We were traveling across Wyoming when our car started giving us warning lights. We were able to get a hold of this business, and they agreed to look into it for us. Turns out it wasn't anything bad, and they didn't charge us to review the warnings and clear the issues. We very much appreciate them taking the time to help us out. It's so nice to know that there are still friendly, honest people around.

I bought a car from Fremont and was treated extremely well by the team. They were fair made the process seamless and lain-less. Lauren, Gilbert, and Drew are amazing and I would recommend them profusely!!!

I would like to start by saying I have bought 2 dodges from rawlins Fremont in the last two years, now I was almost done with Fremont due to lander branch and a bad deal I got 4 years ago but the team at rawlins was courteous and welcoming, I would ask for Lauren she has a great attitude and very friendly, the team even had patience when we had a little hiccup with the bank they weren’t trying to push us out, they stayed a little late and helped us Finnish everything up, great staff great team, highly recommend!!!! Highly recommended using Fremont Motor in Rawlins. We were in need of a vehicle and filled out an application online and was contacted very quickly by Misty who is extremely helpful and very nice to work with. We told her what we were looking for and what our budget was and her and the manager had us in our vehicle in less than a day. They had everything ready to sign and go when we arrived at the dealership and was extremely pleasant to work with.

I'm writing to inform just how Great we where treated during our purchase of a New to us SUV. Started looking Friday after work around 3pm. Test drove it, show the wife made appointment for Saturday morning.
We arrived and talked with Misty told her we found a different SUV she informed Drew and he called the other store about getting it to rawlins by that afternoon it arrived and we test drove a Dodge Durango RT..

We were on the way to California and the Electrify America charging station was down.
We were desperate because we couldn't have made it to another town with a charger.
The people here at Fremont couldn't have been more helpful.
They gave me access to an outlet to charge and even gave us a ride to and from a restaurant.
If there were a way to give them 10 stars, I would happily do it.

Helped charge our EV when the Electrify station was down. Friendly and accommodating. A Rivian was charging on the outside charger, so they let us plug in inside the shop. It’s only L2, so slow, but hopefully we can charge enough to get to Laramie before the shop closes

Anyone who has visited a dealership to buy or trade-in a car will tell you how stressful it can be because you might deal with staff who are deceptive and/or only interested in maximizing their profits. I drove 4 hours to visit Fremont Motor Rawlins from another state because I felt like I can trust the people at this dealership, and I feel very confident that it was worth the time and energy. Drew and Misty were extremely cooperative in helping me find the right vehicle for my family. Even though it wasn't in their local lineup, they got it delivered there for me anyways. On the day I was coming, the dealership didn't have detailers to clean the new car. Misty took the initiative of cleaning it herself, and I wouldn't have known any difference because of how spotless the vehicle was! That to me is a strong sign of how dedicated she is.

I'm in a unique phase of my career where it wasn't easy to be approved for financing either, but Drew and Gilbert were relentless in helping me get on the road with my new car, as well as finding a bank that offered the best rate and monthly payment for my budget. I'm extremely grateful to everyone there and highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a team that is dedicated, honest, and trustworthy.

I just bought a used car from Fremont Motors yesterday and I am beyond thrilled with the car and my experience! Thank you to everyone at Fremont Motors for getting me this car in less than 24 hours. All my questions were answered. Everything was explained to me. They treated me like my needs were a priority and that I was important. I started the application process on a Thursday night and drove that beautiful car off their lot on Friday. I am now driving in luxury. They asked me to bring it back today on a Saturday to get it detailed and I thought it's already clean, but I will definitely go in for my detailing! I felt like I was visiting a spa! The people at Fremont Motor Rawlins continue to impress me greatly. From the Sales Manager Drew Porter the sales person Shalan Crenshaw, the F&I man Gilbert Archuleta to the mechanics and parts people, I feel they have done everything they could do to put me in the seat of my 2025 Laramie 1500, and continue to give the best service I have ever had out of any dealership I have experienced. They even rearranged their schedule to service my truck and to add some accessories I wanted. I cannot recommend these good folks highly enough.

What an amazing staff. We broke down in the middle of nowhere Wyoming and got towed to the closest town which happened to be Rawlings. Found the vehicle online and went to meet with Shallen, this group jumped through hoops to get us in a vehicle and back on the road. If you find yourself in need of a vehicle, I recommend these folks!!

We brought our truck in to have a fuel leak repaired. They got us in quickly which was awesome and we had it back within a few weeks. We picked it up and drove it home only to find that the truck still had the original issue we took it in for. We drove the truck back up there and dropped it off again. We were quoted another $900 from Jacob to get it fixed the right way this time. After almost a month in the shop we go to pick up the truck yet again and our bill is more than twice the amount we were quoted, and there were brand new parts that we were charged for during the first attempt to fix the leak that were no longer needed and were not credited back to us, we were charged the amount of fuel that we lost due to the leak not being fixed after we were told it was and although we requested and it is documented that a cross member be reinstalled, it was still in the bed of the truck. Not impressed with this service department.

Work done was wonderful but taking our vehicle on the day they scheduled two weeks in advance and still sitting there 4 days later was disappointing

Pulled into this dealership when the check engine light on our Dodge Promaster came on while driving from Colorado to Washington State. After a short wait, they checked the codes and determined all was well. The check engine light was no longer illuminated. We loved their hospitality. They offered us drinks, snacks, and a bathroom. We would highly recommend this dealership for their expertise, efficiency, and honesty.

Have brought two vehicles here.. friendly atmosphere friendly people Misty is the best sales representative. She is not pushy, she just lets the vehicle sale it’s self.

Traveling through Rawlins when our Dodge Ram diesel went to a count down to limp mode, had to spend the weekend at a RV park tell Monday morning. Fremont motors really went above and beyond to help us out to get us back on the road the same day. . Hard to find a home town dealership with the their integrity for customer service,as they do. I gave a 1 star because I can't give zero! Do not use this service department! I took my 2014 Ram 1500 eco-diesel in for a "crank no start" issue. I had recently spent $16,500.00 on a brand-new engine with a warranty. They kept my truck for 7 weeks and charged me $821.00 to NOT fix it. They also had me buy a $1700.00 tuner I DID NOT need. Here is the most shocking part...they didn't even have nor could they find the right tools to work on this engine! I ask them "this is your product and you don't have tools fix your own products?" All in all when they couldn't figure it out they tried to tell me I had major engine failure and the warranty was no good because it had EGR and DEF delete, which I was not told before I bought the new engine. They told me to take it to MR. Diesel in Cheyenne. This was the only good thing to come from them. LOL Mr. Diesel had it diagnosed in 3 days and fixed in 5 days. Problem?: A bad throttle body valve. $903.00 and it's fixed! Needless to say the owner there got a big laugh at the sh$t show at Fremont Dodge service center. If you need repairs save yourself some time, aggravation and money and go with the mechanic they recommended to me, Mr. Diesel.

I can't say enough great things about the Fremont Team here in Rawlins. I worked with Misty and Josh and they were both very helpful and friendly. Pulled my travel trailer from southeast texas to rawlins with my tan 2500. Def system went out in Laramie and after a long night I was finally able to get it to rawlins. I didn’t get the greatest feeling walking into the service area but they were able to get it in within a few days and they were able to fix it at a very reasonable price in one day. Nothing bad to say about them they did a great job and fixed it in one day.

Had the opportunity to go to Dallin Motors for our vehicle purchase. They were able to help us find a vehicle in our budget and met our needs. Though this process has taken forever in the past and felt like jumping through hoops, the Dallin Motors team made this process quick and painless! I will definitely be using them again for future vehicle purchases and would 100% recommend going to them for your vehicle needs! A big thanks to Gilbert & Misty for making us feel at home with our new car, it is beautiful! Two thumbs up!

Scheduled an oil change for Fri, said they’d be done by 3.30. I reiterated that I for-sure needed it done by then as I was leaving town. The guy on the phone confirmed it would be ready by then and it was booked it for 1pm on Fri.
Dropped the car off on Fri, 3.45 rolls around, no call. I called them, service advisor told me they were just pulling it in and told me it was scheduled for Mon (according to whatever nonexistent system they might have).
Had to walk through the workshop with my kids to check in.
No multipoint inspection report, no complimentary car wash, no pickup and delivery service, but they did reset the oil life gauge. Not really seeing any benefit in brining my vehicle to this dealership vs a quick lube shop. $138 for an oil change on an SUV.

Misty, Coach, and Gilbert made our car buying experience quick and painless. It was really nice to find exactly what we wanted right in town.

I had my twelve-year-old Dodge Durango in for some extended warranty work. And everybody was very helpful and very concerned. All the way from the front desk to.. to the mechanic that worked on it!! Tony was wonderful about keeping me updated on everything!

My friend has a brand new Jeep that was under warranty. It had a problem with the electric/computer systems. They said they couldn't find the problem. She said she would come get it and take it to the dealer where it was purchased. They tried to charge her over $500.00 because she didn't buy it from them. The other dealer paid the bill. I always hated Jeeps

I was dealer mechanic for yrs. These guys in service are awesome! Straight shooters. I’m from out of town. They pulled my leaky tire off to repair only to find out the wheel was cracked. They put on my spare tire and didn’t even want to charge me. I gave the mechanic some cash tip because he at least deserved to be paid. My only regret is I don’t live in the state or I would bring them all my work.

Dallin motors was hands down the easiest dealership to work with!! Misty Canaday was fantastic! Took awhile to get my beauty but well worth it! Thank you all for making this experience worth it!

A waste of time and money. Never found out what’s wrong with my vehicle just charged me about 1000. They never called me back about a part I ordered and whenever I tried to check on it the parts manager was never there. Save yourself the time and money go out of town.

Don’t even bother to come here they charge me 300 dollars for pretty much erase a code come back up and said it needs 7000 dollar transmission took it to denver co they change celenoid pack I’m driving back to rawlins now so stay away from this mechanics they’re only good for changing a tire probably

Purchased a lightly used Silverado through Misty, as well as a used Trail Blazer for my daughter, and she is a pleasure to work with. They make you feel at home and call you by first name, making you feel like you matter. They listen to your concerns, and also address them punctually. The sales were easy, and they are competitive in pricing! Would highly recommend.

*Edit* I found myself in sudden need of a vehicle after my car got crunched in a hit & run, Misty was amazing in keeping an eye out for me. When I went to test drive one, we found out it wasn't going to happen. I had a certain budget and it looked like I was S.O.L. until she said let's talk to Coach, we did, and he suggested one that was only slightly more in price, so I wasn't convinced until after test driving it, and in the end I drove home one of the nicest cars I've ever had. I love my new to me Maxima, and I love the staff at Dallin, thanks for helping me into a reliable, nice and GOOD LOOKING, fun to drive vehicle! Seriously, if you need a car, hit up Misty or Coach at Dallin, they'll take care of you!
