Don't trust these guys.

They're young kids who barely know what they're doing.

I doubt any of them have anywhere close to 10 years of experience. They might be able to change your oil, but don't let them do anything else.

More than likely, when they do a diagnostics test, they're relying solely on an electronic code reader that they plug into your vehicle.
They probably haven't been properly trained to inspect people's cars thoroughly.

If the machine doesn't pick up the codes in the vehicle, they'll assume everything is fine, and that's exactly what they'll tell you.

Well, in this case, everything was not fine.
I went back with my receipt to tell them something was seriously wrong and that they made a mistake and didn't inspect it properly.
Instead of trying to make it right or showing a sense of responsilbity/ professionalism, they turned me away and said that they were booked out for 2 weeks.

Not even a full week later, my wheel bearings and upper control arms were completely blown.
So now, on top of close to $2,500 for parts and labor, I've had to add an additional $800 to have it towed to a PROPER mechanic.

Super friendly and helpful staff, the owner will do whatever he can to help you out and get you back on the road. I highly recommend these guys!

First time going there, as long as they do what I need they just earned my business, they were extremely polite and willing to get me in with out and appt. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were awesome! Took our rv in for an oil change. They checked way more than the oil, let us know about issues we need to take care of, and we're all done in a out 20 minutes for under $100! SUPER friendly too!

I dropped my car off for an oil change about 1 hour later I received a phone call from the mechanic. They had backed another vehicle into mine. With that being said the mechanic was very professional and took care of the damages unfortunately the owner was NOT!He never reached out to me nor did he return my phone calls. There was thousands of dollars damage to my vehicle…not to mention the inconvenience, this caused me. I understand accidents happen but a simple I’m sorry goes a long way!!!!

Got an oil change last week when visiting out of town. The tech made a point of saying he topped off the wiper fluid after I paid extra for the inspect everything package. 50 miles outside of Rawlins the next morning I got a low washer fluid alert. All in all oil change and was fine and service was good but disappointed at the lack of detail.

Went and got my oil changed about a week ago. First issue was; according to them they couldn’t reset my oil change light, I did it using Google and it took all of 30 seconds. Second thing, I originally got my oil change because I was driving out to VA, along the road trip we realize I have a MAJOR oil leak. Turns out whoever did it didn’t tighten the cap back up properly. I’m assuming this was to get me to come back I’m not sure. But I will never be doing business there again.

I've came here a few times to get my oil changed. When my tire pressure is low, they fill them up--which I certainly appreciate very much. Thank you for all your help now!

I went in for an oil change and they were so nice and fast! I was in and out within 15 minutes! Thank you!!

I went to this place to change out my oil and they left the filter lose. Due to that it almost messed up my motor on my way back to Texas. I had to stop in Kansas to fix the problem and had to spend more money repairing the bushing on the transmission since that hot oil messed it up. Definatelly not a good place to take your vehicle that was very unprofessional!!!!!

Super friendly staff, the service was fast and they were reasonably priced. Great place to stop for a full service, 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommend this shop! I am a female traveling by myself. My Jeep had problems starting. I found this shop cuz it had the best reviews. I thought it would be the alternator, which would've been a nice penny. They checked that and said it was fine. Suggested I go next door to O'Reilly's & have them check my battery. I did, & it was my battery. Came back to the shop & they put my new battery in for me. Tho I know alot about my Jeep... They still could've taken advantage of me like alot of shops do with solo females. They did not. Had my oil changed here also, was very quick!

I’m traveling from Kentucky to California and stopped in the town and I was low on coolant and tire pressure they took care of the car and had it done in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me. Really nice guys.

They are really expensive and don't do full service(tire rotation, cleaning etc.), but first come first serve. In and out quickly.

amazing help when my brother & his wife got a flat on our motorcycle trip near Baggs, WY, this summer. There were NO bike services anywhere around......uggg. Well, we got it hauled to Rawlins after talking to the Quick Lube owner. He got a tire Fed Exed in for the next day & fixed by 2! We were on the road again!!! He even checked the tires on the other bikes since we all went through the same road construction. Can't say enough about the service we got here!!!! Awesome service! I was stuck in Rawlins, due to a road closure. With a cat and car full of luggage, they were nice from beginning to end. Super friendly and quick!
