Roof 757 did a great job on our roof. Steve was responsive to our scheduling needs and his team handled some of the unique challenges with our low-slope roof effortlessly. Shane took plenty of time to educate us on their products and installation procedures and he came back out to knock out punch list items before accepting payment. I was very impressed witht the work done by ROOF 757. I called almost 10 roof companies to get quotes from, and Stephen C. was our last interview for a quote. As soon as he left, my husband and I said yes. My husband is a mechanical engineer and a very DIY person, so for him to yes 100% so quickly showed how impressed he was with the information given to us. One thing I did appreciate from Stephen C. was how he spoke to me. When I had questions and during his sales pitch, he included me in the conversation. Often enough women are not given the same treatment as men. I had one roofing company tell me "I only had to worry about picking the color" when I had questions. ROOF 757 was extremely professional in every aspect. Emails were responsed to quickly and all questions were answered with efficiency. We were given a fair and honest price. I feel confident if in the future there are any problems that ROOF 757 will assist in the same manner as the inital installation.

Roof 757 replaced out roof in December 24 and they were wonderful to work with. Communication was great- had a few delays due to Mother Nature but Stephen kept us well informed. The entire crew was very professional and clean up was impressive. We have dogs and were concerned about nails etc left in yard but very happy to say we only found 2 nails and they were in the bushes. Excellent job and would highly recommend them.

Stephen, his son Shane, and the 757 Roof team did an excellent job on our house. They replaced over 25 sheets of 1/2 inch plywood and ridge vents that were bad on our roof from the past 30 years ago when the roof was done in 94’. Before install in a very professional way the owner of the company Stephen explained the quality of the Owens Corning architectural shingles with shingle examples of other brands such as GAF and Certainteed. I would recommend them because they show you visible samples of different shingles to help you as a homeowner understand the quality of Owen’s Corning and the nail mesh. Their prices are also reasonable beating most of the overpriced competitors in town.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Roof757. Everything went so smoothly from contacting Stephen for an estimate to the completion of our roof. They are a family run business, and treated us as such, from our initial meeting with Steve, to the hard workers who replaced the roof. Very satisfied with our new roof. We were quoted just under what some of the other competitors quoted us and we were able to get more features with Roof 757. We have added ventilation that was not even mentioned with some of the other companies. The Roof 757 team flawlessly performed a full roof replacement on our 2-story home last week. We received 5 roof replacement estimates and found Roof 757's to be straight-forward and very reasonable. Upon completion of my roof project, I was satisfied with the overall appearance and from the ground, felt that it was a job well done. A new ridge vent was installed at the peak of the roof as part of the process which seemed great until it was realized that there was no intake spot for the air to flow into the house, just an exit spot at the ridge. My house does not have soffits and I supposed that is hard to tell from a virtual consultation. After bringing this to their attention they had to come back and install a vent system, at an additional cost that would have been nice to have in the original quote. Upon getting up on to view the roof at a later date I realize there are several spots of rotted wood that were not addressed during the reroofing process. Shingles were nailed into a rotted spot, giving it no hold and allowing the corner to flap around. During the install itself I had to point out to the roofer a couple of spots of wood that were missed as they were finishing up the underlayment. Those were corrected only after I brought it to their attention but clearly additional spots were missed and I can only hope they got the spots needed on the middle/top of the roof that I couldn’t see. The quote for the replacement seemed very reasonable and looking back I wish I would have went with another company and spent a few more dollars. There was no offer of installing any drip edge which is very standard practice in the roof industry, to protect the exposed fascia. My gutters were also done through this company and the height at which they were installed brought the exposed fascia to my attention When I pointed out the need for the drip edge, I was told that it’s not a big deal as “water does not travel upward”. Lone behold the rain recently that was hitting my gutters had no problem splashing upward behind the gutter and to my exposed house. When I noticed this I expressed to the owner that this definitely should’ve at least been an option given upon receiving my initial quote. Nobody initially came out to do the consultation and my quote was given strictly via phone/email. Looking back this should have raised some questions on my end.

The process was easy! Started out with a virtual quote was Stephen and then he went out to the property to do the final quote. Was able to replace the roof within a week of sending me the quote. He beat the competitors quote by over a thousand dollars.

His team worked diligently and completed the work in 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves and did a sweep of the yard for any small metal that may have been lying around.

10/10 stars for Roof 757. I had a large, very complicated roof, but Steve and his crew knocked it out of the park. Over 6000 sq ft of shingles and they completed it in 3 days including using 9 sheets of plywood to repair damage. Crew was awesome, Manuel was extremly helpful. Steve was extremely responsive through the whole process and put my mind at ease. A new roof is a massive home repair, but Roof757 made it as painless as possible. Had a couple of simple issues afterwards, but Steve is taking care of them this week. Roof 757 does great work and I truly believe they will stand behind the warranty if any issues arise.

Hands down, this was our best experiences with a construction company! We have a large brick two story colonial design house that has very steep pitched roof areas with several ridges and numinous valleys. We selected the Owens Corning Duration Architectural single. Stephen Croxton, owner of Roof 757, was excellent to work with. He throughly discussed each step of the roofing process and quickly responded to questions we had during the project. His supervisors and crew were competent, cordial, prompt and conscientious completing the project in just two days! They worked diligently throughout both days in the sweltering heat where the heat index on the ground was over 100 degrees. The only casualty we had was one of two porch lights that were on the back of the house. The owner, Stephen Croxton, personally sent us pictures of numinous lights to choose from, went and purchased them and came to the house and replaced both lights on the morning of the third day. Can't say enough about the work ethic and integrity of this company. I highly recommend Roof 757 for your roofing project no matter how small or big it is.

Roof 757 fully deserves this five star review. First off Steve the owner met with us for a free estimate. He informed us of our options and gave us all the information involving our roof replacement. Steve came in well under competitors prices (about $10,000.00 under). We did not go with Roof 757 because they were they most inexpensive but due to it being a home grown business that has honed their expertise over the years. We set installation two weeks after initial meet. The crew showed up early and ready to work. They stayed on task and completed installation within eight hours. They cleaned up the worksite and Kyle the project manager went over our property to ensure no debris was left. We also opted for the 25 year warranty and at about $32.00 a year well worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend Roof 757 for all your roofing needs.

So I wanted to get a new roof put on my house because I knew that what was on there was on its last 25% of life. I had several estimates and several impressive presentations/sales pitches. Roof 757 was NOT the lowest estimate, but Stephen was the first to point out that my roof needed more ventilation. In fact, only one other contractor also mentioned it - and they were 10K higher for the SAME EXACT PRODUCT with the SAME EXACT WARRANTY!! There were issues during the removal/install but each concern we had was quickly addressed and things were corrected to our satisfaction. Stephen is a pro, there's a reason not every Owen Corning installer is platinum level...it's not just a marketing/sales volume scam. It means something and you get exceptional value for a good price. Hire him if you want to get a worry-free 25 year guaranteed roof and not pay the cost of a new SUV. If you're more comfortable with a bigger company, go ahead and pay 2X as much for the SAME EXACT ROOF...after all, that bigger company has to pay for all that advertising and huge bloated overhead... Stephen is an honest up front guy, my roof install wasn't perfect...I had complaints -- but he took care of them quickly. I feel like I got a heck of a deal. Again, the other Owens Corning Platinum installer's price was 10K higher...that should be all the info you need to make an informed decision. Get a few estimates, do some easy research and I think you'll make the same choice I did....and it will ABSOLUTELY be the right one. I had estimates done for roof replacement and i picked this company for multiple reasons. 1.) Presentation was to the point with no pressure to sign contract right away, other presentations were 2-3 hours long with pressure to sign up right away. 2.) Steve was very knowledgeable about roofing and the product he was using (Owens Corning) 3.) Price was affordable as compared to other companies and with good quality materials and quality work.

I had used Steve Croxton and Roof-757 last October to complete our new roof (which they did an amazing job!) So recently, I decided to replace my 2 skylights, and I gave Steve a call once again. Steve is such a great person, came to the house to take measurements himself. He also showed up today to assist and oversee the completion of the job (which again, was amazing.) We used this company for a quote for roof replacement as the house was needing it. Then the storm came through and damaged a quarter of our roof. 757 Roofing was able to replace the roof as originally agreed to, and repair the portion damaged in the storm for not much more than the original quote. Crew was here and had the roof replaced in under 6 hours (roof is under 900sq ft). Highly recommended. Crew was extremely professional, and the roof looks excellent. Greatly appreciate them being able to fit us in to their schedule.

They have saved our butts twice this year. We had two skylights fly off on two separate occasions and both times Roof757 was able to help us out quickly. Which was so great because one happened after remnants of Hurricane Ian and everything was wet and terrible and the other happened two days before Christmas when it was 18 degrees outside. I do not know what we could have done without their help, I'll recommend them for as long as we live in the area (which will probably be forever lol)

I would give have given them a 10 if I could. To me out of 6 estimates Steve was the most honest and he explained it to me better than anyone. I was told that I need my whole roof replaced with new boards and with Steve he knew the names of my Board and it was not plywood it was done lest than 50.00 and the price was right on the number that he told me. I would recommend him to anyone for the way I was treated. His crew cleaned up my yard better than they found it and I saw them checking after each other to make sure it was done right. when Steve came he also check everything again. Roof 757 did an amazing job on my roof. I contacted them, and 6 days later, they were at my door. They stayed from 7am until about 8pm and got the job done that day. Tarps were laid down around the perimeter of the house to catch any stray nails which did a great job because I have yet to find a single nail lying on the ground - it’s been 5 days since they finished!!!! The workers were courteous, and professional and answered any questions that I asked. The architectural shingles that were installed on my roof really make a difference in how my house looks from the street and I’m hoping the gable vent that they installed will help control the heat in the attic!

It’s very expensive doing repairs on a house especially when you are doing it alone…but God Blessed me to be able to get a new roof from ROOF 757. Mr. Steve won me over with his kind personality and informative presentation. After lot's of research and estimates I'm glad I used Roof757....Steve (the owner) was a nice person to deal with and really knows his business. He had great answers to my questions and explained exactly how the job would go. Pricing was fair...more than I expected, however he explained well how the price of materials had skyrocketed. He told me he wouldn't be the highest and probably not the lowest...but convinced me he would be the best. His crew did a beautiful job. They were fast, well organized and courteous. Protecting my flower beds and shrubs and cleanup was awesome. Overall I'm very satisfied with my roof.

Owner Steve was very knowledgeable about the work being done. He also was very good with timing and planning of project. The workers did an amazing job and kept the site clean. I would recommend this company to anybody that need roofing repairs
