Work was done within a couple days and looks great. I will definitely contact ROI again if needed.

I hired ROI R&R LLC for home repairs, but after paying about 90% of the agreed amount, the contractor, Jason and Justin failed to complete 90% of the work. He stopped responding to my calls and consistently had excuses for not showing up, such as weather issues or personal reasons. To make things worse, they removed the siding from the front of my house without having a clear design plan, which caused unnecessary damage. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend ROI R&R LLC for any home repair projects.

Justin responded to my Home Advisory input within minutes. He was very professional. Made it clear he wanted to repair my soffit siding as soon as possible due to cold weather coming soon. We were concerned critters could get in the soffit area and create problems. Work was done within a couple days and looks great. I will definitely contact ROI again if needed.

This man is not professional at all. Makes promises he cannot keep. Then threatens you when you let other customers know not to use him. Definitely choose anyone BUT him.
Feel free to threaten me too, but you won’t get anywhere buddy.
If you look at his response it shows exactly what I’m talking about.

Justin committed to a job and instructed us to purchase hundreds of dollars in unnecessary supplies. He kept putting the job off reassuring us he was getting to it and after setting us back a week and a half he cancels stating “his guy won’t do the job”. Wasted our time and then text threatening us. Unprofessional and didn’t follow through beware!

I had a piece of siding come loose from wind storm which was out of the reach of my ladder. I requested a quote on home advisor and within minutes Justin reached out to me on the phone. After texting a few pictures he sent me a very reasonable price to do the work and the job was done within a week. He was very friendly and helpful and warrantied the work for 1 year.
