Wonderful people and great service. We are traveling from the east coast and was at Yellowstone when we learned of a tragedy in our family. We were heading back home when the Wyoming winds just about ripped the windshield from our rv. They went above and beyond to help us and we appreciate it so very much. Every one of them gave us their condolences. They are the best kind of people.

This place is great! We were on a road trip and got a massive crack in our windshield, happened to stop in Rawlins to charge our car and noticed this place nearby. They were able to fix the crack to prevent it from spreading anymore so we could continue our trip without any worries. Quick, friendly and excellent service!

Great staff, friendly. Was able to get my truck in for a new windshield quickly as they had 1 in stock. Also, had 4 custom window screens for my food truck, and had it back within 1 day.

I’m on a cross county road trip and a semi kicked up a rock and damaged my brand new windshield. I pulled off in Rawlins and google maps took me to Rawlins Auto Glass. Immediately upon walking in I had some fun banter with Sarah. Charlie then came out and look at it and said he could repair it in 20 minutes at a fair cost. Sue enough I was back on the road 20 minutes later. Charlie did a great job and Sarah doubled as a concierge as she recommended a chop house in Cheyenne where I was headed. I’m in fact sitting at the bar right now. Thank you Charlie and Sarah for doing it right!

This local business is in it 100% for its community and surrounding small town folk. Anybody from Carbon County knows how difficult it is to find professional and honest businesses/contractors that are willing to come to the county, let alone without UPcharging to the point of just disgusting and wrong. With me living across the country, I needed to find a window replacement company to help my Dad replace some old tired windows. I found Rawlins Glass Center. From the minute of Sara picking up the phone, taking time to here my needs, suggest a product and then providing a reasonable quote, I knew I could trust them to do an honest and professional job. Following were Adrian and Hayden who came for measurements. They were professional and respected my Dad and his home.
They took measurements to confirm the bottom line quote of the install. Just as Sara had conveyed, the windows came in and earlier than expected. She scheduled the install asap. Adrian and Hayden showed as promised - still as professional as before. They worked with care on each window. The final result was absolute perfection. I, from being thousands of miles away am so grateful to this TEAM. My Dad who has lived in this home for decades is thrilled. We would highly recommend Sara, Adrian and Hayden to our family and friends......and we have a lot of them- lol!!!! I cannot say thank you enough. 5 STAR!!!! Whoop! Whoop!

Those guys were super. Opened early and did an Excellent Job! Sarah was friendly and tested my front windshield camera that was not working due to the glass shop in Sheridan Wyoming screwed it up. The Chevy Dealer ( Hammer Chevrolet) in Sheridan also said It could not be fixed and wanted $725 for a new one installed. Very Suspicious when Sarah found the wires unhooked. A possible money scam on unsuspecting former customer now. ??? RAWLINS GLASS WAS VERY GOOD. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks Guys

They got my rock chip fixed in no time while traveling, and worked with my insurance. Not the kind of stop I wanted to make on vacation, but it was quick and painless and now I don’t have a rock chip. Definitely stop here for rock chip repairs.

Had my rear hatch vandalized. Was just passing through town and owner of Rawlins Glass got the window temporarily covered so we could continue on. Great folks.

Two of the front windows on my 1970 Airstream blew out while in transit from Arkansas to Wyoming. I could not find anyone to help me until I called Rawlins Glass Center. Most of the others had automated answering services, with a menu of selections, none of which applied. I was so relieved when an actual person answered the phone. While she indicated that they may not be able to replace the curved glass window, they would at least look at it and at a minimum, cover the holes with collision wrap to keep it weather proof so that I could continue to my destination. They were friendly, concerned, professional and helpful

Brought these folks my truck for windshield and tint, appreciated the quality of work and customer care enough I brought my wife’s car back next day and had a windshield put in it. AMAZING ATTITUDES AND FACES!

I had a wonderful experience with Rawlings Glass. My vehicle windshield got a rock chip while traveling through Wyoming on our way home to Colorado. Called them earlier in the day and they waited until we arrived here n town. Had our chip efficiently and professionally repaired once we arrived. Really appreciate their kind and thoughtful service.

Our pickup was hit by debris on I-80 westbound while we were driving to the Pacific NW to bring our son back his duty station after leave. Our windshield was so damaged the pickup was not road safe. The Rawlins Glass team went to Casper, WY to get a windshield that fit our vehicle so we could get back on the road before the weekend. We can’t thank everyone enough!!

I'm a Tractor Trailer driver and got a nasty spider web crack the size of a Half Dollar on my windshield going through a construction zone in the great state of Wyoming. I came to Rawlins Glass Center and they filled it in with resin. Now it looks like a little peice of dirt on my Windshield. Got it done in under 30 minutes too. Awesome job!

We called from the road with a shattered left side view mirror. We talked to Sarah who said come on in. Upon arriving, everyone was incredibly friendly. The techs and Sarah walked out, evaluated the problem, and replaced the mirror glass in less than fifteen minutes for under $70.00. Rawlings Glass Center has my highest recommendation. This is the way to run a business.

WOW! WOW! WOW!! That’s the only thing I can say about the amazing customer service and work. If you end up with an unfortunate situation that puts you in contact with the business in the first place, they will most definitely help to make it the easiest inconvenience of your life! We had a chip in the windshield of a rental that was previously there prior to our renting, and they placed the blame on us before we even left for our vacation… needless to say, we were annoyed. Rawlins Glass Center really came to the rescue and alleviated the stress of dealing with the rental company and allowed us to continue on our road trip without worries. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I drive a semi for a living and I had a windshield Get cracked. They were right off the interstate so it’s easy getting off easy getting back on. They were very professional , nice , fast & clean. Thank you Reed Holmes, owner of Rawlins Glass Center! We are on a 3,500 miles Jeep road trip and were almost to Rawlins (headed to Colorado) when we got a rock chip right in middle of the driver's side windshield. We are on a tight driving schedule & didn't have much time for a repair.

Reed got working on the chip repair without delay, getting us back on the road quickly. They have a comfy waiting area with coffee, soda, water and leather recliners! The bathroom was clean & stocked well (much appreciated for folks like us on a road trip). Thanks again Reed, you ROCK (no pun intended).

We chipped our windshield driving down Highway 80. The folks at this glass repair shop were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, and repaired our windshield to good as new in just about 15 minutes for a very fair price. We highly recommend these folks!

I had a window break on my fifth wheel camper. I was passing through Rawlins and decided to stop to see if these folks could fix it. They were able to replace the glass within an hour and I was on my way. Very fairly priced and excellent quality workmanship from the technician who replaced the glass. I highly recommend these folks for all of your glass needs because mine was sort of an odd one but they were able to fix it.

Greenhouse windows were done Friday much to our satisfaction. We went out and complemented Rodney on a job well done. We noticed that he took time and attention to detail.
The owner was quick to come and give an estimate. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

Stopped by to see if I could buy a glass cutter, they just gave me one. As I started on my wife's project, I rapidly realized I had absolutely no clue as to what I was doing. I went back at 3 o'clock to leave the window with them, and they did it by 5 pm!!!!! These guys are awesome for both quality of work and customer service, thanks guys!!!!!

Rawlins Glass goes above and beyond what is required for a glass repair and replace center! When Reed 1st found out that we had a problem with one of our windows being broken and our furnace going out he immediately offered space heaters for house. This was before we had ever met him or done business with him. Rodney came out to our home and did an estimate of what it was going to be to replace the basement windows. He was extremely professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The estimate very reasonable and they ordered the window immediately. The window that we got put in was beautiful And looks amazing! Adrian was very careful not to step on or break any of my flowers that were coming up in the flower bed that was directly in front of the window that they were working on. He did an exceptional installation! I highly recommend Rawling Glass!!! I even use them the next week to replace the windshield on my Honda Pilot.
