Worst motel ive ever stayed at. The bed was box springs with a mat on top. I could feel the springs all night. The a/c, heater sounded like diesel truck when it fired up. The batteries were dead on the remote for the tv. Check in is across the street at the quality in. Breakfast was cold. On top of it all was the price was on the high side. My recomendation is stay elsewere.

First room I got light didn't work no lock on door smells horrible bed worn out over all dirty place dirty owners for thinking it's ok to offer dirty room to people need to get shut down second room smells dirty as the all of them I imagine you hove to drive down the road to a different hotel to check into this one which is ridiculous do not stay here or at the quality inn same dirty owners don't stay here or there pay the extra money and feel comfortable cause there is no refunds.

I would never stay here again. Room was falling apart with paint peeling off the walls, stains on the floor, toilet that only flushed half way, and the shower was disgusting. TV didn't work. Wifi was slow, when it worked. The shower/bathroom was the size of a closet. Cleaning left much to be desired. I had to go down the street and across to check in at another hotel's (quality inn) desk (WTF?) to actually check in.

I travel for both work and leisure pretty often and this is the worst place I ever stayed. Never again.

This hotel deserves zero stars, absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in and I thought I've seen the worst. But this has been the worst stay. This hotel isn't where you check in, you have to check in at a different hotel across the street and up abit. Then if you key stops working you have to goto the quality inn to fix them because they men that work here don't speak or understand English very well. We had no hot water for 2 days and they couldn't accommodate the reservation that was made for two rooms. They made a huge deal about it and the guy working that night was a very disrespectful to us. Then they said after a hour of waiting to check in we can put you in a 3 bed room. Okay so then the microwave doesn't work and freezer doesn't freeze anything the bathroom was gross. The ceiling was covered in orange water droplets for dirt. The showet didn't look very clean. Oh they kicked someone out of a room so we could stay there. Like really??? Absolutely insane

NEVER AGAIN! We stayed a few months ago and it was nice. This time it was such a disaster! They charged the credit card twice. The second time they charged $30.00 more and only wanted to refund the small amount. Then they tell us we half to wait an hour for a manager. Upon getting very upset they gave us a key card. We open the door and the room has not been cleaned! Finally we got a clean room and the remote for the TV won’t work. Then the phone wouldn’t work to call the front desk.

My family and I opened the door and smelled mildew, when I went to the bathroom and looked up there was mold growing on the ceiling. The bedspreads are stained or just not washed. We were exhausted and every other motel and hotel was sold out, so we stayed. I grabbed the hand towel and the holder fell to the ground. In the morning we had to drive over to the hotel across the street for breakfast. That was ok, just a bit interesting.

I would do less than one star if possible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER STAY. There was blood stains all over the bed, broken mirror, a bunch of cigarettes ash and it got wet and was like mold chunks, and many previous posts of bed bugs there and the place they partner with across the street. There was pubes in the bed and we had 2 rooms next to each other they were both just as bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never ever stay here we left immediately that night and they still charged us even though we were only there for 10 minutes.

Nice clean renovated hotel. It may not be for everyone but all basic needs are met here. We did have to go across the street for a full breakfast, worth it on a budget!

No never no don't stay here anyone saying to is either a fake review or paid to do it. This is the most horrifying hotel you can stay at unless you're a local and just need a drug house to buy from or make it at this is not a safe nor clean place to be. Dangerous unclean and awful. No matter my situation I'd never ever stay there id rather use a cardboard box in a Wyoming winter next to staying there.

The phrase "roach motel" doesn't even come close to the deplorable condition of this motel. From the outside, it looks decent enough. But from the moment we entered our rooms (two rooms next to each other), we felt scared and disgusted. For one room, the main door didn't lock (so anyone could walk in as they pleased from the exterior of the room), the bathroom was clearly uncleaned and had blood streaking the walls, one bed had dirt covering the blankets, the other bed had actual pubes between the sheets, there was residual joint ash and debris atop the mini fridge, AND THEY HAD A CCTV CAMERA MOUNTED TO THE TV PLUGGED IN AND WATCHING US. The second room looked like someone had been murdered. The mirror in the bathroom was smashed and there appeared to be bloody drag marks along the interior of both box springs. And when no one was near the bathroom, the door shut and locked itself (leaving me to believe the murder victim was still lingering around in spirit). And if all that wasn't enough to give you the heeby jeebies, they instruct their guests to go eat breakfast across the street at a hotel that's been reported over 6 times for having bed bugs. So before staying here, I'd strongly recommend going a few towns over to stay at the Sweetwater lodge.

Never stay here!!! The second I got there nobody was at the front and I had to go to the quality in across to get a key and when I finally got the key it didn’t even work! The next time I went to get a correct key it worked but someone was already in the room they gave me! I would proceed to go back and forth between the quality inn and the Rodeway inn 7 more times!! When I finally got an appropriate room there was blood everywhere!!! Someone was genuinely hurt there and it definitely was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen!!!!

I was a little nervous after reading some of the previous but was encouraged because my timeline said I had stayed here before. To be fair I am not real hard to please. Sheets are clean, towels are clean, rooms are clean and there are no bugs. I can park at my door and have a smoking room with a microwave and refrigerator

Omg!!!!! They say if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing. But it this case it must be said. First off the room had NO SMOKE DETECTOR.. my room was used as a storage room w/ their old stove in it. The floor was nasty dirty. The room was sooo musty and stinky probably hasn't been rented out in ages and I can see why.. it's in a ran down part of the city.. ran down near by closed hotels. The tub looked like it had never been cleaned. The room WAS NOT SECURE upon entering the windows were unlocked. The toilet ran. The best part of the hotel was the mountain behind it. No continental breakfast as stated. At check out I asked for a printed receipt.. after my description of room would it surprise you if I said their printer didn't work? CHOICE HOTELS, how the heck can you have your name represented here? CHOICE, you may want to make a visit to this establishment. It is blemishing your name.. to sum it up, I was totally disgusted with my stay.. CHOICE, please contact me

Absolutely miserable stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not even the local wildlife. Thankfully I didn’t pay out of my own pocket for this place. I suffered through 6 long nights of very little sleep on the old, worn out bed. The comforter was straight from the 1980s and had what looked to be a jelly stain on it. I slept in long pants and a hoodie all week long. My door didn’t have a lock, only the latch up top. My room smelled old and dusty. There was no phone, the microwave didn’t work and housekeeping didn’t restock toilet paper a single time. I also ordered a pizza from the local dominos, only to notice that the remainder had been stolen or thrown away the next morning when I came in. I opened the refrigerator to see if that worked and was surprised to see a to-go box inside. The sad thing is some of the rooms others were staying in were far worse than mine. I’m not sure how this place hasn’t been shut down. This is a LAST choice hotel at best. Pay any amount to stay elsewhere!!!

This place was terrible. Bugs in the bath tub, TV didn’t work, poor internet , the extra lock on the door didn’t work, no coffee anywhere at this hotel, the room smelled like pee, the free breakfast you had to go to the Quality Inn up the street and no one at the front desk to get a receipt. Stay anywhere but here in Rawlins WY. Bad bad bad!

It was a nice, pet friendly place to stay. I would recommend and stay again. The one negative was the deposit i had to leave that wont be released for 7-10 days

Stayed at he one in Kearney Nebraska and it was super nice clean and spacious, traveling with 7 of us we rent 2 rooms with 2 queens the one in Rawlins was spacious however the bathrooms were a little questionable with hair in the shower. But for a cheap pet friendly hotel the rooms are very pet proof. Hard floors, and beds with no access to under them :-) although if you do not have patience and compassion dont bother as this appears to be a younger girl teaching others how to run a business...

Best motel. Nice looking and easy access.safe motel close to restaurants and gas stations. The motel staff are very friendly and nice. The manager and hostess are very friendly, nice and helpful.The room is very clean, nice and quiet. The motel view is very nice and quiet.The breakfast is very good.we definitely stay again and again.

We never look for a top of the line hotel when we are out and about! Just a clean comfortable room and bed! This Roadway had both! The only downside was the heat was off and it took a long time to warm up after I turned it on.

Lousy room, service and location. High price $120 for off season. I paid half that for other Wyoming and Nebraska motels. This room had paint over dirty walls and floorboards. Even painted bath stopper. Weird. Worst was that door to outside had a large separation that allowed a cold rush of outdoor air flowing into room! The room was freezing. Nighttime temperatures 40° outside. I had to throw bath towels over crack to help stop cold blowing into room. Operator wouldn't give me a discount for this major problem.

Reasonable rate online (less than $70), and convenient to Interstate. Clean and comfortable - good for a simple overnight stay. The place is undergoing some renovations and the workers woke me early. The ice machine was not working, and there is a bit of construction materials all over the place, but I had a good night's sleep. My room had been renovated (light fixtures in bathroom were not installed yet), and it was clean and comfortable. Internet worked fine and though the furnishings were older, everything worked and was clean. There are some restaurant options nearby. They have discontinued serving breakfast, but there was coffee in the lobby. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

For a small hotel they're doing it. Location sucks but the beds are comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. Could use breakfast on sight but the walk was short to get it!

I thought the room 113 was clean. I like that they removed the carpets. Hard floor now tv worked great. Lots of movies. Hot shower clean towels the lady was nice but pets are now twenty bucks.

Excellent accommodations for both people and pets. The room was designed with both in mind. Checked in at midnight, and front desk was staffed with a kind and helpful staff member. The room was clean and well accommodated with fridge, microwave and TV.

The "complimentary breakfast" consisted of coffee and a comment that if I wanted something else I could go to the motel across the street since it is owned and managed by the same company. Next time I'll just stay across the street.

If you are looking for a place to sleep and pretty much nothing else, this fits the bill.
Room was pretty dirty, everything needs to be remodeled. Stains on towels, crumbling plaster on the filthy carpet. “Non smoking room” still had old ashtray smells.
Breakfast was non existent, could not even offer hot water. Asked about hot water and they suggested I use my metal thermos to microwave some water
Ice machine was broken with no sign or indication that it would be fixed. Didn’t bother taking a shower because wasn’t sure I’d come out cleaner.
The AC unit did work, as did the freezer/fridge.
Was charged $80, which was about $30 too much in my opinion, especially for the lack of amenities it advertised. One pro is that I booked the room at 10:30p and arrived at midnight.

Lower priced $85 in July. Right off the main road. Parking right out the front. Clean sheets. Clean bathtub and sink. Carpet disgusting. Upon entry it smells of must and stale smoke. Not pretty. No bugs (we checked the matresses before we sat down). Pillows meh. Mattress is comfortable enough, stained upon inspection. But not enough to sleep elsewhere. AC worked fine.

The roadway Inn in Rollins Wyoming was a pleasant experience with a with a wonderful host at the front desk.
The room was nice and clean Which resulted in a good experience.

Despite the appearance from the road, this is the best hotel I've stayed in during a cross country trip. The people who checked me in were very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and had a surprise - a stunning view of a beautiful pond out the back door, which has a porch and large grassy area for pets to enjoy. Guests can open their windows, they are screened. Morning coffee was superior.

I took away a star for the bad smell. It is noticeable and is even in the small rug near the front door. My room's floor was damp, and I share the feeling of guests who decided not to step on it with bare feet.

The front desk guy was nice. We arrived at about 11:40 on May 19th. I had called the front desk to ask if the room next to us could turn down there TV because it was blaring. It kept blared on all night. This should never happen. We’re looking for rest, not a concert.

Be more strict please. There’s a curfew and a quiet time.

the rooms are so dirty , dusty, and smelly, the reception was ok ... nothing was working printer is malfunction .. this place need a full renovation and cleaned properly the rug is so dirty I would never recommend anyone to stop by this place in rawling... until they started to clean the rooms...

Booked for one night in December of 2021. We never actually got to stay here. When we went to check in, there was a note on the door that said to check in at the quality in a block down the road. When we went to the quality inn we were told our room had been changed to that hotel. I asked why and was told it "pretty much closes during the winter for a lack of guests." Disappointed, my husband specifically wanted a room that led right outside.

Certainly not Rodeway Inn of old. The carpet was stained and appeared dirty, the heater in the bathroom was a nice feature.

For the price, this exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly. I'm glad I decided to stop here for the night.

The price is not bad but the rooms are dirty. The bathroom was very dirty with urine on the toilet seat. They say because of covid that they don't offer coffee or breakfast. I liked the lady but I wouldn't recommend this unless they cleaned more and offered, at least coffee.

We booked this on the road hoping that it would be an okay place. It is an Indian couple that runs it and overall things are clean, except the carpet which was absolutely disgusting! We had to leave our socks on the whole time. The bathroom is falling apart, there's a huge gap under the front door and the security lock was broken. We definitely will not go to Rodeway Inn again.
