Our insurance co had denied our previous claim for roof repairs. Ashton said he could handle it and that he did. He put in a new claim and not only did we get roof repairs, we got a brand new roof. They were very professional, quick and cleaned up behind themselves. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends. Thanks Ashton, much appreciated!!

He shepherded me through the claims and adjustment inspection process and kept me informed about the actual installation schedule and their workmanship was amazing. A friend recommended Roof America to us as a ‘contractor’ after a tree fell on our house during a storm in 2023. Initially things seemed to be going well. Possibly we mistook the arrogance of Brandon Pergantis as confidence. The storm hit on July 20, 2023 and what really shouldn’t have taken more than 10 - 12 weeks went on and on and on. My husband arranged for the AC repair on his own but that didn’t stop Roof America from trying to charge us for it again. The final repairs were finally completed around February 2024. There were several things that we repaired ourselves simply because we were just sick and tired of dealing with them. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 3. The outside contractors that they hired were good but Roof America doesn’t return calls and is not available unless they are looking for money. We asked them to come back out to check on a small leak about 6 weeks ago. We have called twice. Still waiting.

Richard helped replace our roof, which was damaged by a wind and hail storm earlier this year. Very thorough, provided an explanation of every step of the process, both in terms of replacing the roof and working through the insurance company. Richard was very attentive and helped handle all aspects of the insurance claim including ensuring the adjuster included all damages. Roof went on very quickly and is of high quality, as were the gutters which were replaced as part of a separate job. Would highly recommend Richard and Roof America.

I would never recommend this company. The salesman, Brandon, should be fired. I find it extremely unprofessional for him to threaten customers by saying they will put a lien on your home, and find it even more unprofessional that the company allows him to get away with this behavior. After reading other reviews, he has done this several times. The work done to our roof by the contractor they hired was subpar at best. Hate to even leave 1 star for their rating. Buyer beware with this company!

Paul came out to our home with his drone and took pictures of our roof. Within minutes he had determined we had extensive hail damage. Within two weeks he had the insurance adjuster out and a new roof put on our home.

Top notch service and communication all around. Even when our insurance company dragged their feet, the office at Roof America handled it. The process was really stress free.

I'm not sure how to explain it other than it was a Major Mistake choosing them to do my roof.
They did not show up on the day scheduled to do my roof so I had to take an extra day off work to supervis. Great thing I did too because one of the workers nearly fell through my porch knocking ceiling panels down and destroying my outdoor ceiling fan. They didn't tell me even though I was sitting on site and put the panels back up in a hurry using a roofing nail gun. I'm still in the process of having it repaired properly billing it to them.
The workers were hammering nails down so they could step on wood BELOW THE RAFTERS and my entire ceiling upstairs is covered with Pop Outs! I was told they weren't responsible because I was under contract. They will soon learn that I never signed the contract.
I have had 3 other contractors provide estimates on the repairs of damages THEY CAUSED INSTALLING THE ROOF and nothing is under $15,000.
I STRONGLY ADVISE USING SOMEONE ELSE!

I would post pictures because my roof is the emaculate eye of my entire neighborhood, as it should be. The Project Manager, Rashon Miller, did a great job at coordinating and helping with the insurance side of the repairs. The project was timely and well planned.

Andrew himself came out and look at my roof. Took pictures and show me how bad my roof was after telling him that we had someone did some repair on them. Him and Caleb did everything they could during a busy holiday, schedule the install, got everything done in one day with no issue. Andrew oversee the whole project, kept me up to date during the process. Easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. Amazing job. Would recommend to others if needed.

I had 4 companies come out and give quotes on my new roof. Paul from APF Roofing was the only one who actually took the time to break down everything that needed to be done and gave a packet with samples of materials that would be used. They weren’t the cheapest but the saying “you get what you pay for” is the truth. The roofers were professional and clean up after themselves. I’m very happy with the quality of work APF Roofing did for my home. Highly recommended.

We just recently remodeled our home and decided to use APF based on a recommendation from one of their other customers. Their customer service and response time was outstanding and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I personally worked with Savannah who was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would defiantly recommend APF and will be using them in the future.

I would avoid this roofing company like they have the plague. The first roofing crew that completed the install left the edges of my shingles looking like an intoxicated person had cut them. When they threw the shingles off the side of the house they damaged paint on the siding. They damaged the paint on my gabled dormers. I complained and they sent out another crew that did fix the paint but again left the shingled edges looking jagged. Another crew came out again and still did not fix the edges of my shingles. The quality control manager came out and agreed that the work was subpar. Finally on the third repair trip, 38 days later, James completed the proper repair to the shingles. The sales rep Brandon was only concerned as to when he was going to receive the final checks and even admitted they were having troubles with their subcontractors. All work was completed but it was a long drawn out headache that could’ve been avoid with quality roofing crews.

Paul and Gabe first knocked on our door in early March 2020 after replacing a roof in our neighborhood after hail damage. I told them they are welcome to look but we recently closed a year long battle with our insurance for a new roof from storm damage in April of 2019, we lost and it was so frustrating having to get adjusters and attorneys to fight for us and still to be denied, but we knew we needed new roof. Gabe took tons of pictures and Paul suggested we ask the insurance for a reinspect with our new contractor present. We did so and were denied right off the bat, even with countless pictures of the damage.
June 15, 2020 there was a mass hail storm in our area. I took multiple videos and called Gabe, who was able to come out THE NEXT DAY and do another inspection of all the new damage, he took pictures and i submitted our new insurance claim that day. Like i said our insurance company is horrible and i called a few times a week for updates and to make sure to keep things moving. Finally an someone called to come out and see the damage for themselves. The appointment was early one Monday and Gabe assured me he would be here. The insurance adjuster arrived about an hour early and told me that he was unable to get on our roof due to the steepness and he would have to arrange for a contracted company to come. I called Gabe and updated him, he was very understanding and worked with there schedule for the Ladders Now guy to come out, and trust me they changed that appointment time a handful of times that day and he arrived early and i asked him to wait for my contractor to arrive before his inspection, the guy was nice but Gabe explained to me what he was talking about and the man was shocked with his knowledge about the roof, damages and detail Gabe was point out. Still we had to wait.... and wait... and wait.... all the while Gabe checked in with me and I with him and the insurance company to keep everyone on the same page. Finally we were approved!!!!! They say it was a two week process but it felt like two years! I called Gabe and he came over to discuss our options and review the details and guidelines given by the insurance company. Our supplies were delivered on Monday and a van full of workers arrived early the next morning and we NOW HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ROOF and if not for Gabe's constant encouragement and knowledge I know that would not have been possible!
Throughout the process we learned that we knew some of the same people and had a lot of similarities, it gave us a sense of comfort being able to work with such a down to earth person, not just a salesman.
I would HIGHLY recommend Gabe and his company to any and everyone needing a new roof, and we have family and friends that do roofing so i feel like that says more that we would recommend Gabe and his company.

Gabe and Paul did an excellent job for me. They came out did a roof inspection. Hail damage was found, they guided me through the insurance process.
