I am in the process of purchasing a newly constructed home and had Tony do the inspection. I was originally advised that I wouldn't need an inspection and only the blue tape walkthrough. Tony was extremely thorough and found things I guarantee wouldn't have been found with just a walkthrough. Tony came out to my house and dis a full inspection, we are selling and I wanted to make sure everything was up to date for the next home owner, he caught quite a bit of stuff that I had over looked and I have been in construction 10+ years! I even had my house inspected when I bought it and the previous inspector missed every one of them. It is important to make sure you find the right inspector and Tony is definitely the guy to have!!

Tony Rollins is an absolute professional. He communicated well leading up to the inspection, and conducted a thorough inspection of my new build home for 1-year warranty work. He took a couple of hours but his overall ability to find any and all issues was superb. Following the inspection, he provided a timely report complete with pictures and descriptions of what he saw as home warranty issues. Tony inspected my first house and I went back to him for my second. I don't think there is a stronger testimonial in this industry than a repeat customer. All the same, let me add that on the technical side, Tony is unstoppable. He's Sherlock Holmes meets Dr. House with the Childcatcher thrown in. He goes over and finds everything, simple as that. Don't try to hide something from him, it won't work. His reports are thorough and highly understandable with findings and recommendations clearly laid out. Professionally he is entirely personable and willing to explain and discuss anything that arises. My living is in STEM so I put him through his paces, didn't even make a dent. Tony is the best. He inspected 2 different properties for us. The first we ended up not going with because of the issues the house had that Tony was able to show us and provide us of why it was wrong, what should be done to fix it and even some personal recommendations for other trades to fix the issues. Terrible inspection, absolutely clueless. Broke off the cleanput plug and then installed one but leaked. Removed access cover for some reason but damaged wall and didn't reinstall.
His inspection made no sense and majority of "issues" were not even issues.

If you want to blow up a deal use this guy. He will damage your home and make sure no one will want to buy even if items have been disclosed

Tony helped me with a home inspection recently with my first home buying experience through a VA loan and even offered me military discount. He showed up early to scout the house and had problem areas queued up for him to walk me through the issues he saw and how/where to fix them. He genuinely did a fantastic job and was a very kind and honest person. He made sure to ask me how knowledgable I was about certain topics which was I think in a way for him not to "insult my intelligence" and if I didn't need an explanation on how to fix an issue he would move on or vise versa. He did a fantastic job and a fair price for the inspection. Would 100% recommend his company.

Tony is extremely thorough and professional, and is dedicated to helping homeowners understand all the issues and problems they face if they purchase a home.
