We recently worked with Albert at Roland Remodeling LLC for a complete siding replacement and window wrap update on our home. Albert was our primary point of contact and did an excellent job guiding us through the process. This included helping us select the color and type of siding. Albert was extremely professional throughout the experience and communicated well to keep us updated on expected timing. When the team got started on the siding replacement they went above and beyond multiple times where they noticed that one of the windows was not properly insulated and took it upon themselves to send me pictures and alert me to the issue and then went to the store to get insulation and addressed the issue. They also were great about accommodating a couple last minute change requests from my wife and I regarding garage light backing / mounts and some additional metal wrap along the roof line. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and gotten multiple compliments from neighbors on the siding update. I would highly recommend Roland Remodeling to anyone looking for siding and metal wrap updates!
I can't say enough great things about Albert and his crew! They have done work for me a few times. They corrected bad work from a previous company, and did a wonderful job. They are always on time, arrivive when they say they are arriving, do the work in an efficient manner and clean up immaculately when they are done. Albert sided our home and installed ceiling material under our porch roof. He has a terrific work ethic, is conscientious about his work & has a very upbeat attitude…. So easy to work with! He and his crew were here every morning like clockwork. All were extremely polite & respectful, and they powered through some very cold days to get the job done.
They did a good job cleaning up and the house looks great! We would highly recommend Roland Remodeling.
