance of roof decking that needed to be replaced due to the extremely poor quality of work performed by the company that the previous owner had do their roof install. During the process Russ checked in and performed an post-install inspection during which he noticed work that he felt could be better and also some gutter damage from the removal process. He had his gutter guy and perform repairs and Russ performed the touch up of things that he felt could be better.

I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was with Russ and Roof Authority! It was the most professional estimate I have ever seen from anybody, large or small, and it was reasonable, looked out for my best interest in the long run with quality shingle choices with great warranties! My house was built in 1937, and has a slat roof, not panels. Russ taught me the difference between using the gun on such a roof and hand nailing it, and the necessity of doing so for the best results. He didn't have to do that, because I might not have thought of it or asked about it, but he did! High integrity! High skills and quality! And they started tearing the roof off early in the morning, and because he had a second crew available at the time due to weather, they were finished by 3:30! It was an incredible, pleasant experience that I have shared with many! You cannot go wrong with Roof Authority! The bonus is that it is veteran owned, and we searched for him because we support veterans first, and they proved emphatically why we should!
