Had a problem with my boost pressure was recommended by six different drivers out of Laramie Wyoming. I called late Saturday evening. No answer. Did not leave a message. 20 minutes later they called me back. Excellent. They came in Sunday after church. Rodney found the problem and then Monday morning they ordered the parts Tuesday they had everything and began work on my truck Wednesday morning. I was on my way. They found several other problems that I had no idea existed and addressed them also. Highly recommend Wyoming diesel service. Everybody there. Extremely nice. Extremely knowledgeable about what they're doing. I hit my pedal now and I've got over 35 lb of boost. Excellent job! Thank you guys very much

2 weeks ago these guys found and fixed big oil leak. They got me in and fixed up in a couple hrs. Very happy with service and the people.

Great service!!! Another shop in town couldn't find the problem and just guessed at the problem. They finally said "take it to another shop". Wyoming Diesel diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in record time! Thanks a million. Highly recommend this business!!!!!

Had my truck in there with a bad DPF and bad injectors.
They got me all fixed up under my Cummins warranty.
They did a fantastic job.

We had a great experience with Wyoming Diesel Service. Had we known on Friday we could actually drive the MotorCoach to them we would have been able to get back on the road even sooner. Nonetheless, Corey was great with getting the techs to assess the issue first thing Monday morning. Part was ordered and came in on Tuesday and was put on right away. We are on a cross country trip from Oregon to North Carolina after picking up our 1st Class A Diesel Motorcoach. Corey and team got us in and out and back on the road swiftly after getting the filter.

I highly recommend this shop. They even offered to allow us to dry camp in their parking lot over the weekend as we unfortunately didn't arrive until they were about to close on Friday. It was Father's Day weekend and we actually found a great campground close to the shop and decided to stay there. Once we got the filter in we have been rolling and truly can tell the difference. The mechanic had over 30+ of experience and explained why the check engine light was coming on in detail even showed us how to change the filter going forward. We are forever grateful for the great customer service.

It was a good experience.

I was gaurded completely at first making sure my repairs were done and no extra costs were going to set me back for in needed repairs.

Using my 3500 truck I was really curious if they were going to be able to fix it knowing that this location was a semi truck repair shop I was doubtful that I could hire their mechanic for the 3 hr job.

They agreed to get the job done for their book rate of $965 for 5 hours labor and some mystery added expenses.

I was in that rut .. ok let's get it done....

It's cheaper than the last guy for $1000.

But the guys doing the repair were done in 2 hours and I was on the road in 3 hours.
Same day I was excited and thrilled
But they did me one even better and cut the cost in half of their book rate $500

I had enough left over to get my radiator fluid and my crank shaft position sensor and my tail lights fixed and now my wheel hub bearing went out 3 days later and I still have money left over to repair this because I had set aside $1000

My unexpected other repairs were able to get done and I'm still doing well.

If it wasn't for the great guys here staying honest I'd be really in a bad situation now 3 days later.

I still have many things I want to get done on my truck and now I have a shop I still think I can trust to do me right

Продержали меня весь день, взяли с меня $480 за то что сняли ступеньку (я так и не понял зачем что то разбирать, если даже не понимаешь причины поломки) и подключили комьпьютер а потом отключили его. Все положительные отзывы это враньё 100%. Причина была в Deff, но они так и не поняли в чем дело. В итоге потерянный день, $480 и даже неустановленная причина поломки.

Got me in and out within a day getting parts next day great crew nice people gave me rides to and from a hotel mechanics know there stuff and asking locals all recommended WDS drivers lounge is very nice as well TV and wifi plus a good recliner to nap in

I got my truck fixed here after having the same issues over and over and no one could figure it out and Rick and his crew over at Wyoming diesel figured out the problem and fixed it. Kenworth is running great now. Thanks a lot to everyone over at Wyoming Diesel!!

If you’re unfortunate enough to break down in Rawlins, Wyoming and land at Wyoming Diesel Service then you should consider yourself lucky. My u-joint failed and I blew out the pinion bearings in early December on my 7.3L powerstroke. I ended up being stuck in Rawlins for seven days, but it was no fault of WDS. They got me a diagnosis and the parts coming the day I pulled in. Mark and Dave kept me informed of any delay, any recommendation of theirs (they rebuilt it to be bulletproof), and were available to answer any question I had when I called. The weather held up the parts getting there, but when they did they finally arrive they reassembled everything that day and I was able to get back on the road. This company takes a lot of pride in what they do and it shows in the quality of work they put out and the way they treat their customers.

Jeff and ben are the best people to deal with in this shop.
Both Nice and easy going ,Ben towed my truck and Jeff changed my broken water pump in 2 hours.
Very nice people.
The shop manager needs some more skills to deal with his customers.

The shop is nice, but service manager is very rude!!!! Asked them to replace a fan clutch on my 2013 Volvo truck. They did not have a part in stock and needed to order one , waiting time is 3 days. I offered them to use my spare part , that i brought with me, on what they said “ yes,sure but we will charge you $150 for providing your own part, and we don’t care about your thoughts. I told them NO NO NO. Went to a shop across the street and got it done for no extra and sneaky charges. I do not recommend using their services. Be very careful!!!!!

Absolutely the best customer service. Keep me aware of my motorhomes progress and all the costs associated with the repair.

They were too busy to get our truck fixed within a week. They referred me to Mountain West Motors, who I rated 5 stars. WDS are honest, reliable people. Highly recommended!

Driver! If your looking for an honest shop with an experienced team. Wyoming Diésel Service got us back on the road the following day . We had a broken rocker arm and injector come loose. Rick got us talking with an honest hook that pulled us 29 miles to Wyoming Diésel Service around 0900. They looked at it same day and ordered parts the same day. They recommended a room and gave us a ride to and from. We were up and running at the end of the next day. They got a great knowledgeable staff. One Technician said he had been there 45 years. When they got in the engine they found an injector cup leaking coolant and told me about it. Who does that nowadays? They looked high and low and found that o-ring and did the job right. This thing is running better than when I got it back from the in-frame. If you need anything, give Rick a call, he’s an experienced parts man, service advisor, and Service Manager. Our motor home with a Cummins ISL left us stranded near Rawlings WY. WDS ended up doing a complete out of frame overhaul. Genuine Cummins parts were very hard to obtain and the project took several months due to the unavailability of the head. Rick Lupcho the shop manager and Dave Hejduk, shop foreman did a great job of diagnosing the problems, obtaining parts, and getting the Coach back on the road. Thank you WDS.

I was in need of some work done on my 1978 KW W900A with a 3406B Cat. Lost the intercooler, and Wyoming Diesel Service got me in the Friday before Easter and I left the following Friday, due to having to get the part from Rock Springs, Wyoming Cat dealer.
Overall I am very happy with the service and quality of the work at Wyoming Diesel. I'd go back again.

Came in for brakes but I had really bad drums a wheel seal leak they was able to get everything done in a couple of hours nice folks definitely will keep this shop in mind anytime I back in the area for work

Had engine issues due to problem in def system. We were in dire need of the truck they got us in and fixed. Great people.

I just can’t thank u guys enuf we broke down and called so mny shops no one will take us because it was a bad storm everyone was super bzy and a week out so called DWS and spoke to rick this guy is awesome he told me I will squeeze u in and sure enuf he did with all the work they had already and Toke good care of us I felt like I was home not stuck som where far from home treated us like family and turns out to be problems with my CAT engine they started on it the same day ordered the parts and got me back on the road I definitely recommend DWS anytime of the day very professional and honest not like other shops will take advantage of the situation and screw you over , the shop is so clean and fully equipped and the service was amazing, love u guys specially Rick and Marck and I will definitely take all my trucks there if needed any work I don’t care if I have to tow it a 1000 miles to them but I will know it will get fixed once and for all and won’t be cheated I’m so glad I found u guys and once again I appreciate u guys for everything u did if I can give u more then 5 stars I would because u deserve and earned each one of them . Very polite and professional group of staff at this facility from the techs to the staff in the office I felt they had treated me like family. With the exception of waiting on parts out of there control unless they was to stock everything they got me right in and diagnosed and back out of the door with a complete engine overhaul in a vary timely manner I’m glad I found this shop Along the way as they are vary thorough and by the book in there diagnostic and repairs. Would definitely use them again in the future if needed to. Thanks WDS

These guys helped me out in a pinch for sure. And even helped give me some answers to a couple other things I been trying to find out about my new truck. When I needed them they definitely stepped up for me! Complete honest with me and honesty goes a very very long ways! Thanks again guys!

I am familiar with diesel services i been in business 10 years and Wyoming Diesel is one of the best shoos that have ever worked on any of my truck. I got in a bay at a reasonable time they didn't mess around with useless hypothesis they went right to the issue, repaired my truck in a timly manner. Rick was impressive he was well rounded in knowledge and the proper expertise advise rates were not bad I have had higher. Thanks to the entire team at Wyoming Diesel in Rawling Wy.

I am an owner operator and if you don’t know we’re at the mercy of those that we need to get us back on the road when we brake down , it’s unlikely that I give 5 stars to any one much less a towing company , but I have to admit that
James and his son have earned these stars. They took the time to explain , and help me , thank you James , for your honesty and hard work.

Wyoming Diesel always does a fantastic job for us. They are our "go to" shop anytime we have a problem in the Rawlins area.

The wife and I was traveling through the wild wild west and just turn back toward the east coast and down goes our engine- Thought to be an easy fix by our first diesel mechanic and company , turned out to be more - The first company didn't have the facilities or capabilities to fix our engine - so we were recommended to Wyoming Diesel - WOW what customer service and communication - Rick took care of me through all the steps , he sent me photos of not only the problems with my engine but also all my personal stuff to reassure me all was being taken care of- When new engine arrived my RV was fixed immediately and I was contacted to come back out to retrieve my RV. Once we left we were contacted multiple times on the return trip to make sure all was well with engine - All I can say is THANK YOU !

Most important things this days are someone not getting advantage of your situation . This guys are Professional and nice people unlike the Crook at Elk shop . My truck was not fixed but that was my decision not theirs . Whenever you need truck fix don’t hesitate to call this nice Professional’s that will go over everything to put you on the road . Had the clutch go out of my engine fan on my 2018 Peterbilt 389 with the x15 Cummins engine. Stopped here to get it checked out and they were able to get the parts the very next morning and have me back on the road in less than 24 hours. If you need anything done to your vehicle I definitely suggest checking them out. They took awesome care of me!

Unfortunately I had a breakdown over the holiday weekend but as soon as the guys at Wyoming diesel showed up Tuesday morning they got me in as quick as they could and got my truck fixed and back on the road. Very pleased with the job they did

Our family was on a cross country trip when just outside of Rawlings our truck stared having issues. These guys were so helpful and squeezed us in real quick to get us back on the road and keep us from being stranded. Thank you so much

I used this shop for the first time last week and was impressed with their diagnostic work on a Cat Diesel engine in an older RV. They researched the error codes carefully and recommended waiting before adding new parts. In this situation where the engine was running fine and the fuel pressures were up to spec as measured by a manual gauge they made the right conservative call.

What a outstanding group of folks all under one roof. Watching this team work together communicating, their professionalism, the quality of their repairs are all unsurpassed. Brad, Rick, Corey are all so good at what they do. Stop in and form your own opinion but our belief at Dynamic Transit is that this service and parts location is best in class. Cummins certified for warranty which is rare when you are not a manufacturer named dealer. We have visited several times and it is our first choice in the Rawlins WY area. Kudos to the entire WDS team and all they do for all of us. Definitely a location that contributes to keep commercial trucks rolling with quality repairs, strong communication, and passion to help others with all the services they provide!

Good service friendly people blowed a head gasket decided to over haul engine they put a rush on it as fast as they could get parts it was very expensive but what anit when it comes to trucks over all very happy

Our RV was having some issues. They stopped everything they were doing to help us out as we were in the middle of traveling. They found the problem, had the part overnighted, and had us on our way the next day. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody and I’m just sorry that they are not located in our hometown.

Run as fast as you can from this place.. They will rip you off.. My truck broke down about 20 miles outside of town. I knew it was a fuel pump failure and told them as much so I asked them just to scan the check engine light code. It took them 4 days to get to it while I was waiting in a hotel room as I was from out of town. They confirmed it was a failing fuel pump and charged me $275... The service writer Mike is pretty rude as well. I have spoken with a few people who were from out of town who had the same experience. Over charged extensively. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Truck wasn't able to shift. Stopped by, they diagnosed it and fixed it (easy fix). Appreciate them getting me back on the road so quickly. Dave done an awesome job.

What a fantastic job they did. I came in with a engine miss on a C-15 CAT motor. They got me right in. Dave the mechanic knew exactly what to do to repair the engine, plus pointed out a couple of additonal items that needed attention. So glad I stopped here. They had me in and out in 3 hrs. I highly recommend this shop. I will be back to have more work done in the future!

Lost two rear ends, got me in fast price was fair considering everything. Very knowledgeable staff and always looking to help the customer. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Still working through a issue with the truck whose fault is unknown at this time but they are continuing to work with me from 2,000 miles away which in my opinion is outstanding.
