ROI R&R LLC

I hired ROI R&R LLC for home repairs, but after paying about 90% of the agreed amount, the contractor, Jason and Justin failed to complete 90% of the work. He stopped responding to my calls and consistently had excuses for not showing up, such as weather issues or personal reasons. To make things worse, they removed the siding from the front of my house without having a clear design plan, which caused unnecessary damage. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend ROI R&R LLC for any home repair projects.

Justin responded to my Home Advisory input within minutes. He was very professional. Made it clear he wanted to repair my soffit siding as soon as possible due to cold weather coming soon. We were concerned critters could get in the soffit area and create problems. Work was done within a couple days and looks great. I will definitely contact ROI again if needed.

His repair person came on time and took cared of my broken siding.
They were responsive and got the job done like they said they would :-)
